I had a coolant leak in my 07 Cayman S. They made the necessary repairs. Offered some other services while the car was in the shop at a discounted rate. I had them change the drive belt but skipped the other services. I had a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating with you. Im due for a service and Ill use them again.
EuroFix was nice and professional. The one thing I would say to people interested in coming here is: having a European car serviced is expectedly more expensive. However, if money is tight I would recommend looking elsewhere. What I was quoted for my repairs was extremely out of my price range and I was able to call around to a few other Volvo mechanics and they agreed that the quote was extremely high for the repairs I needed. If money is not an issue, I would recommend EuroFix.
The team at Eurofix did an amazing job of diagnosing the problem with my Audi, and keeping me informed as we worked through the repairs. The process was smooth, and I couldnt be more pleased with the work!
Took my Cayenne in on a Monday to have coil packs done, they then told me it needed a couple other things done but would have to wait for parts for a few days, which then got extended even further. Not their fault at all, it was at the peak of Hurricane Ida, and parts are hard to get right now anyways. They have been transparent and let me know everything that was going on and have been nice and professional.
Dean at Eurofix did an outstanding job taking care of not only my vehicle, but making sure I walked away a satisfied customer. A very professional company that listens to your concerns and do whatever it takes to take care of you.
Stopped in for a diagnostic after hearing about them on the radio. Wanted to know how I could fix the oil consumption issue on my A4 Audi. They then tell me the only way they can address the issue is by replacing a PCV valve. It cost me over $650!! I understand it’s an Audi but they could’ve been far more reasonable with their prices and given me a legitimate diagnostic. Wouldn’t recommend
Very good customer service. Ive used them for my land rover discovery. I always call and make an appointment ahead of time. Due to needing a loaner vehicle. Communication is always good. Very fair prices.
These Guys are Great at what they do! Theyre professional, courteous, and best of all competent! They were able to work me in and quickly identify & fix the problem, at a reasonable cost. I wouldnt trust my BMW with any other service provider!! 👍
Called to inquire about a repair. Need the front strut mounts replaced on a BMW X5. I was told that they will not give me a price over the phone for anything other than an oil change. Its a straight forward request and I dont want to drive it all the way to and from Nashville in dangerous condition just to be surprised by a price I cant afford. It doesnt help me that the inspection is complimentary if I crash and die on the way there or back.
Had to get an oil change and rear brakes on my BMW X2. The rear brake as stated by the tech were worn down to the sensors, so much needed repair. I’ve been with EuroFix for about 6+ years. Always good service and reasonable prices.
My Porsche had a dead battery and it was positioned in a way that a tow truck couldnt get it out of my house. Roadside assistance was no help. Dean, one of the owners and a tech came over to my house to get the car started so I could take it in to be repaired. I was very appreciative. When I picked up the car, they had done an amazing wash and dry on the car. It looked beautiful after being stuck in my back yard under a tree. They really went over and above and I really appreciate it. Dean and his team are first class.
When my car had water damage in the floorboards, EuroFix quickly worked with my insurance and resolved the issues. While already at the shop, they also were able to take on and do some other needed repairs and maintenance to the car saving me multiple visits. I have always been thankful for their professionalism and communication about what is happening. Will happily recommend and continue using them for my auto needs.
3rd time I had my car serviced there. Kind people clean area. Ads and website say free loaner vehicle while yours is being fixed. Ours ended up being extended and was never offered. Will use them again
First it took two weeks to diagnose the issue secondly I was told it would be two weeks for the part to arrive thirdly it’s been about a month since than and then I get request to review the service yet I have not heard from eurofix. The true issue is this my car but my nephews car and I recommended them.
GREAT service reasonably priced very niceWill use nobody else on the BMW
They replaced the battery in my new to me car. I am satisfied with the service I no longer have a malfunctioning battery light.
Eurofix was extremely friendly and professional. They diagnosed my car and provided a list of problems and how much to repair. Costs are in line with or better than other shops. With their experience working on foreign cars Id trust them to work on mine.
