Good job on painting a nearly twenty year old car.

I was skeptical about taking my corvette here. But these folks did a great job. It took a little bit longer to get the car back, but it was worth it! I had the car completely repainted, as it’s 30 years old and had oxidation. They used the correct paint and brought it back flawlessly. Thanks again to Rob and his crew, you guys ROCK! I’ll be bringing my Honda by for a repaint soon. It took them 5 extra days longer to get the car back, but best things come to those who wait! The car looks excellent!

I got into a small fender bender on the way to Nashville and I couldnt get my car door to open on the drivers side. They had me come in and they moved my fender enough for me to be able to get my door open and shut. Awesome Thank you!!

Great deal. Price was reasonable. We had vehicle painted in October 2018. We went from blue to red. The service was good. The first 2 in red was the day we picked it up. The last one was taken January 2019, 3 months later.Just posted pictures taken in July 2019. The paint job is holding up good. We had a few niches from rocks & bugs on the front bumper. We found a touch paint that matched at OReillys to fix it. Overall we are still pleased with the job.

Car being repaired, good place to get your car fixed, from a car accident

The only good thing about this place is Rob. Always answered my questions and was polite. But the work was not good. I had a side panel replaced after getting into a wreck and it was not installed well and bulged out/is flimsy and they also didn’t paint part of the damaged area after having my car for a month. Had to bring it back and took another week and a half just to paint a small area and semi fix the part that was bulging out (it’s still not right). Not to mention when I picked up my car, everything in my center console was dumped onto my passenger seat and floorboard and the entire dashboard was covered in dust. Needless to say, not worth the price for the work I received.

Maaco did an amazing job on my car. It had a lot of damage from when it was stolen. They repaired everything and got the car back to me in a timely manner. The car looks basically new!

$1800 and 2 and 1/2 months for a paint job we could have done in our back yard one weekend with a case of beer and a couple of cans of Rustoleum.I would rate -5 stars if possible. My boyfriend and I dropped off our Firebird in mid-February for a full color change from red to black and were quoted $1600 and 10 business days. Over a month later, we called to find out what was going on and they said they had to recover a few things. 2 weeks later, we went to check on the car to find the red paint showing through the thin layer of black, runs, chips, and completely unpainted sections of the car. They assured us that all of the issues we found would be fixed within 2 weeks. Now 2 months after initially dropping off the car, we check on it again to find many of the same issues. Once again, we are assured it will be fixed within 2 weeks.Finally, after 2 and 1/2 months, we gave up and took home our Firebird with paint run, chips, and red paint showing at every angle and STILL some areas completely unpainted and paid $200 more than the original quote because they had to do so much extra for it. A pile of nuts and bolts from various parts of the car were left piled in the floorboard because they forgot where they took them from.The car was not driven or cleaned for over a month to allow paint to completely cure. It is now hand-washed with the highest quality car care products once per month and is only driven once per week. New chips appear almost daily because there was no primer applied before the color change was attempted.TL;DR: DO NOT GO HERE! YOUR CAR WILL TAKE 6 TIME AS LONG AS QUOTED, COST MORE, AND THE PAINT JOB WILL BE LESS THAN SUB-PAR.

These service providers are honest, trustworthy, and very good at what they do. I have recommended this shop for several years now.

I took my car to maaco about two weeks ago to have them fix some damage from the tornado we got in March. My bumper was ruined my passenger side door and window and my windshield. I spoke with Rob who told me about the price and kept in touch with me every step of the way he was very professional. I just picked my car up a few days ago and when I say they did a fantastic job! They paint they used for the parts I needed matches perfectly with the rest of my car it doesnt look off in anyway my car looks better than before and Im very pleased! The price was very reasonable and I couldnt be happier I will be going back to them if i ever need any work done on my car

Considering I paid out of pocket. Decent work. The parts could be a bit more flush. They lost all my Freon and Rob had the audacity to say they could replace it for 125.00 B.S..they should have replaced it. That would have been the RIGHT thing to do. They had some part in the backseat of my car. So MY CAR WAS USED TO PICK UP PARTS Because i could see the indention and my vent piece was knocked off. DONT THEY HAVE PEOPLE TO BRING AND DROP OFF PARTS ETC. Though i found pieces for vent an put back, they put 10 miles on my car. Rob is good guy though so I will use them again.

I’ve got an older Tacoma project truck I use to mule product for the restaurant I’m the chef at. I recently picked up a new to me campershell that was pretty beat up and the wrong color. Maaco to the rescue, they body matched the shell and fixed a dent on the tailgate and sprayed it too. 15 year old truck looks like a million bucks, thanks to the Maaco team!

For auto painting i dont think there any better place than Maaco

After having my new car 3 weeks to fix a bumper, they said it needed to be detailed and cleaned up before I picked it up. The next day I went to pick it up and it was filthy inside and outside even in the trunk. Glue from tape and some tape was still on it. Also what felt like overspray was all over my car. I had to wait while they halfway cleaned it. I wound up taking it to my regular detail guys.

