Overpriced vehicles to say the least. Sales team tried their best to not let you leave almost pressuring you to stay. That made my wife and I uncomfortable. The GM seems very shady. He speaks well in front of you and stabs you in the back when you turns way and refuse his offer. Car dealerships have not changed much over the decades.

I was at Crest Honda for my car maintenance and inquired about complimentary car wash. I was told that its not possible because of my roof bike rack. It was kinda disappointing but I havent insisted. When I got my car back I noticed some fresh water drops on it and thought that they went above and beyond and rinsed it from a hose or something like that. However, today I noticed that my roof bike rack is displaced (asymmetrically on the left and right sides). So, my best guess is that my car was actually attempted to be washed despite them knowing that it wont go well with my bike rack and now Ill have to deal with placing the rack back at the correct position and possibly with the painting damage from the forced movement of the rack. Really disappointing experience.
All of the staff at Crest Honda were great during the whole process of turning in my lease and starting a new lease. The staff communicated with me during delivery delays and the process was very smooth. I love my new Honda and the visit was a pleasant experience!

I just got an extended warranty letter from them and that puts them in a new shady category. I didnt realize they were the type.Other than that all that I can remember about them is they did a warranty repair on my car and as far as I can remember it went find and had no problems.
One major thing that saddened me and made me feel disrespected was that I’m a service member in the U.S. Military serving our country and they didn’t want to serve me. I was aware of the $500 Discount that Honda offers for Military Appreciation and they were lying to me telling me they stopped offering that years ago (as it’s on Crest Honda’s website and HFS website) I had to beg up to 10 times for me to get the $500 discount.. They said hassle free? Not at all. I was there for over 3 hours nothing but stressful and a waste if time. If you see (Preston or Richard) request another sales person and manager IF POSSIBLE! I was getting pressured to make purchases that were not necessary (as in a protection package, paint protection plan… and a $700 documentation fee..) That would cost me an extra $1,7000 total! Help me Help you! But you won’t find that at this dealership..
Communication was good and they gave an indepth estimate and easy way to approve or not approve services by text. Pick up was also uncomplicated and Ryan very nice. They even washed the car. That was an added surprise. The price did not seem overly exaggerated like some dealerships. Ill be back for my other Honda.
On a road trip, our alternator died 3 miles away. We limped in on battery power and thank goodness for Crest - they took us right in and had us back on the road with a new alternator in about 3 hours! Crisis averted! Thanks for the calming, friendly and prompt service. - The Kaufman Family
Was ripped off! I took my 05 civic in for inspection due to major fluid leak coming from under the car. The Dealership quoted me for replacing the engine due to it being a coolant leak for almost 5k…with an engine having only 10000 miles less than the one I have in there (153,000).The “leak” was condensation build up from the AC system that was draining due to overuse. Very typical. I’ve been driving across the country and got another professional’s opinion. They and others assured me this was the case, the coolant system is fine.To also think that the dealership would assume I would just spend 5 grand on a 16 year old car rather than acquire a very nice car for that price was ridiculous.Bunch of thieves, and 1000 miles later my Honda is driving like a champ. Don’t trust the mechanics here or this business.
My experience was excellent from my first inquiry phone call until driving away in my new Odyssey EX-L! I was treated with courtesy and respect. Every staff member I encountered worked to make my purchase was possible and to ensure I was given the optimal financing options!
What a long story but Ill do my best to keep it short- moral of the story is NEVER GO HERE. We purchased a brand new 2022 Honda Odyssey. After driving it about 1k miles, the transmission failed and we had it towed to Crest for repair. We had Crest replace the transmission. Got it back and 1 day later, it overheated and had to be towed again right back to Crest. Upon further inspection, they discovered that it was their own technicians fault that had caused the van to overheat. They absolutely tried to minimize how big of an issue they had created due to their mistakes. Got the car repaired again and it continued to make noises that a brand new car should not be making. After spending hours on the phone with Honda Corporate and trying to get ahold of the manager, Crest finally agreed to buy the car back and we traded it in for a new 2022. We did all of the paperwork and took our new car home. Fast forward to having expired temporary plates and multiple phone calls, they never told us they needed the title from the first car. Once we found that out, we mailed it back, had a conversation with the person in the title department about the easiest option to avoid any visits for us to the county clerk and she assured us it was the easiest to get a new plate and they would mail it to us. We finally get it in the mail only to find out that it is for the wrong county and we do in fact have to go to the county clerk. I was in tears MULTIPLE times at this dealership due to THEIR ERRORS and made to feel like these things were no big deal. Guess what- spending over 30k on a brand new car only to be treated poorly each and every step along the way is NOT OKAY. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Avoid at all costs. The absolute worst experience we have ever had at a car dealership with every single person there, theres not just one bad seed, the whole place is a disaster with incredibly rude and unprofessional people who dont know what they are doing. Dont buy a car here or bring your car here for any type of work. I wouldnt trust them with ANYTHING after our experience.