Took my car in for a water leak test, results came back dry. I wake up today to find a standing puddle in my trunk. Called to complain about the service, bounced around a couple of different people, and the only thing they offered was for me to take it in and pay them more money to probably just give me the same result. They also overcharged on both services (water test and oil change) by 10-15% based on other mechanics that I calledAnd they didn’t even call to let me know my car was ready, I had to call them and probably spent and extra day or so without it for no reason
Came in for an oil change and to get a new battery. This was my first time using EuroFix Nashville and I thought the level of service would be similar to EuroFix in Murfreesboro. The actual service went fine, the customer service was good too. However, the quality of the work was what I disliked. Since they had to change my battery, they had to remove my front seat. After replacing the battery, I’m not sure if the covers and bolts were properly put back together. My rail covers were not bolted down at all and came off as soon as I moved my seat backwards. The battery cover came off as soon as I moved the seats forward. The carpet plugs were both missing and now my carpet won’t stop sliding up as soon as I press the breaks. Not sure if I will be returning to use their services again any time soon unless it’s for something simple and doesn’t involve too many parts.Update: EuroFix has addressed the issue the following week and the covers were reinstalled properly
Great experience! We came from Murfreesboro to get our car serviced; staff outstanding and the service! We have found a new spot for our vehicle! Thank you Euro-FIx Nashville!
I have been going to Eurofix for a few years (wish I had met them many years ago). The entire staff is so friendly and their attention to detail is impeccable. I cannot imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else (Porsche and BMW). Aside from being an extremely well run business, they are a Nashville institution with over 20 years of history. I know I am but one on long list of dedicated customers.
EuroFix is outstanding. They always do quality work and are truly professional. They guarantee what they do and honor that guarantee. I have taken several of my cars to them and get great results. Truly Nashvilles best.
Very courteous and professional customer service. I always went to the dealer for service in the past. Now I will have my BMW and Mercedes serviced here in the future
Looked at my issue, made a suggestion that I took, handled professionally.
Initially told diagnostics would be free once vehicle arrived and sat for 2 days I never recieved a call I checked in and they told me all different stories. I could tell the front counter sales man was just that a sales guy didn’t kno what he was talking about would not recommend
Great service and very friendly staff. And above all the Price a little expensive but the service makes up for a..
Mark was great at explaining things and taking questions and an abundant amount of calls.
Great customer service experience no fluff No Frills very hottest Clarity on what work needed to be done. I would refer them to friends and I will definitely use them again.
Ive brought both of my Volvos to them over the years and Ive always been very pleased with their service. Prices are very reasonable and its always quality work.
As always, EuroFix service is very well done and I appreciate it.
This is a good repair shop for basic services, oil changes/brakes. For major repairs and diagnostics......BE CAUTIOUS.So essentially a loose nut on a electrical harness caused me thousands of $$$$$, wasted time, and frustration. My 2011 BMW needed a head gasket. Eurofix did the work at a fair price, Great. Got the car home, after one day, car would not start. I had the battery tested, Battery tested good. So I drive back to Eurofix to have them look at the car again. After several conversations with service manager, several components are replaced; battery, starter, serpentine belt, harmonic balancer, belt adjuster. I’m cool with throwing money at my car because this was the only major repair after owing the car for 4 years with a lot of commuter miles.Get the car back after all the parts are replaced, two days later same exact issue. So I’m angry and frustrated and have to make a choice. Do I deal with Eurofix or take my car elsewhere?I take my car to another shop. After a half a day they find a loose nut on the main electric harness. The harness is covered by a plastic cover and the nut is hand tight. The shop charges me $100 and the no start issue is resolved.Eurofix has been good to me and I love the staff. I can no longer do business with them because they did me dirty. They threw parts at my car, hoping and praying that it would fix the issue.Eurofix, please do better, hire experienced mechanics, and DON’T DO PEOPLE DIRTY.
Poor communication. What they advertise on the radio isnt accurate.
Great service but employees were walking around near me without masks on so its disappointing they arent taking the health of their customers more seriously.
They replaced my leaking coolant pump & breaks on my BMW 320i 2014 & beat the price that was recommended from a competitor shop. I highly Recommend their highly quality service.
