The guys at this Jiffy Lube are honest, efficient, and knowledgeable! I came in for some brake replacements after getting a very steep quote from Firestone. I was told by Firestone that I had to get my calipers replaced, in addition to the standard brake pads and rotors, with a final quote of over $800. Within minutes of pulling in, the Jiffy Lube guys had my car inspected and told me my calipers were fine and I just needed a simple brake replacement—I ended up saving so much time and money. When I got back home I also noticed they had vacuumed the car floor—a very nice touch! Highly recommend this location for all your car needs.

Nathan and his team at the JiffyLube by Centennial park gave me excellent service at a very reasonable price in under ten minutes this morning!I drove up to JiffyLube on my way to work expecting to just get a quick Oil Change. Nathan greeted me with a big smile - under his mask - and told me a variety of options. He made sure I understood the steps they were taking and did not pressure me when I declined some of the services they offered.Then Nathan noticed my Check Engine light was on. It had been on for nearly 9 months and after having it looked at by several auto shops and being told it would cost me hundreds just to get the problem fully evaluated, I resigned to needing to eat that cost when my tags were due for renewal. Nathan was able to make a small adjustment, however, that fixed the issue and now that light is off!!! After feeling like it would be a huge ordeal, it was resolved at almost no cost to me. Ill definitely be going back! Thanks, Nathan!!

Broke the air filter housing unit due to the fact of the technician banging on the unit itself and placed the wrong oil filter on my car causing all of the oil to spill out in the parking lot. I have all the pictures of the incident.

Pulled up and the guy said what do you want was there for a simple oil change but was uncomfortable with how the employees were presenting themselves. When the guy told me to get out of my vehicle I chose to go elsewhere instead. Shady place and sketchy employees for sure

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share that I have a really old Mercedes, and I’m about to drive across the nation. I had to pull into Jiffy lube to make sure everything was topped off. Three gentlemen worked on my car and I’m just so grateful for them. My windshield wipers are really hard to fix and they were able to fix them! I can’t express enough how grateful I am for these gentlemen and now I can drive safely across the nation. When I used to live in Nashville, I always used this Jiffy Lube location to service my Honda. I didn’t see any nametags so I can’t share the names who helped me but you know who you are. One more thing... they saved me money! I am on a budget having to drive back to the West Coast so that really helped me. Thanks guys!

Trying to call this location which I was down the street from it no one answered the phone so I drive to the location walking in and said whats up with the phones and manager told me that they were having phone issues yeah right

As far as oil changes, this spot has always done me good. They service things quickly. The prices are reasonable. And they let me know if I need other maintenance or when my oil can actually *go longer* without changing. Good spot for quick maintenance.

These guys are true professionals. Always have a smile and good recommendations for what services you need and which you don’t. Also, I’ve never been here longer than 10 minutes for an oil change. Will continue to be a repeat customer!

Ive taken various cars there over the past 11 years Ive lived in Nashville with zero problems.However, this last trip made me decide to never go back. They tried to sell me BOTH front and back break pads and rotors after JUST getting the front ones replaced 3 months prior from a mechanic Ive trusted for a long time. They acted like my car was going to fall apart if I didnt replace them immediately. After leaving Jiffy Lube, I had them checked out by other people who confirmed my breaks were fine.There was also an issue with my wiper blades. They were working just fine, but the blades were looking a little rough. I did need some new ones. When they offered to replace them, I went ahead and paid for them there. Prior to my appointment, my old blades were working just fine. After they replaced the blades, the weather continued to get colder. So, there wasnt any need to use them for a few weeks. It rained some the day before yesterday. When I went to turn on my windshield wipers, they didnt work at ALL. I took my car yesterday to Jiffy Lube to have them take a look at it and repair whatever the error was. They came back in, after examining my car for less than 2 minutes, to say it was something internal and I would need to take my car to a mechanic. Im furious seeing as how my wipers worked perfectly fine before taking them HERE and now they dont work at all. I pointed this out and they had no solution or intent to fix whatever it is they did.After 11 years, I wont go back.Update: This ended up being a $250 issue to fix. I wish I hadnt let them touch my wiper blades that were working FINE prior to the appointment.

They were thorough and helpful. My old auto was having a tough time but I took it in just for oil. They also noticed some other little things and just did them with no charge. Plus the vacuuming was much appreciated.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty awful experience at this Jiffy Lube location. My oil change was done very quickly, which was nice, and the staff was very nice. However, I paid $75 for a signature oil change which is supposed to come with vacuuming of carpets, cleaning of outside windows, topping off fluids, checking tire pressure, etc. Unfortunately, there was no vacuuming; windows were not cleaned; tire pressure was checked, but they forgot to replace a couple of the caps on the air valve; coolant was not topped off (I know this because since Ive owned the car it has had a coolant leak and I fill it up every 4 months once the light comes on. I had my oil changed a month ago and the light came on today saying it was low again. If it was in fact filled up, I should have been good for another few months); and oil change done incorrectly because I had oil leaking all over my driveway a week later. I did bring my car to another Jiffy Lube location and they corrected the leak for me. This has definitely been an expensive headache.

I have always enjoyed the staff. My car began leaking oil 1000 miles after getting my oil changed. Found out they didnt change my oil plunge gasket. Its supposed to be changed everytime. They let me know they were out of them when I went to find out where the leak was coming from. I have gotten my last 4 oil changes (at least) at this location. I dont know if they have ever done it. I am very disappointed a simple part that cost me 3 dollars to get myself at Autozone was not done. I unfortunately will not be returning. I couldve blown my engine if I hadnt noticed it.

