I was very hesitant to go to Sears, now I know for sure. Not only do they not know how to adjust Caster on a 4Runner, they will stand there and LIE TO YOUR FACE and tell you it cant be adjusted, take your money, and let you leave with a dangerous-to-drive vehicle in WORSE alignment than what you brought in. It was unstable at 70MPH but tracked fine. When I left it was pulling 5 degrees to the left and I couldnt go more than 60MPH. I went somewhere else that knew what they were doing.

There was noone there when I arrived. I waited over 2 hours for 5 techs to do a simple oil change. Most the time there was noone actually working on the vehicle, rather they were in the corner pretending to kick each other in the balls. Couldnt make it up if I wanted to.