STAY AWAY!!! They wouldn’t reset the service interval due on my vehicle after changing the oil, etc. because I wouldn’t pay them $1,000 to replace the brake pads. I never had this issue any other time I had the vehicle serviced at its scheduled intervals. When I politely questioned this, they became notably defensive, argumentative, and talked down to me.I took it to the Audi dealer, and they gladly reset it for $40 with no questions asked.I changed those brake pads myself for $130 in parts and a little time watching a YouTube video on a Saturday.Caveat emptor.
I’ve taken my Volkswagen to Eurofix three times now and each time I’ve been very impressed by their communication, efficiency, and honesty. On my last visit they quoted me the best price compared to other shops for a bigger fix I needed and when I went to pay they ended up not needing everything they thought they would, were honest about it, and it saved me a few hundred dollars. Definitely will be the place that gets my business from now on!!
We broke down on a highway just outside of Nashville and were able to get towed here. They fit us in and took great care of us and our car. Very professional and clear communication.
Excellent service and customer service.
Awesome shop that cares about customers and is ran by professionals. Hard to come by these days. 👍😃
I scheduled an appointment with them for my Mercedes-Benz early in the morning. When I got there they were ready to go. They had me diagnosed and out by 11am. Total time 4 hours. They suggested some stuff since it had the first time they had seen my car, but were not pushy about it. They have a great spot to take your laptop and work while you wait. Very professional. I will definitely take my car here again if needed. One word of advice, if you think you will need a loaner car, schedule it. They offer then free, but your odds of getting one are better off youre up front about your need.
Fantastic experience - best I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop. Honest, friendly, straightforward customer service. Quick turnaround. Only place I’ll take my Rover or Volvo from now on. Thanks to Mark and his crew for doing things different than the rest. Customer for life.
EuroFix have been great to me. I have a 2003 Mercedes SLK 320. The engine runs like a dream but a few other parts have failed due to age. EuroFix have always been fair, friendly, prompt and professional. Most importantly they make appointments and keep them. Even more importantly they know European cars. They have more than one service manager on staff giving each client attentive and well informed customer service. The waiting room is very nice, roomy and stocked with Kurig, cold drinks and snacks. Last week I dropped my car off to have the plugs replaced and they gave me a loaner car, the only cost being the gas I used. Tell me another garage that does that? I recently moved to Watertown but the 100 Oaks Eurofix will always be the mechanic for my Benz.
Trustworthy and flexible with appointments. They typically go and do just a little more than they are commissioned to address. It makes you feel good.Loaner can be made available if you prearrange.
Thank you so much to the team at EuroFix! They were able to solve the issue I had been having with my Fiat for months (and other places couldnt solve and actually made the issue worse). Really appreciate the great communication and their exceptional customer service.
I’m very pleased with there service! The drop off was quick, early (7am) and they even drove me to work. I needed an oil change and new brakes. It was done all in one day with efficiency. They kept me informed (text, phone, price) and was much cheaper than the dealership. I already called my brother to tell him to take his wife’s Mercedes to Eurofix for any issues.
I took my car here for an oil change and tune-up, wanting to try something different (and hopefully more affordable) than my local Volkswagen dealer. When I heard the price of the tune-up, I decided otherwise. They wanted to charge $189 to change my air filter! I bought a high quality air filter online for $13 and installed it myself. That price is a racket, no matter which way you spin it. Oil change was fine/standard, but Ill be going back to my dealer – still pricey, but at least they wash and clean my car when theyre done.
I guess my 4 stars is just because they took day and half to fix my car . But they were really professionals and transparent . They save me about 300 bucks, from the quote that I had received from the dealership. They are not cheap but definitely cheAper than the dealer.PS. European car are not cheap. So usually the fixing would be somewhere in the range of pricey, save money people
A+ service. Slightly more expensive than the local dealership but worth it! Waiting accommodations are nice. The mechanics will walk you to your car and show you the problem! Very transparent! Mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly as are the service writers. I will be back!
I recently brought my 2006 Porsche Cayenne to the guys at Eurofix to take a look at. The transmission was not shifting between gears and I was hoping that they could provide me a thorough diagnosis of the issue and repair options. They looked at the transmission and told me exactly what was causing the issue as well as the kinda of issues that had previously been associated with my model of car . They went above and beyond to help me with other questions that I had about the car . Dean and the mechanic staff were patient, kind, professional ..:and most importantly honest! I would happily recommend Eurofix to anyone I know !