Wanted to get a routine check before my 8 hour drive home. Took my car into Jiffy Lube and was in and out in 5 minutes. They filled my tires, check my oil and fluid levels, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Best part was they did it for free! No charge and gave me a free coupon book for next time I came by. They had the best customer service and truly made a great start to my day. Will use this location for any car issues I have in the future.

Never a consistent experience. Service has gone down recently. They dont seem to even look at the things on the inspection checklist, just change the oil and push the car out.

I never review places of business, but I would caution anyone and everyone against going here to have your oil changed. I had a large sum of cash in a change purse stored in my drivers side door. It was there before I got my oil changed. After I got home from having my oil changed, I realized that it was gone. I am not accusing anyone of anything, but I will say that things seemed a little suspect upon returning and inquiring about whether anyone had seen the money; I will not be going back there. Just be careful.

A guy greeted me at my car telling me I would need a special oil, different than what I’ve been putting in my car. My car has 270,000 miles, I’ve had a lot of oil changes. I told him the oil I use and he still said he would only use what he recommended. So I said “I guess I’ll just have to go somewhere else” and he watched me drive away. It’s honestly like he didn’t want my business at all. Very sketchy place.

Ive experienced nothing but outstanding customer service here, so I always get my oil changed at this location. In addition, Ive had recurring issues with my cooling system. Without hesitation, the mechanics bled the cooling system of air bubbles, free of charge, and my A/C is FINALLY working properly. This was after months of taking my car to a garage and paying tons to get parts replaced. These guys went beyond the call of duty, and I am so thankful.

I had an oil change on my Chrysler 300 a week ago. Shortly afterI started hearing clunking sounds when I turned the steeringwheel one direction or another.Worried that the noise was serious, I took 2 1/2 hours off work totake it to the dealership for repair.I got my car back and the service people were all laughing at meand asked who did my last oil change. I told them Jiffy Lube on Elliston.They told me that the Jiffy Lube guy took the plastic shield off thatcovers the oil pan, drained the oil and then put the plastic shield onbackwards. Worse, the oil change tech couldnt figure out why the plasticshield mounting holes now didnt match up to the screw holes in theframe. So, he just used 2 of the 4 screws to remount the shield.Worse, he also mounted it cockeyed to get the 2 screws to work.He then evidently threw the other 2 screws away because they didntline up with the cockeyed backwards way he tried to reattach theplastic shield. The screws are special and cost $7.00 apiece atthe dealership.Obviously, they hired someone that didnt have a clue how to do asimple oil change.This cost me hours and hours of my time and money to repair theirworkmanship. I had to the make an appointment at the dealership, driveto Antioch, and wait while they repaired the screwed up Jiffy Lube oilchange.RUN dont walk away from these guys. The dont have a clue on howto do an oil change, will screw up your car, and cost you time and money.They are the absolute worst!

They wanted to charge me $70 to change the cabin air filter... Im not a mechanic at all but cabin air filters cost 9 bucks online and take 2 minutes to replace... If they are willing to cheat on something that simple, I suspect they might on other things to. So I wont be going back

After an oil change, they told my wife it was going to be $98! For an oil change! They were kind enough to bring it down to a reasonable price, but I dont appreciate the idea of someone being taken advantage of on an oil change because they dont call someone out. Seems like a scam to me and well certainly never go back.

Got my car and they messed it up badly... I had to tow it to mechanic directly from there.. thy didnt even bother tell the brakes were gone and when questioned in return they started blaming me that the car was faulty... Worst customer service and behavior... Avoid it by all means..

When I pulled in, the guy working told I would have to use a full synthetic oil change and it was going to be $89.99 and there were no discounts he could offer. I told him I’s prefer a synthetic blend because I knew that my car could that as well and he told me it would be $74.99. I went inside, they collected my info and I asked if i would be able to use $10 off, and the cashier said I could.When i went up to pay, my total came to $83.02. The gross sale was 85.99 and with $10 off, it was $75.99. when I questioned why it was still so expensive, he said that $85.99 included the tax and then the $10 was taken off that, and then I was being taxed on the $75.99 as wel, so I was being charged twice for tax.When ai got the printed receipt, I saw there was a $5 charge for extended life antifreeze and $6 for a “special filter”. I was not made aware there was a charge for a “special filter” and was not asked if I wanted the antifreeze. And when i was asking about the price, neither one of those things were mentioned as to what drove the total price up.It was quick but absolutely decieving. I went there our of convenience between appointments and I will not be back.

I went there for an oil change. It took about an hour, which isnt unreasonable at 2PM on a Tuesday, but when I tried to pay with an egift card they refused it even though they are listed as a qualifying location. The manager/owner pointed out to me a bit rudely that JiffyLube is a franchise, but failed to understand that it was his responsibility to notify the corporate office if he is unable to operate at the full capacity of the franchise.

Never again.I went there for an oil change and when I called a couple minutes later to inquire about switching to conventional oil instead of synthetic, the employee became extremely aggravated and hung up on me. I had to call back to get another employee on the phone to be sure what type of oil was being used.I was calling for clarification or a little bit of advice and instead I was greeted with over-priced hostility. Never again.

First time customer. I take my Buick in for a simple oil and filter change. After paying twice as much as the Buick dealership I get a vehicle back that wasnt vacuumed out, they attempted to remove the old stick but failed so they just stuck the new one next to it, and they OVER FILLED THE ENGINE. You have one job at Jiffy Lube and you cant even do that right. Went back to talk to the manager and after him giving me grief they vacuumed out the car and magically removed all of the old sticker. The engine WAS overfull and now when I check it, it is UNDER!! Tried to call headquarters and you get an answering machine during their listed business hours. What a joke.