Really condescending finance people. We were just talking options and in this day of 0.25% rates to banks from the Fed they told us average car rates were 5%. I laughed at that rate. I can do an unsecured personal loan for more than the whole car for less than that! We were seeking out 36 months at 0% for 2021s with 50% down since we could just buy the car out right and have great credit. Sales guy was fine and reasonable but would never trust that finance guy we talked to. Trying to anchor people on crazy lending rates may work with lots of people but screams scummy to me. A different Honda dealer in the area was way better to work with and we were able to easily do 0% on last years inventory same day with 0 condescension. Always be willing to say No and walk away from any deal.No idea how their service department is, purely reviewed on sales and finance. Finance is 0/1 star, sales is 3/4.tl;dr: dont finance here, always be able to say no and walk away

Just acquired my newest Honda Hrv and couldnt be more happier. I first came to Crest Honda last year for a seat belt repair and they made sure I was given the best financial option instead of just quoting me a charge right away. And subsequent service visits were no different, honoring coupons and they always have fast service. While searching for a new car, Crest Honda had the best option for me and Al Tribble and Derick Sumpter were as helpful as you want someone to be. If you want or need to buy a car you will serve yourself to request Aaron as your sales person. He will have your interests in mind and will listen to what you want. In a sea of backhanded sales games and trickery, Aaron is a lifeboat.
This started off as a relatively good car buying experience, even with the extremely long wait time due to their systems going down. Once the whole process was over is when things began to take a turn and become very frustrating. The first thing that began to irk me was when I left the dealership and had to go straight to a gas station due to the car being completely empty, which isn’t a huge deal so I got over it. Once I used the windshield wipers, finally, I realized they were completely shot and needed to be replaced, I called the dealership to see if maybe they could give me a deal on some new ones since I had just purchased the car. I spoke with two separate people, one being my sales person, I was told by both people that they would see what they could do and give me a call back. After never hearing back from either of those people I just went on and purchased new windshield wipers because I couldn’t wait due to the extreme deterioration of the current wipers sold with the car. After owning the car for a month my temp tag was expired so I called to see if I could get another one, I spoke with my salesperson again and was given the same response, he would see what he could find out and give me a call back. Once again I never received a phone call from the dealership or salesperson. A week later I called again and finally was able to speak with someone other than my salesperson, by my request, and was told they could print me a new temp tag and I could pick it up that day. When I got to the dealership they had my actual license plate there with the wrong county and told me that if I wanted it changed I would just have to do it myself. Lastly, I just came up on my first oil change and I was told the air filter badly needed to be changed as it was almost completely black. I say all of this to just give anyone a heads up when purchasing a car from this dealership. I never plan on purchasing a car with them again nor will I recommend anyone here either.
2 months have passed since I bought a vehicle from this place and still haven’t receive the registration for my transfer plate! You would think a big dealership like this will be more efficient, the car was +$38k and this is the service you receive... I made few calls inquiring and asking for a call back and I guess they don’t care about their customers, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Made an appointment on the same day I requested it online. They serviced my car and washed it along with sanitizing it. They kept me informed on the progress of the service. The service advisor was very nice.
This place lives up to the reputation of car dealerships trying to rip you off. Got a full inspection done on my girlfriends car, and they quoted me $305 to put in new transmission fluid and brake fluid and marked those two items as Critical: Items requiring immediate attention. Not only did neither of those two items need to be replaced or even topped of, but even if they did, those are things that are easily done in almost no time and at a total parts cost of under $30. They also quoted me $193 to put in new coolant and an air filter. While those two things actually did need to be done, thats a labor cost of $164 for two things that any idiot can do in 5 minutes. Car dealerships are a rip off and this place is no different.