They did a great job communicating their findings and pricing for service. Additionally, they were very forthcoming about the most important services to have done. The loaner vehicle was fine, though it is heavily emblazed with logos. However, I wasnt driving it long because they very quickly serviced my car once I approved the additional necessary services.
Time and time again the best place to take your European car. Outstanding customer service. Its great to be able to take my car into a place that will honestly tell me what is wrong with it (usually everything that is wrong with it) but not pressure me into fixing it all at once. They do safety test drives before they give your car back to make sure it is safe to be back on the road. THE BEST! Thank you guys for all that you do!
They are the best automotive repair shop I have ever used. Great for foreign autos and domestic. They always take that proverbial extra step and hold to there word. This was just service but when repairs are needed they explain, zero pressure to do it other than the concern needed, clean up after never a dirty car back, 3 year warranty so they fix it right. Cant say enough about them.
They fixed my car. But they exaggerated the “damage” of the vehicle that could possibly come with the issue I had, such as engine damage etc. They told me over the phone that my car was having the exact same issue, after they replaced the part it needed. But once I test drove it, none of the problems were persisting. They also told me that they took it about 2 miles down the road and the same issue I had, which was a warning light to shut the engine off and that I had low oil pressure. (which is why I had it in their shop). Once again, I took my car for a short drive and none of those problems are there anymore. I asked to sell my car to them (which is in a great condition) for $1000-1500, in believe that my car was done for, they offered me $500, with pre-existing bill of about $600. Basically I would have given them a free car and still have to give them another $100 on top of that. I would not recommend this shop at all, I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, as I would imagine most of their customers. Issue with my car was fixed though so I will say they know what they’re doing. Wouldn’t trust their word by any means though. Also I don’t think they ever changed my oil, maybe drained out the excess.
I am extremely Happy with the service received. After taking my BMW to another dealer for several years the service started going down hill. I took my car to Eurofix and the price and service was great. Keep up the great work!!!
Great customer service. European cars are always expensive to fix and maintain but these guys definitely give awesome service and Mark goes above and beyond to give advice. I would recommend to anyone.
The staff is wonderful! So nice and friendly. The service was amazing, they explain everything they were doing to my vehicle, called me with updates, and finished when they said they were.
Repair was good on a very difficult job. Only request would be for a little more communication while repair was being done. Will definitely use again.
Scheduled an appointment for noon. The purpose was simply to ask a few questions and look at my brakes. Everyone was simply very courteous. No question too small or inconsequential. Their pricing structure is also pretty good at least as compared to my brand dealer. I will return when I need Service.....Gonna edit this and reduce the stars to 4....First I still plan to be going back; their past reviews and the service and attitude I received the first trip has established that fact.... However, When I left the shop I had asked them to send me a quote for replacing a rubber gasket on my driver side door opening trim. They asked if I wanted a text or phone call. Text was fine...Did not receive anything. Did receive a text but it was to give them a review. So I sent a return text back to them asking if I could get the quote they said they would give me. I also tried scheduling a tire rotation and balance this was on the 14th or 15th of Feb. I still havent heard anything from them a week later.....Yes I could call but my job is very hectic and busy; doesnt change the fact that they didnt text me when I thought they would have....Still need tires rotated and balanced and the quote for the gasket.
I have using thembfor quite some time now for all of my cars. Work has always been done properly and in a timely fashion. Costs are better than going to dealer.
I have used this location several times for service and repair on my late model VW. I would recommend spending the extra money if you have a newer car. Also, they seem more thorough and competent than the dealerships for service, in my experience. Management seemed honest, straight-up, and competent, the one time that I did have an issue, they went out of their way to make it right. They also have a great waiting room.
I rarely leave reviews but this place so deserves a good one. I came in early today in a panic since my coolant sensor was going off in the cold weather and I was terrified my car was going to over heat. The lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet, she did inform me that they are pretty much a appointment only center and were extremely busy. I asked her what she recommended I do for my coolant situation, noticing my panic, she so kindly took my car around to the garage and had it serviced super quick. They were so kind and accommodating - did a quick fluid top off, told me an honest diagnostic and recommended I come back. They didnt even charge for that little act of kindness. Im making my follow up appointment today.
