No stars! We purchased a heater core that my husband installed into a pickup truck! We only put 346 miles on the truck and the heater core started to leak! So we had to warranty the part! I highly recommend that you not buy and products from this company if they have to be warrantied! It took from August 4, 2021 when we had to return the part and pay $15.00 shipping to return the defective heater core and purchase another replacement heater core @ $75.01 and we just received $72.35 back! If we did not continuously call requesting our money back they would have never returned the money and as you can see they did not even return the payment in full! They’re not very trustworthy!
They’re authorized to sell genuine Brembo brakes in the US. I bought front rotors and pads and they were the exact OE/OEM part. Don’t think these guys get enough credibility, they’re legit.
I will be brief and honest. I order rotors 2019 for our MB GL 450. I contacted the business to re-order the exact same order as 2019. They shipped me the correct part for front rotors, however they ship the wrong part from the rear rotors. I requested a return label, that was provided. I waited several days for the refund confirmation nothing. I ended up having to email to inquire about the refund, they stated I need to request a money refund versus a return, which I did by email. This I was told their system error in returning the money. I tried to speak to someone over the phone to gain an understanding what was need. They do not answer the phone. I left a message they also do not return phone calls. From there I placed refund request with PayPal, which used to send the money. I also filed a complaint with BBB of TN. Please do not use this company. You get message like one I have share if they mess up an order.
I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this company. Like many others, I cant criticize the poor customer service enough. My order was missing parts and, long story short, the seller did not consider it necessary to correct the problem. My experience is that they specialize in impediments rather than resolutions. Absolute worst company esp when it comes processing returns. Theyre terrible at processing returns & reimbursing your money. Took them 3 weeks to send me a return label & almost a month to reimburse me for bad parts they sold. Poor quality, horrible customer service. The company is run by a bunch of robotic people w little to no capability to help you. The departments that can help you have no access to. Total mess. Dont waste your time. Horrible experience.
They shipped me the part I ordered quickly and it was the correct part. Then when I didn’t need it was fairly simple to ship it back and I got a full refund besides the postage for the return. Very happy with the service I received.

*Warning, AVOID THIS BUSINESS*Ordered a couple parts off Amazon from them. I got one out of two parts. They didn’t send one of the parts at all and delayed sending out the part, costing me money while my vehicle was in pieces. I told them it was an easy fix if they just look at their inventory and see they have one too many parts. They wanted me to send pictures of what I received, which I did. They dragged their feet until I told them it was technically theft and then they got rude and told me to return what I got to which I said I just want the part or a refund; which they rushed to give me a refund and I bought the part I needed from a different vendor.If you look at their reviews on Amazon there are others complaining about the same issue. Avoid and buy from a more reputable business.
I ordered a bottle of concentrated coolant through Amazon. They advertised it with the picture of the concentrate and sold it at the concentrate price point with the concentrate part number listed ($45). I instead received a bottle of 50/50 premix that is available from other sellers at a much lower price point (around half). They accepted the return, but refused to pay shipping or generate a pre-paid shipping label. Jim, the customer service guy, kept failing to comprehend my emails explaining what they had done, even though I laid the problem out complete with pictures and part numbers. He just said I could return the fluid at my expense, knowing full well that it was not economically feasible or worth the hassle. He would not send an additional bottle, refund half the money, or pay the return label. Complete bait and switch ripoff with malicious intent. Stay far away from this place.
Bought some stuff off eBay from these folks and its been a huge ordeal just to get the return address and RMA from these people; they are quick to take your money but very very slow on cooperating with giving it back.... Youd be better off shopping elsewhere, trust me on this
Ordered 6 spark plugs from Amazon where these clowns are a seller. It took over a week to get them and when they arrived there were on 5 in the box with one plug just thrown in the box unprotected.

Orders new struts off Amazon. Items shipped through UPS. Never received the items. Had to open an investigation only for UPS to state the package was received which it was not. Had to reopen the investigation! Which I will say was not the fault of NEWPART but their communication is the worst. All you can do is email them. They take forever to get back to you and now it seems I’m out 200$. Very disappointed!!!

