I can’t imagine ever shopping for furniture anywhere else! Bliss Home has in my opinion the most beautiful and quality furniture in nashville. The layout of the store makes it easy to see the possibilities for your own home. I first purchased a dining room set and gorgeous wooden chandelier, then a year later I was ready for a new bedroom set. The sales team always helped me find the perfect combinations, and I couldn’t be happier! Most recently I purchased a rug, sofa, and chair, and once again the service was phenomenal. Sam helped me find the perfect fabric for my family, including what will be easiest to maintain with our 2 Labrador fur babies. She has a great eye and made terrific suggestions for design. I stopped in after having a nightmare with Ashley Furniture and was blown away by their customer service and delivery. For one thing, you’re not bombarded with sales staff when you walk in and the way that I was approached was much more of a conversation about how their place is laid out and what their tags mean on different pieces. I picked out a bed on a Friday and it was able to be delivered Monday. The delivery guys were great and friendly. Basically from walking into the store and working with Keni to the delivery guys to actually liking the quality of my bed - everything was top notch! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Bliss Home! We needed a new console for our family room and Samantha Baker was so helpful! We found a console that we liked, but it was too large. Samantha looked up the manufacturer and discovered that they had a smaller model! We immediately placed an order and were on our way within 30 minutes! Keni was excellent to work with — listened to what my home project was and gave great advice on designing the room. I appreciated that she wasn’t scared to tell me when I was looking at furniture pieces that didn’t work well with the design of the room.

We had an unexpected guest arriving and needed to furnish a bedroom is a couple days. Bliss Home was one of the few area stores that have most of their stock available in their Nashville Warehouse. That meant that my daughter and I could choose furniture and pick it up on the same day! Amanda, the Bliss Home designer who assisted us, listened to our needs and worked with us to pull a few pieces together from around the store. She worked in partnership with the store manager to coordinate our pickup at the warehouse. The king bed frame, nightstand, lamp and rug look amazing in our space! I so appreciated the customer service. My daughter loved the selection and vibe of the store--we will definitely be back!

I came to Bliss Home after going to West Elm Looking for a new sofa several times as referred by a friend. I knew what I was looking for but needed help nailing down what felt like my style. I worked with Amanda who was super transparent and helpful. She eased my concerns that I was having after speaking to west elm about shipping/quality/price. They only carry high quality sofas from NC -which I knew was good quality. They let me take home the one I loved off of the floor and was delivered without 2 days! This is a great little fur yams home decor shop (autocorrect just butchered that sentence but it’s too funny to change soooo).. I’ve never shopped here for my personal furniture but I’ve bought many items here to use in music videos.. Their selection is great.. Trendy, stylish or traditional, they have pieces to go with almost any aesthetic.. Their products aren’t cheap, but are priced pretty fairly considering the quality of the products and range of styles.. Definitely check Bliss Home if you’re looking for something special!!

I bought an art print at Bliss. I found several similar prints on line that were not as reasonably priced. Once I paid for the print, they gal actually carried it to my vehicle. We found ourselves needing some furniture very quickly after waiting 8 weeks on another furniture store and being told it would be another 2 weeks minimum to get what we ordered. We called Biliss and spoke to Pam and told her our problem and that we had to have some furniture asap in order to furnish a short term rental condo in Nashville. We dont live in Nashville so she had to send us pictures of some options. We had the furniture delivered the same week! Thank you for the great service Pam!

I love the comfortable, great looking sofa I bought from Bliss Home! The salesperson at the store was friendly and helpful. I bought the sofa on a Sunday and had it delivered on Tuesday. The delivery guys, Terrell and Hanny, were professional, on time (actually early), and experts at setting up the sofa for me. They didn’t bump or smudge any of my walls, and the sofa looked even better in my home than I remembered it in the store.