The work was great the cleanup service was not so good, I had dust everywhere,fingerprints on my windows, Visible paint around the trim. I expected them to at least clean up what they messed up

I had my car painted here, picked it up yesterday and I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. I had it wet sanded and buffed as well and it looks amazing. Jimmy that worked the desk when I was there was just a super nice and for sure a guy Id be glad to do business with again. Overall I cant be more happy for what I payed. Exceeded my expectations.

I first took my truck there that had high mileage and major sun damage and small dents, so I wanted a good deal and not too worried about the quality. Now I get complements all of the time!!! I brought my sons car after a fender bender and you cant tell where they fixed it... So I also brought my wifes SUV, it had an issue and they offered to fix it right away. What more can you ask, especially for these prices!

We had just the roof of our Honda Civic painted due to bad paint job by manufacturer. We were a bit worried that the paint may not match or the redone paint job wouldnt be great but figured it was worth a shot as the faded roof made the car look like a junker. After we picked it up from Maaco, it looks like we just drove it off the lot. The guys were awesome, extremely busy but it only took a few days (just as promised) to get our car back. we were not in a rush but they still treated us as a priority. Could not have had a better experience.

My Pontiac Vibe looks GREAT after being painted in its original red by MAACO. They also installed some new headlights I bought, and my 2003 vehicle looks SHARP now. I’ll get many more miles of usage. Thanks MAACO on Foster Ave in Nashville, TN.

Maaco ultimately did a good job. They are understaffed and the person who booked our job disappeared and it took several days longer than scheduled. In the end, Richard Brown took good care of us and we appreciated his nice attitude.

Ive worked with the folks at Maaco twice, and both times have been great. They do a really nice job of making the damaged area look brand new, and their customer service is flawless. Cost for the work is fair, and theyre pretty quick, too. I highly recommend working with Maaco for your auto paint needs!

Promised return of vehicle in three days. Called on the morning of the third day and learned the work had not started (and employee that promised 3 day turnaround had been terminated). Work began that afternoon and was competed two days later. Hood repaint was good but roof repaint lacked a complete sand down of old cracked paint.

I went to make Maaco through an insurance claim a little over 2 months ago. My insurance company deemed my car totaled due to the repairs of the hood, front bumper, and grille costing way more than they expected from Maacos estimate given. One of the guys knew he could fix these issues for way less due to his employment there. He called and tried to bribe me with a couple hundred more dollars to buy my car than what the insurance company was going to pay me. Very tempting, so I told him I would think about it. He calls me back and asks again. I tell him since my car was already paid off, I was going to keep it and fix it up over time. Instant attitude and his professional demeanor went out the door. He gets mad and says well it seems we even found more damage and now the hood wont shut so it can fly up and cause another wreck, and or kill you, He adds many other reasons to coax me into selling it or make money off my situation. Me being exhausted from the whole wreck ordeal, give in reluctantly and ask for a quote to fix my hood and the surrounding issues of it since they claim it couldnt go down. My car drove perfect, just an eye soar from the wreck. No lights were on, no leaks etc. So after about a month of my car being at their shop. I call and ask about the status. Maaco tells me itll be soon, but in the mean time I can come get things out of my car. I come down to do so and they lost my car key. They are not cheap..no one offers to replace, take cost off, or an apology...just go get a spare if you have it. Luckily I did. I even asked could they replace the front bumper and Ill pay their high price to get that fixed. The Maaco guy claims he can and he will let me know when he finds one etc. I call back for 2 weeks but kept getting the run around. I made one google search and found one within minutes and that scrap yard was like come get it smh. Maaco claims they were looking daily. The hood work was finally done and I decided to just go get my car, pay them, and cut my losses. I get in my car and within 2 miles my engine light pops on, my engine ran hot all the way into the red, and my radiator erupts with antifreeze. I even told my insurance company I suspected foul play after I refused to sell the employee my car. Now my car is worse than what it went in and my wallet is a 1100 dollars lighter. The Maaco location on Foster ave are crooks and I will make sure everyone knows this. Worst experience ever. If I could give it no stars I would.

I took my daughters Mitsubishi Endeavor there for some body work and affordable paint job...its black so I know its somewhat tricky to get that done well on a low budget. after 2 weeks I went and picked it up and the job they did was beyond my expectations! For the money I spent I could not have gotten a better paint job! It looks great and my daughter will freak when she sees it! I would bring any car there and feel confident they would do a great job!

I came close to giving a 5 star review, if it werent for a few areas that were missed on the bottom edge of the fenders and bed. But overall I am pleased and would recommend the shop.