I have had experience buying from newcontainer and from eeuroparts - all of which are the same company - just different names. I had 1 good experience with partscontainer, and one bad experience with eeuroparts. The parts I received were in fact legit OE parts (in this case, Mercedes) or OEM parts. The problem is the shipping. I paid for 1-5 day ground shipping, and they sent order via USPS - and after two weeks, still no delivery, and tracking shows never shipped.Newparts ships from multiple warehouses across the country that they have no direct control over.If you buy from them, double whatever the shipping time is. Hopefully, your order will be correct - mine has been correct twice out of three times.
They are scam. Never got the refund for over $700 order. I am still struggling on how to get my money back. Feeling totally disappointed and hopeless. I really want my $700+ money back. They really should not play games during pandemic when so many people are struggling financially. If anyone had similar issue with them, please let me know how to get help from police or FBI or any consumer protection agencies.
If theyre not providing a refund, file a dispute against the payment at your bank that you made the payment with.They’re falsely advertising Genuine BMW parts on ebay and sending out aftermarket parts - surprised Ebay are allowing fraud on their platform. I was supposed to have the brakes fitted on friday but now have to go thru ebay returns process, while Newparts delay and pretend it was a ‘picking’ mistake. Clowns.They also have someone inside UPS who is making returns go missing for them so that they can refuse refund and also claim against UPS insurance. This is being reported to the FBI internet fraud teams.
Ordered clutch kit, never received. Newparts shipped via FedEx; tracking says delivered but everyone is home during quarantine... FedEx never came. This isnt the fault of New parts, other than continuing to use the same carrier after several customers have reported the same or similar issues. Feedback also submitted via Amazon messaging.
Warning! These people are stealing on EBAY under the sub-name Partscontainer.I purchased an item from this store on December 8th. The next day the buyer sent me a UPS tracking number. UPS says the seller created a label for the package but did not deliver any packages. This is done by sellers so that EBAY will release the payment that buyers make. Today is Saturday the 12th and the seller has not yet delivered any packages to UPS; however, he has already received the money (more than $ 300). Then the 15th is the deadline to receive my package. What will happen is that the seller will blame UPS for allegedly sending a package and not delivering it; then the buyer keeps the money and EBAY tells the competitor to dispute with UPS. Beware of scams! I dont know how EBAY allows these things. Im going to get to the bottom of this. I have the address of the company that sells. I will take legal action!

Heads up Dano Ramovich the GM of Newparts inc is scamming people left and right and I was scammed by them for $2208.00, since Nov 15 2020 until now giving me the runaround and not refunding my money, I’m not the only one who got scammed.
The website said the parts would ship in one to two days. After a full week of not hearing from them, I emailed them for tracking information. They then gave me a fake tracking number so I wouldn’t complain. I emailed them again telling them the tracking number didn’t work, then they told me one of the parts I ordered was not in stock. After a couple more days, they FINALLY shipped my order and then took several more days to return the money to my account for the part that they were missing (which still says in stock on their website). I will never do business with this company again. I do not trust them or their website.
Sent me a gallon of the wrong oil(motul 8100 x-cess 5w40 gen2) . Contacted them and they said they had the correct one(motul 8100 x-cess 5w40) and to order another and return the wrong one. They sent 8100 x-cess 5w40 gen2 again. I now have two of the gen2. Called my subaru shop/tuner and they said the gen2 is fine and that theyre discontinuing the original. Wouldnt have been an issue if theyd just said they didnt have the original 8100 x-cess 5w40. Adjusted from one star to three stars but disappointed in the lack of product information on Amazon and lack of information via email

If you depend on your vehicle like I do. I drive a 15 year old 2003 Dodge Ram pick up. New parts on E-BAY had my parts and got them to me fast and saved me over $1,000 in repairs. So if youre in a jam and enjoy doing the work your self and need parts quick. New parts on E-Bay is the place to go and I know. Ken

