The windshield wipers on my 94 chevy truck were not working. I spent 3 days replacing parts and repairing bad wiring from the previous owner. Still nothing, I dropped my truck off at welltek and not even 24 hours later they had it fixed!!!! They fixed the bad wiring (nightmare) and replaced a broken switch. It works perfect now! Id also like to say the customer service was great, they called me to go over the problem and what i had tried to fix, then explained every step they did for the repair when I picked up the truck. PERFECT!!!!!

Let me tell you how wonderful Mike at Welltek is. After chasing the wind replacing parts that other mechanics was telling us to get. I was finally referred to Mike at Welltek! What a gem! Needed to get my ECM reprogrammed. One of the most honest people I have EVER met. He went into detail with everything that he was telling me. Upfront he gave me the options that I had and provided me with the one that was the lowest cost. To be honest after getting the run around with the other mechanics I was kind of nervous. After he explained everything to me I knew I was in good hands. The work that he provided was perfect. By the time I left I was sure that everything was taken care of. He was so friendly, professional, and customer friendly. I felt like I have been knowing him for years. Other places treat you like just a customer. But, trust me this man make you feel like family. The rear indicator lights on my 2006 F150 were not working. After checking the easy things myself, I called AES, who said if I called back later in the week they would make an appointment - maybe for the following week. I couldnt drive without turn signals or brake lights, so I took it to another shop that advertised they did electrical work. I was charged for an hour of labor for them to tell me they couldnt fix it. I called Welltech and they said bring it in that morning. The next morning Mike let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair. When I asked if the job could be completed that day, they said they could rearrange things to get it done. They needed to rebuild my rear wiring harness, and completed the work on time and for the quoted price. If you have electrical problems, I recommend Welltech. If you want to save 3% on your bill, be prepared to pay in cash.

The service here is exceptional. I took my car in with an electrical issue, which are notoriously hard to pin down, and they were able to get an answer to me regarding the issue on the same day. They also were able to give me a couple pieces of advice regarding how I might reduce the cost of labor (e.g., performing one of the smaller jobs by myself at home). I highly recommend Welltek Auto for the combination of quality and value of the work they perform.

Let me just start off by saying that Welltek is one of the best mechanics I have ever worked with in my life. I recently ran into some transmission problems which resulted in me taking my Lexus to the dealership. After a very high diagnostic price they charged me 1200 for a transmission flush that did absolutely nothing to help and quoted me 5500 for a new transmission. After looking into the problem myself I realized that it could be an electrical issue. After finding Welltek off of google I was able to bring my car the next day. Within one week they were able to diagnose the problem as a wiring issue and fix my Lexus at a fraction of the cost. Welltek is a great place that is looking to help people at an affordable rate. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is having electrical issues. Great place and fantastic customer service.

Mike got to the bottom of issue with all of the electrical problems with my 2009 Acura MDX. He set my expectations with price ahead of time, and with my approval, moved forward. At no time were there any surprises with the time it would take to repair (2 days) and the cost Id expect. These guys do a great job and I feel lucky now to know about them. They were a referral from the auto repair service weve used for years so I trusted our repairs guys confidence in Mike and Welltek as well.

Mike is the best! The first time I went to Welltek I was standing at the counter while a couple other customers were waiting in the lobby while their cars were being worked on. Mike came in and started talking to one of the other customers who he seemed to have a real good relationship with. Mike started suggesting that the guy try a couple of things on his own so that Mike wouldn’t have to charge him for the work. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. My car was throwing a code because of a manufacturer defect in the ECM and I wasn’t able to pass inspection. I brought this problem to Mike and he reprogrammed it and had me passing inspection in no time at all. He charged half the price of what the dealership was asking for and was very personable and genuine when talking to him. He takes a real pride in building a relationship with his customers and taking care of them.

I will always trust Michael and associates most and first, forever more! When other shops wanted to remove my transmission to access an O2 wire, Michael found a very simple short which was defaulting the O2 sensors! Unbelievable!Secondly, other shops wanted to rip out my dashboard to access my ac modulator. Weltek reconfigured my control unit to create a functional AC system!Do yourself a huge favor and go to see Weltek. This isnt a commercial, all of this is from my personal experience. Let them diagnose your issue and provide their solutions. These guys are electrical and diagnostic experts. Ill never go anywhere else! They are my only trusted shop in Nashville.August 2020.