WOW!! That is the theme of this review. The people at Crest Honda are the best!! If you are buying a Honda, buy it there. Their service will WOW you!We are from Chicago and were travelling thru the Nashville area when our van broke down around 2:30PM. My family was in a city we are not familiar with, and our van would not run. This could have been a nightmare for the family. Instead, Crest Honda made an awful situation into a very tolerable one.My wife called Crest Honda in desperation. We had no idea what to do. Zac Harris was outstanding!! He calmed my wife down and provided the name and number of a towing company. He also told us that if we could get the van to the dealer before 5:00, he would have a technician try and fix it before the day was over. WOW!!!The van arrived at the dealer around 4:30 and Zac was able to get someone to evaluate the situation. They determined the repair would take a few hours, so it would have to be in the morning. Luckily, there was a hotel right across the street, so the family stayed there. Zac personally drove us to the hotel, which was a nice touch.In the morning, Crest Honda went right to work on the van. They determined the breakdown was caused by an error in the repair at the dealer in Chicago and that the transmission was shot. They found a way to get us back on the road to Chicago with a temporary fix so we could go home. We were on the road by 9:45AM!!! WOW!!The double WOW happened after we arrived home. Zac called to make sure we arrived home safely. WOW!!! WOW!!If you want service that goes beyond expectations, you need to shop at Crest Honda.
Terrible customer service. Drove 3 hours to pay cash for a car and waited 8 hours for the windshield to be replaced. Long story short, we drove away extremely frustrated and still didn’t get the cracked windshield replaced. The salesman we worked with was negligent, repeatedly lied to us about how long we would wait, and the manager seemed completely unbothered by the situation. As we drove away from the lot we realized that one of the brake lights was out and turned around to take the car back after sitting there for 8+ hours that day. The parts department was closed, so we left with a cracked windshield and only brake light. A few miles down the road on our 3 hour trip back home the tire pressure light came on. When we stopped to check the tires, one had 17 pounds of air pressure in it, and the other 3 were low as well. The whole experience was highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Shop somewhere else.

Had to get recall service done on an airbag and get an oil change before a multi day road trip. Checking into service was as easy as sliding into a huge clean well-light bay that could handle several cars deep and across. Robert came up, masked, and talked me through what I needed, asked after the regular and high mileage maintenance that was done or that I would need soon. No pressure, just information and advice. They estimated two hours and got the work done in an hour, and that underpromise overdeliver makes for great customer experience. Even though I can find cheaper prices, Ill probably get my 180K mile service back here.

Beware when it comes to financing with this dealership! once I reached Derek In the finance department he tried to give me the worst deal possible. The way he structured my deal I would have been paying thousands of unnecessary money for years to come. Thankfully I was wise enough not to take the deal I don’t usually write reviews specially bad ones but I would feel terrible knowing that this situation might happen to someone else. I will never buy a car from here. Please don’t allow yourself to be robbed by this dealership.