We were most impressed by the service received when for our VW van. We experienced engine issues as we drove into Nashville (from Toronto). The staff were professional and courteous. I have never been in a more comfortable waiting room, complete with a business centre. The staff took great care to investigate the issue (even drove around in the van with us) and did their utmost to help us. I cannot say enough about how positive our experience was. Thank you from a pair of road tripping Canadians. They are a credit to Southern hospitality.
Had a massively cracked display on my iPhone 6. Found this place on yelp and decided to give it go. All in all a really great experience. The super simple appointment reservation process and the evaluation of the damage were only exceeded by the finished product.Exactly what it say on the tin. Thank you Ed, you saved my day, week, month and phone! Highly recommended.
They fix my in no time.
Great experience at this shop. I especially like how they brought me back to talk to the mechanic during my appointment. Tony knows his stuff! Highly recommend this shop.
The team at EuroFix is extremely professional. They go above and beyond to be transparent with every visit. I would recommend them over both dealers of my import.
Ive been coming to the Euro-Fix Nashville location for 7-8 years now to get my Mercedes serviced and repaired. If you are looking for fantastic prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean service bays and honest work you need to have your SAAB, VOLVO, AUDI, MERCEDES-BENZ, PORSCHE, LAND ROVER, JAGUAR, MINI, BMW or VOLKSWAGEN serviced by them. This is by far the best repair shop I have ever used. They have earned my business over the years and will continue to receive my business.Thank you Euro-Fix for doing what you do!
Ask for Eric Whitman. He is the chris rock of Automotive engineering!
Rude people cause I questioned the additional price and wanted to see the invoice. Found out they overcharged me. I can’t trust these guys, and I will never be back at this location.
Excellent warranty service. My battery went bad on a battery that was nearly nine years old. I noticed from an old 2008 invoice that Euro-Fix had installed the battery with a lifetime warranty. When I showed them the invoice, they cheerfully agreed to replace the bad battery with a new battery, and they did. True, the old battery had a warranty, but it was 9 years old, and Euro-Fix didnt try to pro-rate the warranty at all. They simply gave me a brand-new battery of the same brand. I thought it was excellent service.
Extremely friendly, very quick and responsive. The piece is the price, as anyone with a European vehicle will tell you... I personally am happy to pay for excellent service and firmly believe that you get what you pay for.Very helpful even though I was frustrated with my situation, couldnt ask for more!
I took in my Range Rover to Europe Fix after a poor experience at Land Rover. The front desk was very good at making me feel comfortable and confident that my problems would be resolved. But when I brought my car back I quickly discovered that the service I was promised was not reality. I was not offered a loaner car and upon asking was told they didnt have any more. I was forced to call a friend. The next day I had to call after 4 pm to get a status update. I was told it would cost more and take longer than promised. Now several thousand dollars and weeks later, Land Rover has had to redo all of Euro- Fixs work. They replaced parts that didnt need replacing, lied and broke more things. I am a mechanic and engineer but didnt have time to fix my car. In then end, I wish I had taken it anywhere else.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU.
Ive never been anywhere that provides such amazing service, top to bottom. I would personally recommend every employee in the building. They are clear as to the consumers options and will bend over backwards (including giving multiple rides extended distances) for customer satisfaction. Thanks Euro Fix Nashville!
For any kind of work that needs to be done on an import, THIS IS THE PLACE! Their communication is always clear and direct; you never have to badger them for answers and information. Work is done in a timely manner (not something you always find with mechanic shops) and they are nothing but professional. Add in the friendliness of the staff, and I wouldnt take an import anywhere else.
I bought a 2006 Mercedes C230 for my daughter and took it to eurofix to see what kind of work may need to be done to it. They gave me a list as well as prices and I have had the work completed by them and am so happy with the work they have done! The staff at the front desk are awesome and the mechanics are top-notch! Thank you Euro-fix for all you do. I wouldnt take my daughters car anywhere else!
Results driven. Friendly service. Communication is a priority. Highly recommend. Went the extra mile to fix my Audi Q7.
These guys are top notch. They have always been honest and fair with our families vehicles. The manager and his staff (especially Guy and Sam) really took are of us. Best combination of a family owned business with better quality service and warranty than the dealer.
