I am new to the area and had issues with another shop I tried them due to the good reviews, I brought my Lexus there and was very pleased with the quick turnaround, communication of the issue and fairness of price. Due to the nature of the issue they charged me for half of the normal diagnostic charge. Would recomend.

This past summer I moved to Nashville with a check engine light needing a fix to get my car registered. Scheduled an appointment with Markee based on both the reviews and location. I have to say its the absolute best repair shop Ive ever been to anywhere Ive lived. Mark was a straight up get to the problem and fix it right the first time. Great patience with any questions I had, too. More recently I had a brake failure, as in step on the pedal and feel a pop straight to the floor. Fortunately avoided an accident and limped the two miles in to Markee with the handbrake. Thankfully Mark was able to slip the job in the same day. Said it looked like something damaged a line and was a relatively quick fix, my guess some road construction mess I was driving through shortly before the incident occurred. Honest, dependable and quality service; wouldnt go anywhere else!

Went Herr after getting scammed at another place paying $500 on unnecessary repairs. He found an error that shop had made with not screwing a cap back on. Rather than charging for repair, he told me about it so I could address it with shop who had made error.In the end, Mark made necessary repairs but looked for best prices on parts. Will be going back here for all repairs from now on.

Stayed at hotel across street. He came over right away to boost me and changed my battery...withing 30 minutes I was good to get in with my 15 hour drive home. Great m, friendly service!

Finding a good mechanic you can trust can be hard, but these guys are great! I highly recommend them.

Mark from Markee Automotive is wonderful. While visiting my son in Nashville, my vehicle starting acting up. Since, I was also traveling to GA and then back home, I needed to have my vehicle fixed. Mark was so accommodating. He was able to order the parts that were needed and have the car fixed in less then 24 hours. I had more bad luck and had to have the vehicle towed to Markees after hours. Left a message on the voicemail and just finished speaking with him this morning. I may feel like Im stranded, but knowing that Mark is on it while I finish my travels is such a relief. Thanks Mark you are truly old school and you care about your customers.

Mark Ghergia and Stevie Keeton are formerly of Ultimate Tire and Car Care, which met an untimely demise earlier this year. Mark and Stevie are fantastic mechanics and great guys. Id come to rely on their expertise at Ultimate, and was immensely glad when I learned that they were opening this shop just across the river from downtown. Everything is up-front, and they dont do any work without verifying with you first.Markee is my new go-to shop for car repair. Ive already had an AC compressor replaced there (I had my car back the same day!), and Ill likely be back soon for a few other issues Ive been putting off.

I did not feel like I got what I paid. The diagnostic they gave me was not well explained or detailed at all and it led to me spending more money on parts I probably dont need.