Good service but work is done fast and missed simple things like filling up the windshield fluid. Had three oil changes with this location and I always have to check their work to make sure they did everything. I would give ZERO STARS but google will not allow it! The sales people at this place were absolutely horrible. They argued with us about what county we live in, what are payoff was, would not give us our keys back, told us they did not know where our car was, gave us the incorrect forms to complete- at one time, there were 4 men in the office standing over us as an intimidation tactic. We had been in contact with 2 other honda dealerships before going to crest and all 3 places told us totally different things about policies, interest rates, etc--HORRIBLE!

I was disappointed to find out if you live out side Davidson county and bought car from them they charge all extra fees when you purchase vehicle but they can’t afford to pay for your county’s sticker I had bought car from other dealers they do not make you pay for it.I will not be making anymore purchases from this dealer any more.
I am going through a divorce and needed to trade my 2017 Civic EX (because it was in my ex-spouses name as well), leaving me upside down on the value of the car. Fady and Beau, as well as the rest of the team, took great care of me and worked hard to get me a deal I could manage as a new single parent. It was a busy sales day, but they checked in frequently to update me and make sure the kids and I were comfortable and had everything we needed.To whomever gets my 17- you are getting a fab car, take good care of it!
My wife is traveling in Nashville, TN right now.She came in with a VSA and CEL light on.Your mechanic lied to my wife saying we had a dead, worthless, and un-drivable car due to a cam failure. He then sent a salesmen over to try and sell her another car.After paying your diagnostic fee so she could leave, she drove the dead car off the lot to a different mechanic without a sales agenda 25 miles away.Presently, the car is very much alive.Shame on you for attempting to take advantage of my vulnerable wife and child!!! Shame on you for being the reason we cant trust dealerships!!!

My daughter has bought four cars from Crest Honda since 2015. Two 2015 Honda civics, a 2007 Honda Odyssey, and a 2018 Honda Civic SI, a 2017 Honda Civic, and a 2018 Ford mustang. I went with her today to see about the radio in the mustang and they said its out of warranty and she has to take it to Ford so they can fix it and they can charge her. So why would you go to Crest Honda unless youve lost your mind or your own drugs or your high was a lot of money in your pocket.

While car shopping is not something many people would typically look forward to, my experience at Crest was easy and painless. Juan was by far the highlight of our experience- genuine, down to earth and forthcoming with his recommendations.
This was my first experience purchasing a car and I was incredibly disappointed in Al’s performance. I called and made an appointment as I know I get off work an hour before they close and when I arrived Al was incredibly rude, did not hold up his end of the deal at all. Had I not been in need for a car I would have absolutely walked out!!! The advertisement for the vehicle stated complimentary delivery and he refused to deliver (causing me to have an issue getting a second vehicle home). He was rude from the second I walked in the door, told me absolutely nothing about the vehicle (I had to ask incredibly specific questions), he was incredibly rude when I called my dad to ask him questions since Al wouldn’t answer them, he handed me keys and told me to go drive the car (he never came outside) I explored the vehicle alone with no clue about it. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience and will never do business here again!!

Zach Harris really took care of me. He has every visit I’ve been there. I’ve been there about 4 or 5 times now. I was having troubles with my breaks, they checked out what the problem was and he explained to me what needed to happen. It was a lot more expensive than I thought but thankfully since I’ve been there so much they dropped the price a little for me. I really appreciated that...especially during these times. He even let me know what else I should get done with my car, sometime in the future. He was great with explaining everything and he really made me feel like it was would be taken care of, which is was! I love coming to Crest Honda because I know I’ll be taken care of.
Working with Dontel was excellent. He was very polite and informative. Only reason for a 4 star rating is that overall we had to spend 3 hours at the dealership in order to make a deal. It shouldnt take that long. It took a very long time to get the trade in value of my vehicle.

There is not too loud noise coming from the belt, but not from belt it self. Its a noise from one of the components that turn with it. Mechanic couldnt pin point exactly where its coming from. suggested that I wait longer for noise to get louder to enable him to diagnose it. Zack and Monty are superstars. Thank you.