We had taken our daughter car in for repair and long story short there was some miscommunication that we ended up with a larger charge than we were expecting, so we talked to the manager T.J. who researched the whole scenario and credited us back a correct amount. I felt they did a great job of treating us as good customers and we will return Dianne
Excellent service and professional staff! Came here to get my Volvo transmission checked and they organized and paid for my uber and then did the work free of charge when other shops with less professionalism quoted me over a hundred and wouldnt even do it same day. Great business model! Thanks Branch!
If you own an aging European car, it is gonna be expensive. Just a fact. The staff at EuroFix (Harding Exit off 65) really do a great job bringing the pain level down. From the friendly front desk, the regular phone updates with accurate timelines, and great quality control they cant be beat. I am addicted to these cars and have been to plenty of dealer and indie shops alike. The experience at EuroFix ranks at the top.
No complaints. They figured out a problem two other mechanics could not. I was given a loaner car while they fixed my car. Very pleased!
Fantastic experience at EuroFix. Fair price for their quality work. Ive had some recent work done on my 2004 Volvo S60 that I simply wouldnt trust anyone else in Nashville to do.Ive used them for a handful of repairs, such as replacing a broken gear shift, which kept my car locked in park, to a standard oil change, and I have no hesitation going back. The customer experience is their advantage over other repair shops. EuroFix offers a complementary shuttle service, which allows me to go to work and not worry about how Im going to pick up my car. They also send text notifications to alert you of the diagnosis, cost of repair(s), and when your vehicle is ready for pickup.Big fan of EuroFix.
I visited EuroFix for the first time a couple weeks ago. The service was timely, courteous and economical. I’ll definitely be back.
I had a leaking water pump in my Rover Sport that was under warranty. However, the warranty only covered so much!? So I paid another $1800 on top of the covered portion. Within a couple of days the leak was back exactly the same. The manager had just texted me to make sure everything was good. I texted back No. The leak has not been stopped. Never heard back from them. When I took the vehicle back again, they said it would be another $1800. The leak never changed. I did not let them fix it. I will certainly take it elsewhere. I did get another text form the manager. Again, I said No! Again: no response.
Very good communications. Very professional. Great waiting area. I felt I was being given the best information and good information. I will, forsure, be going back there. Thanks and by the way, so far so good. Chuck E., Hendersonville.
I have a Porsche Cayenne S that has been having electrical issues so Eurofix replaced the battery and fixed the problem but 17 months later the battery went bad and I took the vehicle back to them and not only did they replace the battery free of charge because it was under warranty but they put a stronger larger battery in the vehicle for no extra charge. I love when a service provider goes above and beyond what is expected. They did a great job and was fast at getting it done.
The staff was very friendly and quickly began addressing the issue with my car. It was giving a false reading on my tire pressure indicators. The first thing they tried was to simply deflate the tire and re-inflate. This reset the indicator and fixed the problem. They did not charge me anything for their time. It was a refreshing experience.
Mark and Christina at Eurofix really took care of me. They kept me in the loop on my Minis condition and fixed everything that we talked about. They went above and beyond what good service normally means and, even in the city, gave me some great, down home service. Awesome, great technicians knew exactly what to do. Highly recommended if you want the job done right the first time.
I look for three things in my business transactions: customer service, in-stock, and store appearance. EuroFix was exemplary in all three. Professional, curteous staff. Upfront pricing and they adhered to the estimated time frame for service. They have a well appointed and comfortable lounge where I was able to continue working via complimentary wifi. I will continue to trust them with my Audi.
Eurofix is a service center ina league all by itself. Their attention to details and service is exceptional.I purchased a Land Rover LR4 - 2 years ago. It needed lots of work as it had been “rode hard and put up wet”. When I initially brought the Rover in I told the crew at Eurofix I wanted to rehabilitate this vehicle into top condition over a period of two or three years. When I would bring my vehicle in, they would service it exactly as I requested. When it came back to me, the vehicle was always cleaner than when it arrived (I try diligently to keep it immaculate). There have been times when I received the Rover back after being serviced that things were not exactly perfect. I would take it back and tell the people at eurofix I either “heard a strange noise” or “there seems to be a grinding sensation” or “the timing seems to be a hair off”.Without question or hesitation, eurofix would take the Rover back for another “look see”.. And, EVERY-TIME they would correct the smallest detail. As a result, I would then have a vehicle that was running better than it did when they first saw the beast. Two years down the road, we accomplished rebuilding 90% of the vehicle and have corrected everything mechanical. We either met or beat the deadline by 7 months.I will now bring my wife’s car, (Volvo) my daughters car (Volvo) my sons vehicle (Jeep) and a family car we all use because all our vehicles have over 180,000 miles. Eurofix will keep my family on the road and keep our vehicles running great. Thanks Eurofix!!!! Awesome service!!!
