I had a sub and amp installed, sounds great, tech did a great job on the install (let’s get that clear first).Now, I made it there at 9:38am, 8 min after they opened, one of the young guys, not a tech, told me It would be 2 hours approximately then he took my keys. After 2 hours my vehicle had not been touched, I inquired about my 2hrs estimate, then I was told that my car was next, after another hour had gone by I had become impatient, inquiring again. They finally told me that “my vehicle was basically done and that he was finishing up so I can get ready to pay. I did. After gathering my children and going out the door waiting for my vehicle to be driven from the back of the facility, I stand out side for over 10 minutes waiting, then we walk back inside and they say that hes “tuning” it….. which takes another 20 minutes……It was after 1: 30p before I left there, My only frustration is that the guy initially told me 2 hours, and it ended up taking a lot longer than that! Im not an impatient person, its very frustrating when youre told one thing and it ends up not even being close to the estimated time. No one seemed to care, If I had known it would take that long would have dropped it off. This kid obviously had no clue how long it would take, this is unprofessional, and frustrating. To make a long story short, just arrange to drop your vehicle off.

They have the best selection of radios, speakers, remote starts and other after market parts. They have always been cheaper than any other place. Best prices with selection that I have found around Nashville. I recommend everyone I know here. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are always very busy and it always takes longer than what they say for installs. I definitely recommend drop off and pick up later.

Don’t waste your time with this place. I called earlier in the day to see if they sell 3 1/2 inch dust covers for a subwoofer. They asked what type of speaker? So I told him. He said well bring it in and let me see it. So I drove 36 miles to their dirty dark nasty store and was greeted by What can I help you with? Yea I called and they said to bring this in to get the right size for a dust cover. “We don’t sell dust cover! But I have new speaker that I will sell you.” Total waste of time! Not professional!

I wont go anywhere else for any of my digital car needs now. They installed a new double din unit into my Xterra Pro 4-x, added a rear view camera, put in new USB and HDMI ports that look stock and took the time to address any minor changes I wanted. The staff were incredibly nice as well. 10/10 would tell anyone else to go there.

I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why my computer wouldnt communicate with my OBD2, brought it in to these guys and they fixed it in half an hour. Reasonable on pricing, they work with you and VERY nice! Highly recommend!

The people here are very friendly and easy to talk to. Most of the staff speak more than 1 language. I believe Mike told me he speaks 5. I believe I have heard English, Spanish and Arabic.They seem to have everything an auto sound system needs - wheels and video too. The staff seem to be very knowledgeable of the equipment they handle and the competition.They also install and service Ignition Interlock Systems for those working toward getting their license back after a DUI conviction.

I went to Auto Electronics Specialist to have speakers and an amplifier installed. I spent 600 dollars and my car still is not repaired to my satisfaction. I took my car back to them after I called to see if I could bring it and my car sat their for 30 mins and would still be sitting there had I not left. Long story short is that they have my money and my car still does not work correctly. Unsatisfied customer here for sure!

Ive had to go to this store three times for various car audio related things and all three have been a total pleasure. I have been treated so good at this location and store. They take the time to help me with all of my Subarus and the audio changes I am constantly doing. Ive been to other places who do car audio in town and none come close to this place. the staff is amazing good products competitive prices and always a joy to visit. I had a car with some electrical problems. I had taken the car to a dealership for repair, they charged $300 and did not fix a thing but gave me a list of needed repairs. Took it to a local car care center, same thing - $300 for nothing. Took it to Mike and his guys, they fixed everything in one day at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Mike and his crew.

I would never bring my car there. I paid 600 dollars and my radio, had smoke coming out after 2 day. Would bring it day, they was really ugly and didnt fix the problem. All my new speakers went out. Cheap and will just take your money.

Ive been to this shop for awhile now and its kind of like my cars second home. I had my LED light bar installed here and they did it perfectly. With the price at a point where I was fairly great on. Mike the owner is a very down to earth kind of man and is willing to help out as much as possible with any car needs you might have. TBH this is like a family here because once you come and are satisfied then I promise you, youll eventually come back.

Had a great experience at this location. After calling countless mechanics and RV places, we found Mike and his team to fix our Sprinter van, and help charge the secondary battery through the alternator. When it didnt work, we came back and he fixed it for no extra cost, even when more materials were required. Its a bit loud (they do a lot of stereo work) and a lot of people are running around - but theyre working, and getting things done for fair prices!