Okay...slow with follow up

The work I had done through this MAACO was through an insurance claim. I got the car estimated by MAACO, got the insurance quote, emailed it to MAACO as requested by one of their workers, turned in my car to get repaired, paid, and picked up my car. At this point there was no issue. The employees were nice and they did a good job. The estimate and cost from MAACO was higher than the insurance, so I was expecting a supplemental check because I assumed that MAACO would correspond with the insurance company because of the insurance estimate documentation that I had provided MAACO. I heard nothing for a month, called the insurance company and learned that MAACO had claimed that they were not aware of that my car repair pertained to an insurance claim. I called MAACO multiple times over three months for assistance. Nothing. It was not until I showed up to the physical location that they actually contacted the insurance company. MAACO then told me that the insurance company wouldn’t pay the supplement and that they would not pay the difference because even though I provided them with the proper insurance estimate documentation they “couldn’t be expected to go through all of their paperwork.” I then called corporate rather than continue to be blown off by the staff at this location. Corporate said that they would correspond with this location and that the owner would call me. I have not received any form of communication since.I am taken aback from the staff’s refusal to assist me in rectifying the situation and am disappointed to right this review

I’m very disappointed with the work they did for me. I asked them to paint my bumper and they painted over parts of my car that I didn’t ask for because they didn’t cover it with tape. I left my car there for some days and it was the same. When I came back it was the same and they painted the car In front of me with a spray. It was the worst that could have ever happen to me there. 🤬🤬

The fellows were friendly with me from day one. The price was right. I’m dealing with a temporary disability and was on a walker and everybody was helpful with that. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with how my car looks, too!

I am unsure why this place gets bad reviews?? I took my 2001 Honda Civic which had the dreaded clear coat peeling off. It looked terrible! Today I got it back and they matched the paint and it looks better than when I bought it used few years ago!!! Thank you Maaco. They went above and beyond and even attached a piece off the trunk that was falling off. They are very busy, so dont bother with e-mails. Just go down there, get an estimate and get it done.

Worth every penny! Full-size SUV painted for $1500 is a bargain. There are several imperfections, but its not a $4000 paint job. However, great shine and even coverage. I did have to get some overspray off of headlights, trim, and tires...but it wasnt too bad. Its only been a week, we will see how the paint holds up. As long as it doesnt peel, Ill be a happy customer.

My experience with maaco was terrible. I have them almost $800 and they missed three spots on the roof. They had my car for 8 days and still didnt get it right. They asked me to being the car back but I had already spent enough money paying people to take me around and get me to work for 8 days. The car was not even ready when I got there to pick it up. Weather stripping was hanging out. Paint waa and still is on every window. The carpet panel in my truck was never will put back up. It was a mess. I will never use maaco for a paint job again.

They might have a very crowded lot (and the normally do) but they have helpful and friendly staff and they do good work at a reasonable price. And, they got my work done well within the estimated time.

I am unsure of the bad review as well. They have a range of products from good to superior on paint quality with respective cost(s). If you want a superior job you have to pay for it. I have been using this company for our business and personal vehicles for at least 10 years with no issues.

I took my car Sept. 3 and got it out Oct. 3; terrible job. They were to fix my front bumper and they left a whole gap and left out the panel cover under the hood. They bent my fenders that connect to the door and my insurance paid $3200 and I paid $1000 deductible. They kept my car over the rental allowed and I was charged an additional $100 for rental and had to bring my car back to the shop Thursday. I filed an official complaint with the corporation and with the BBB.

I’m very happy with the paint job on my 17 year old car!

Picked up my 85 volvo 244 yesterday, and couldnt be happier. Now for me, I opted for a more value based paint level. My car is a bit older, so that was a necessity.I was a bit nervous before seeing the finished product, as a value based paint job in most shops are not very good, but the end product was awesome. I thought I would have come out better dealing with Macco than Econo but man was I wrong Macco are more expensive for a far less looking paint job very BASIC! YOU cant even get metallic flake are extra to have your vehicle really stand out Staff a little poorly ran I would say and reason being I was called to come and pick up my vehicle it was so called ready I get there IT WAS NOT READY THEY FORGOT TO PUT ON MY PINSTRIPE The guy up front Jody had to order it and wait for it to arrive I was there for an HOUR! Thats pretty unacceptable for a customer to have to wait that long when under the impression YOUR VEHICLE IS READY TO GO BUT NO YOU HAVE TO WAIT AN HOUR! Then after the long wait and inconvenience I asked for a small discount for my inconvenience of Ten dollars off to Rectify the situation but NO! Now thats how you value a paying customer and show your appreciation right riiight... I CAN PROMISE YOU THEY WILL NOT GET ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS How hard is it to find a business with a truly cool and pleasant staff who really makes the Customers feel welcomed and appreciated and UNDERSTOOD?! Not like yeah yeah let me get YOUR MONEY I dont know but I will keep looking and TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! THANK YOU