My experience was very satisfying. Our repairs was explained thoroughly and professional.We were very satisfied with the timing it took to repair, very happy and grateful for the discounts. Our service advisor was so very polite and very helpful. We have been with Honda for the last five years. We have no regrets.
Im still waiting for my plate for arrival after almost two months. My temp expired and i called them. They told me that they will send it to me but it never arrived. Avoid this dealer if you want your plate ASAF. I will be posting review until they send me one.

One of those dealers that try and rope you in with Facebook ads, and then proceed to do absolutely nothing with your information except do a hard credit pull. Unsure if management is aware of some of the way their salesman speak to customers. Glad I didn’t purchase here.

I made an oil change appointment. It still took almost 2 hours. Im not sure what the point is in booking an appointment if they dont adhere to it. Any other place with appointments completes an oil change in 45 mins to an hour. They did not check everything on my summary report which was clear when they stated everything was fine and listed the tread depths all the same, when I knew that was inaccurate as I had checked them a few weeks before. I will not be back.
We bought two cars here and if I could do it again I would go elsewhere. Not only did they not send me my registration in a timely manner (so I was pulled over and accused of auto theft for over an hour), the used car was sold to us with “new tires and brakes” yet here I am replacing them. They were dangerously bald and produced in 2018 when the car was assembled. They lost our loyalty.
Zac Harris gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond the call of duty to work with relevant insurance parties and communicated every step of the way. I will be scheduling with him for now on. Thank you to Honda and Zac!

Recently purchased a car from Crest Honda the pros. Jerry Williams the sales person was a very knowledgeable and cared person helped me with my purchase and countesses Shaw was really nice and friendly explained everything to me before signing my papers really good people. The cons the down side about this experience is the sales Manager Ryan Carney he was rushing me to sign and was sneaky enough to make u sign for a deal not best for me when u don’t just gives you attitude this sales manager is not friendly or honest at all I would love to give crest Honda 5 stars rating but because of Rayan I am going to give 3 stars. Jerry and countess and mrs. Talley was really good too.

Macy and Caleb went out of ther way for me and my family. We got in two cars, and lowered our interest rate. We didn’t get approved at first, but Macy kept working on it for a day or so and made it happen. We couldn’t be happier. This is our 4th car to purchase from Crest and this experience by far has been the best.
Friendly and helpful staff. I usually go to another Honda dealership for my oil changes but they were completely booked so I went to Crest. I was in and out in less than an hour, it was amazing!
Worst Experience. One of the dealers confused me and my wife very badly, manipulated final price of the car and finally made us to sign for the car in confusion. This is not the right way to do business. And, very next day when I went back to the store again to clarify for last time, I think person called David Tran (Finance Manager).. Such a rude person and doesnt know the way to talk to a customer, He was literally shouting, became serious and rude. I was very disappointed and didnt even go to office very next day as I was very depressed.I am not sure if I had a chance to cancel the deal after signing. If there is a chance, I missed it.If there is a chance to talk to the Direct Manager or Head of the store. I am ready to talk to him and explain that situation clearly to him.
Do not recommend. We drove 150 miles to buy this car. We called 2 days prior and set up an appointment; they promised to save it for us. We get there after 2 and a half hours of driving and they sold the car. We were told we would get a call if anything changes and they never called us and never let us know that they had sold it. Extremely unprofessional. I can’t even trust them to save a car for me that we were going to BUY. Both my parents and I took a day off of work for this. as well. Very disappointed.

This dealer helped me quickly and effectively get my battery changed and thoroughly explained my warranty coverage. I appreciated the speed, diligence, and care Crest took! They even washed my car before handing me my keys back!
Beware, I bought a used car here in November of 2018 and the engine blew out in less than 30 days. I tried for weeks to get help from Crest Honda but they were not willing to help. I understand that the car was sold as is but it doesnt sit right with me that the company would not stand by their product enough for it to last more than 30 days. They value profits over customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ended up needing to replace the engine it cost me an additional ~$5,000.