Always get the best service. They definitely go the extra mile for their customers.
Took our car in for an alignment yesterday, and everyone there was very courteous right upon entering the shop. After an inspection, they found an actual part needed to be replaced (which was the cause of the original problem). The mechanic showed me exactly what was wrong, they said it would take a day to get the part in, they offered a nice VW loaner vehicle (without me asking) and had it fixed today, exactly on schedule. They were nice again today, and even washed the vehicle for us.They charged near dealership prices for the work, but you will not get service like this at the dealer. This place is highly recommended
I love Eurofix! When the check engine light came on in my 2001 audi a6 I took it to another import auto maintenance shop that i had been using for the last 3 years. After they had the car for 8 days I was told that they were having trouble diagnosing the issue and the problems were extensive and would be very expensive, and their advice was that i should just buy another car. I really didnt want to get another car so I decided to get another opinion. I took it to straight to Eurofix and got a call back later the same day saying they had diagnosed the problem and could fix it for a reasonable charge in only a few days! I picked up my car a couple of days later and it was running like new. They even gave me a follow up call a week later to make sure the car was still doing well and that i was satisfied with my experience. I cant stress enough how pleased I am with Eurofix, from the repairs to the customer service. I have the peace of mind that the next time I have issues with my car that I have someone I can trust to diagnose the problems and fix it right. I even found out they also work on domestic cars too so I can take my girlfriends Ford in for servicing as well :). From the bottom of my heart thank you Eurofix!
Great service, pleasure to do business with. Offers pick up / drop off service while you wait. Professional and courteous.
Unbelievable service thanks to the General Manager, Mark Bryant (and Holly). Im a Nashville native and after visiting several other respected Mercedes repair services in town; Euro Fix exceeded my expectations and secured my loyalty. Bravo!
Fast service (I had appointment), professional & friendly staff, Nice waiting room and decent price. I definitely will visit them again.
EuroFix was able to get me in the day I called, provided me with a loaner car and completed the work on my Volvo as promised. The process was easy and the price was fair.
09/10/16Set up an appointment to get an oil change, my brakes checked and also just wanted my car to be inspected in general.Great customer service, quick oil change and provided great explanation of potential fixes that I may need to watch out for in the future but assured me my car was running well.EDIT: 04/07/17I went back for the second time to get my oil changed, fix a headlight and get a quote for new tires. They quoted me:$1200 for new tires then a list of other maintenance to be done with a grand total of $2,237. I am 25 years old and there is no way I can just chuck out $2237 worth of maintenance on my car that is worth about $10,000.I had the dealership where I bought the car quote everything that was on the list of maintenance and the quote was about $900 cheaper at the dealership. Eurofix did say that if I get the dealership to itemize a quote they will beat it by 10%; Id just prefer to go somewhere where I can trust fair prices from the start. Then to top things off - I go to pick up my car and it was sitting in their parking lot with the lights on. I had them change a headlight and they mustve left the lights on all day so my battery was drained.I still appreciate the time they spent to explain to me what needed to be done to my car and why - but the quote was absolutely ridiculous compared to many other sources I found and leaving the lights on was careless.
From the moment I stepped in the door with a very long car saga stemming from a bad oil change from another service provider. The staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful. I was taken by the mechanic to my car and we went over the issues and over the possibilities of repair. Over the course of deciding whether to repair my car or not, they compared their estimate to another estimate and found where another service provider had provided a quote for 2 times the amount of their estimate and had used all the wrong parts - of course, more expensive parts, in addition to over estimating labor time. There were multiple phone calls back and forth and all were helpful and informative.Euro-Fix has found a new loyal customer!
