Usually I have a good experience here, but they had an issue staffing the store the first day I was supposed to drop the car off. Then they transported it to another location to have the car repaired and would not transport it back to the location we dropped it off at. Slightly frustrating experience from a usually reliable repair shop.

I was so impressed with Service King! I had to wait a little while to get my car in after a fender bender and Im glad I waited instead of going somewhere else. They made the process so simple! I was able to go to them to get the estimate and they sent the information over to my insurance company. When I arrived to Service King, the front desk was already on the phone with the rental car company to get someone to pick me up. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, and had a VERY quick turnaround. The turnaround was much faster than expected, saving me some money on the rental car, much appreciated! When I went back to Service King to get my car, I was able to leave the rental there and they took care of getting it back for me, instead of me having to return the rental and worry about getting back over there to pick up my car. When I picked up my car, it looked like new! They fixed everything, plus washed and vacuumed my car. I have tried another body shop in the past, but now I will only go to Service King! This was the best service I could have hoped for! Thank you!Remove review

I would recommend this Service King to anyone.The staff was very professional and knowledgeable.Justin was honestly concerned about my safety and wanted to get me into a rental as soon as possible. I had no idea that my vehicle was dangerous to drive until my visit to Service King.Cosmetically, my jeep looks better than it previously did. More importantly, it drives like new. I really appreciate all of the hard work.Great job!

Ill be completely honest, it sure does seem that the people that have left poor feedback in the past, did not go to the same Service King I did. After being involved in an accident, my insurance company recommended Service King and I am so glad they did. From start to finish, the whole process went so smoothly and my car ended up looking just like it came out of the showroom floor. After walking in and meeting the nice employees and after they provided the estimate, I was informed every few days how the repair process was going. My car was completed the exact day the stated it would be. I know you never want to see your vehicle be involved in an accident, but if it is, I would certainly recommend Service King on Nolensville Pike to have your vehicle repaired.

Scheduled an estimate, they were unable to see me at the time of initial estimate. Schedule a second estimate, was priced $650 for the work on my broken tail light and bumper. Took the car in on the day of the repair and they said that they would not be able to service it that day and I would have to leave it upwards of 3-5 business days and that they would need to assess further costs once they can see the car without the bumper (which was never disclosed). I agreed. Within an hour they called and explained that their estimate did not include the cost of parts (the broken taillight), and explained its not their fault, they arent accountable for their estimate. The tail light price was $350, which I was able to find online for $150 from multiple reputable vendors. Ive wasted three separate visits all for them to jerk me around on the price as well as the scheduling.

Had my side door fixed after someone backed into my car. This Service King did a great job and Justin explained all the options. He made sure that it was perfect as new. Even helped me fix some nicks on the front hood that another shop wanted hundreds of dollars to fix a few rock chips. Happy my E350 looks like new again!

Ive had such a bad experience at this location. I took my car in several weeks ago for an estimate. When I walked in- there were people at the counter but didn’t say Hi. I sat down it took another 10 for anyone to acknowledge me. Then it took a few minutes to do the quote that guy was nice! I was told I’d receive my quote that day. they were supposed to send the quote to me. After 4 days I still didnt receive it, I called back they said they didnt take a pic of the vin and I needed to come back ( why not call day 1 and ask me?). So now Im dealing w ins. They asked me to send the quote but I needed to call and ask service king the length of time it would take to fix and when can they get my car in. I called just now and talked to Kristen. Not helpful at all! I asked her when I can get the work done. Kristen told me that she didn’t know because they have a lot of big jobs right now. So they write and estimate then tell me that they can’t get my car in. If they are this busy then why not tell me to go somewhere else? So why not as me to go somewhere else if they cant handle actually fixing the car. Kristen a lot of time was spent with the situation to turn around and tell me you basically can’t help me. Very frustrating..if you wanted to make someone feel that there business means nothing to you then you succeeded Kristen! You should never make someone feel like you do not need there business.

Unfortunately, our family’s vehicles have been attacked by three deer in the last 18 months. The folks at Service King have been great every time. Awesome communication. Great customer service. If life hands you a dented car, then I recommend Service King off Nolensville Road.

I called for for an appointment with them,, i went there in the busy traffic after i get there the service guy name Tom told me that he can not do estimate at all, i have to call and make an drop off appointment, and I have to drop off my car there, I dont want to do this,when I made app. I asked them I just want an estimate, and she said this is ok but the tom Guy told me no,and he was very unprofessional and rude, I dont recommend it to anyone . I thought you as a customer have a right to choose where you want to fix your car, but not at Service King, they take your right away from you, SO I GIVE THEM BIG ZERO

Car repaired (body work only). Looked great and completed 4 days ahead of scheduled completion date. Had contact with 3 employees and all were very professional and helpful. Could not have asked for any better experience. I dont know where the other reviewers took their vehicles because I could not have been more pleased.

Janea is hands down the most helpful person in the world. Whoever her boss is, she needs a raise. She helped with trying to track down a car that was supposed to be dropped off at her location. It wasn’t, from a miscommunication, but she went out to the lot TWICE to make sure none of the information she gave me was wrong. Thank you Janea!!!

Geico referred me to this place. I have an old car, but it has always worked fine. I rear ended someone (yes, my fault) and needed the radiator replaced. They replaced it in decent time, and I drove home happy.That week, the engine started sputtering, until it would stall on startup. I scheduled an appointment with Service King. Good thing I SCHEDULED my appointment, because when I showed up, no mechanics were available to look at the car, and the man at the front desk walked out to see what was wrong.Well, I told him I had a misfire in the engine and thought it might be related to the radiator. He said we can only look at the external problems. Misfires arent related to the radiator. SERIOUSLY?! I asked him if he could just have a mechanic look at it and he gave me some condescendingly smug reply. I said never mind and drove away in frustration.Brought the car home and it took AN ENTIRE GALLON OF COOLANT. A few days later it was low again and the car died. Im figuring its a blown head gasket and it is not going to be covered unless Honda can diagnose an issue with the radiator.Bottom line: Even if the issue was not their fault (it is), this was the worst customer service ever. You dont talk to a customer that way. You dont make them feel dumb. More importantly, YOU dont want to deal with people like this. Go somewhere else!

This is the worst place ever to fix your car. My insurance referred me to them and its been 3 months and they still could not resolve the issue with my car. They put the wrong part and blame it on the insurance, even after the insurance approved for a new part, they refuse to call me and scheduled my car to be brought in. I have to be the one keep calling them. As am writing this review, my car still havent been fix completely. Once they collect their money, you on your own. Terrible, terrible, terrible service.

They did not bolt my bumper down. It flew off on the interstate and was demolished. They refuse to fix it and did not take ownership in spite of crappy work done. Worse service ever.