Over four years ago my car was on its last leg. I was told by several other mechanics around Nashville that my car would NOT last another year. I was told to look for another one because it was giving out. Well, I took my car to Welltek Auto and Mike advised me to change the oil every 2,000 miles. It has been over 4 years since Mike gave me that advice and my car is STILL running strong and doing great!! My car was on its last leg, but changing the oil every 2,000 miles will help your car last longer when you think it won’t. I drive my car 7 days a week and its still going strong. This is a testament to Mike’s knowledge and professionalism. This is one of the many reasons I keep going back to Mike! Mike knows his stuff when other mechanics around town will tell you what they think. His prices are fair and he’s an all around great guy! After trying to fix my windshield washer unit myself for DAYS, I took it to Mike at Welltek, and they figured it out and fixed it for the diagnostic fee and the part cost.I tried replacing the fuse, the relay, the pump on the unit, and even the multi-function steering column lever - all to no avail. Within 45 minutes, Mike and crew discovered the after-market relay that I bought at an auto parts store was an inferior/inoperative part. I’m not happy with myself for not buying another one, as I was suspicious of just that very thing. But Mike was honest and upfront, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Plus he’s a smart, friendly person. There’s a lot to be said for honest, friendly service. Excellent! I highly recommended Welltek and Mike for automotive electrical repairs!

Mike was great! Scheduled an appt., he told me to drop the truck off by 8:30 a.m. that day, wasnt expecting it back the same day but it was completed just after lunch. I had taken the vehicle to multiple shops, even had sensors replaced, Mike narrowed it down to some faulty wiring. Completed drive cycle and were able to take the car through emissions where it passed! Prices were fair and reasonable. I will be using him again in the future.

Well Tek did a amazing job on my BMW 750 LI. I went to BMW, and and many other mechanic shops and I was given very expensive estimates. I recently had my car serviced at Welltek. He fixed someone elses shoddy work that had been making my driving experience pretty crummy. There was a little difficulty in acquiring the right fan motor, so he rebuilt the one I had, then rewired it all back like it rolled off the factory line. Great work. Reasonable rate. WellTek did an excellent job diagnosing my 2009 Mercedes C300. The vehicle had a problem up shifting. I have taken the car to 4 different shops and was told to change the whole transmission. WellTek diagnosed the transmission in less than 4 hours and advised me to buy a new TCM to fix the issue.

I was referred to Mike at Welltek as a specialist in this and agreed to a $90 diagnostic fee. After meeting Mike and speaking at the Welltek location, he explained what he could do and what the cost would be to repair. We agreed that my vehicle was not worth this extensive repair to multiple systems. He didnt charge me the $90 and referred me to someone who could give the most for my old car as is. Had a Chevy Camaro that had electrical issues and few mechanics I took it to could not figure out what the issue was. Best prices you will ever found in Nashville

Took my 2011 Crown Vic Police Interceptor in with recurring P0455 and P0401 codes. These codes indicate issues with EGR system and when they would occur the PCM (computer) would attempt to compensate causing rough idling and engine performance. Dealership cleaned throttle body and changed EGR components, but codes kept recurring. Mike at Welltek diagnosed the issue and repaired. When I brought it to Mike, I had also had intermittent air conditioning, but who would guess that would be related to the codes I was getting. I never mentioned the A/C issue to Mike. He and his team discovered a short in the electronics controlling the A/C clutch that, when A/C activated, sent errant (and damaging) signals to the computer triggering my codes. He changed out my damaged computer, fixed the wiring issues and now I have my car back - operating smoothly, no codes (that stumped the dealership mechanics), and smoothly operating A/C. I have some trouble-shooting experience having flown helicopters in the Marines for many years. I noticed the issue with A/C and queried several websites whether the A/C issue could be causal to my EGR codes...I got an emphatic NO every time. Mike and his team understand that the root cause of an issue may not necessarily be directly related to the symptom. I found out today that Mike is an Air Force veteran who worked on C-130 systems! If you have a hard-to-figure-out issue with your vehicle....Mike’s your guy!
