I will recommend Precision Autohaus to EVERYONE, especially those with an older European car. Ive brought my 1998 BMW 318 TI here twice now. Both times, they gave honest and thorough diagnostics and great advice about what to do from there. Once, it was a camshaft position sensor and a very reasonably priced fix. The second time, my car finally gave up the ghost, and they were very accommodating; Savannah and the mechanic kept me informed in letting me know what my options were on repairing versus buying a new car. As a woman who doesnt know much about cars, they made me feel comfortable and gave me the tools I needed to make an educated decision about what to do from here. This place goes above and beyond!

Savannah and the crew at Precision Autohaus are fabulous. After a disastrous used car purchase, they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it ASAP for my son who had just moved to Nashville. They not only fixed the problem but topped off his fluids and gave the car a good look over! I highly recommend this place!

I ran over a No Parking sign and it created a huge problem for my car now the tire was rubbing on the tire barrier Precision Autohaus was the closest mechanic that was actually available to take a look at the car today receiving the news that underneath the arm bar along with many other parts were broken I of course was devastated but the people at Precision Autohaus did not charge me to take a look at the car were such sweet and upbeat people even though they also were having crazy hectic off day I just seems nothing was going to shut this business down along with their attitudes I am extremely grateful for all of the help that they provided me and not judging me for hitting a sign they went above and beyond to ensure my safety in the vehicle even though reminding me it is not going to be safe until its fixed and it needs major work done to be fixed

They are not cheap but they are the best. If you have a Mercedes or BMW gas or diesel or any other car they will find the actual problem and not just throw parts at it. You can rest assured your car will be fixed and fixed right. Great customer service.

I cant recommend this place enough. I had taken my Chevrolet truck to TWO different Chevrolet dealerships with an engine/transmission issue that they couldnt even figure out. So much time wasted on diagnostics, money wasted on rental cars while they tried to figure it out, just for them to come back and say they had no idea what the problem was. One of them even telling me if the computer in it didnt give them a code, they wouldnt be able to figure it out.I stopped in one day and they had the problem figured out within 3 minutes of me describing it. They gave me options for how to fix the problem. And then once we established that what I needed done wasnt all the way in their wheelhouse, they provided me with another business that they trusted to get the job done.In a time when the world seems to be filled with mechanics that just plug in a computer and take a guess (that could be wrong and youll spend hundreds just to not fix the issue), it is so nice to be able to find mechanics that are the true definition of the word. Knowledgeable, efficient, quick. And most importantly, trustworthy. Ill be getting all of my vehicle work done through them now.Seriously. Bring these guys your vehicle no matter the make or problem. You wont be disappointed.

Moving to Nashville, I was unsure of where to take my old European cars for the repairs I cant (or dont want to) do myself. This is the only place I take my 82 Mercedes and 86 Volvo. Thorough and knowledgeable, with a fair shop rate, I cant recommend them enough.

I recently bought a sprinter van in Georgia and was planning on driving it to Seattle. However, several things went wrong with the van and I had to stop in Nashville to get it fixed. This shop was the second or third place I brought my van into, and it was hands down the best mechanic experience I have ever had in my life. These guys fit me into their incredibly busy schedules to help me out in a really tough situation. They were kind, honest, and made me feel as though I was a valued customer. They explained everything they did, and I learned more about my sprinter van from them than I did from anyone else I have spoken to before. They really know their stuff, and I honestly wish that they were located in Seattle so that I could take my van to them anytime. I couldn’t recommend this place more - if you need a mechanic, go here!