A 2004 Highlander sun visor was ordered through EBay’s internet site and never delivered. The company handling the order was Newports (parts container). The charge was made through my credit card and processed through PayPal. The order is in dispute with my credit card company at the present time. I do not recommend dealing with this company and notice that there are a lot of other negative ratings on this company (1 star).
I recently purchase a complete set of Bilstein Shocks for my CK1500. What I didnt know was that it had been leveled before I bought it (first truck). When I installed the rear shock it was way to long. Newparts was so kind and found the correct part, but didnt have it in stock. They gave me a refund and return shipping for the rear pair. Thats what I call a class company.Thanks Newparts for great service and understanding.By the way I ordered the correct shocks from 4WP. Cancelled the order today because they didnt have it and didnt know when it would come in and didnt tell me that when I placed my order. I only found out two weeks later. No apology...no nothing.

The following day I received a message that they are out of stock on that item. Now it will take few days to get my money back. I am very disappointed with them.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything from this company. They are very dishonest they will rob you, I recently buy a parts from them on eBay for my car it’s say it would fit my car but after taking it to the mechanic shop they installed it and notice the ball joint was different from the factory, I reached out to newparts they asked me for pictures which I did so they accepted the return. After they received the parts they summit a refund which I never received. They keep giving me the running around that I should check with PayPal or my bank my bank state that newparts never refund the money. After weeks on weeks trying to get my money now they are saying that because the parts is damage they won’t be giving me a refund!! They never said that plus the parts was never damaged why summit a refund after asking for proof that the parts was not correct. There’s two photos in my review that shows they accept my return and that they would refund me but never did. The worse seller on eBay. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM..

Absolutely great product and customer service. Brembo break pads and rotor kit came quickly in great packaging and reasonably priced. Was very impressed with quality. Only small issue is front pads did not come with guide clips, even though picture showed them. Called Customer service and they immediately offered a small rebate for missing part. Highly recommend this company and their parts.

I purchased a Dorman leak detection pump for my VW a year ago and the part has failed and needs replaced in order for my car to pass inspection. I contacted Dorman directly and they informed me that any company that sells their products is required to honor the limited lifetime warranty on their products. I have been trying to contact New Parts for the past few days about getting a replacement via email and phone and I have not heard back from anyone about this. Phone line goes directly to an automated response with no ability to reach the company and any emails sent through their contact us page results in an automated email response claiming that someone will get back to you shortly. Well in my opinion shortly does not equate to 3 days of waiting for a response. Terrible customer service. Will have to end up buying a whole new part for my car to pass inspection even though it should be covered under a warranty unless I hear back PROMPTLY from New Parts and am sent a replacement.

I owe these guys a big thank you for giving me advice and the correct parts. I cant remember who I talked to. But, They saved me 1200 by telling me to try replacing all the plugs then single out the bad coil. My repairman wanted to replace them all rather than find the bad one.

I purchased a glow plug relay for my 2004 Jetta TDI. Their price seemed too good to be true so I was nervous but figured Id give it a shot. The part came quickly. It seems to be working fine (engine light is finally off after two years of living with it on!).

I ordered a part through Ebay, arrived fine. Sent it back for warranty purposes for a replacement. Sent it UPS October 2018. Its January 2019 and still no replacement. The replaced part was sent to Kentucky, USA??? I live in NC, Canada. Ive sent over thirty emails, plus numerous phone calls. And two responses to state that they are waiting on Ebay? Clearly they dont have the part, didnt send me the part as I live in Canada and not the USA. And still no clear and concise answer of yes or no. So Newpart will you replace my tail light??? Or perhaps my money back since you send broken promises. Avoid this company at all costs. The worst customer service industry in the automotive sector. Oh, good luck calling them. They are always experiencing higher then normal call volumes and will call you back within an hour......unlikely. Save your hard earned money folks and stay away from NewParts. Ordered heater core, had local shop install, when they filled coolant they discovered core to be defective, now my 2013 Dodge ram is stuck in a shop and newparts wont return calls, I cant afford to pay labor twice for a part bought new. Im sure this doesnt happen often but come on, Im not rich and went about this repair the best way possible and now Im stuck with none running truck for buying a new part and paying labor once already.