Spoke to them on phone and they said they had speaker harnesses. We drove across town and spoke to them face to face.... they stated they did not have speaker harnesses and insisted me to have them install my speakers. I am a customer who has worked with personal sleaker installations for over 15 years. They spoke to me as if I did not know what I was doing. If you want speaker parts I do not and will not recommend them.

Theses people are horrible business to deal with. Very disrespectful and their qaulity of work is terrible. They should not be open.

I love this place !!!! I had 3 DB Drive 2k 15s installed, they built me a custom ported box and installed 2 amps and an extra battery. They have the best price in nashville and will warranty their work !!!! If anything is wrong they will not question and fix it. Of course if it is work they have done. If you visit here ask for Frank. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about and will get you sounding right in no time !!.

Sloppy and very unprofessional work done on my vehicle. Left all their trash in my car... took me 45 minutes to clean the mess they left in my car... broke my seat panel... and what I paid them to do doesnt even work!!Go to Bestbuy, Electronic Express or any other place... at least they wont break anything else in your car and treat you with little respect.This is my rant in anger for I was NOT expecting this at all... I am looking forward to hearing back from them to make this right!!********** there days later *****So... they never called back (in all fairness it was Monday and they were busy), so I went to the shop and expressed my concern about the seat panels.The owner was polite and told me that he will fix it! Which he did by putting screws in the panels. I am NOT sure how effective this solution is, but it seemed to have worked for now... they should have replaced it with new panels. Thats what I would have done!!*****Lesson to take away from this experience; before you leave the store check everything... if its not to your satisfaction let them know and they will fix it...Suggestion to the crew: please clean your mess after working on the vehicle, my car had all kinds of dirty fingerprints again....which I had to clean... sloppy work makes for bad experience!!Anyways I am raising the experience to two stars !!

We just came in for a head unit installation kit, but it was clear that these guys have everything you need for car audio, video, and other accessories. The kit was for my buddys 06 KIA, so just the fact they had it in stock was impressive. Mike was also extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!

Ive had great experiences here in the past but todays visit, which was likely to be my last, was a terrible experiences. The first issue was that they gave me a quote for radio, install, and kits necessary at $350, and once I agreed they came back and said the dash kit I needed was $30 more expensive. Ok, whatever, go ahead and install. When the truck was finally ready to go, before I paid, I went to go check it out and make sure that everything looked good and was in working order. Good thing I did. The steering wheel controls werent working. I went inside to point that out and they said, Oh yeah, that requires an additional kit to have the steering wheel controls work. Um...what? Then they said it would be $80 which would be at cost and they couldnt give it to me any less. So my options were to pay what we had agreed would be all I needed and leave with stock steering wheel controls that no longer are operational, or pay the $80. Needless to say I paid the 80 bucks(the time away from work to find another place who may or may not have been able to do it at same price or cheaper wasnt worth it). They had me pretty much cornered. They managed to leave me no choice and I felt like I was scammed out of $80.Here is another kicker(no pun intended): I later looked up the part on amazon that they sold me for $80 at cost...and amazon sells it for $40. You cant tell me that amazon is cheaper than their supplier.

I went here a few months ago. These people sold me a speaker claiming that its better to have. Not even two months has went by and it blew, they told me I had a warranty on the speaker when I bought it. But when I went back they said I had to pay $29 for shipping when they clearly had the same speaker on site. Then they went on to say I should upgrade to a $75 speaker. And I will never do business with this place. They are con artist and liars. And Im calling the BBB on them.

My very first time and my last, I have been living in Nashville 6 months now and I been looking for a decent audio shop to buy my goods from. I install all of my own system, anyway I bought a box from them for the full price I was in my smaller car so I put it on layaway to make sure they had it, that didn’t go as planned they had to give me a used box after I thought about it what since does that make if I payed for a new one so I took it and I blame myself for that. The only reason I have a problem is because when they took the old speakers out it was all chipped and not really much of a big deal well not to them so I’m taking a lose not doing business with them anymore because I feel if they will let you pay full price for something used they don’t care how it turns out I have work for a lot of audio company’s so I know all these good comments these people really don’t know I wish electronic specialist which you guys are not best you should call it hack specialist

I give them five stars because this team puts in the work. I had a big install job and they handled it well, considering their existing workload. They also granted me one follow-up visit to address any kinks, bugs, and/or misses that may pop up. I do appreciate them, all, and I think theyre the most popping car audio group in Nashville, right now. Time management was a bit ambitious--took longer than expected, but huge upshots. And money talks. If you can make them a priority, then theyll definitely make you theirs. *thumbs up at the end of the day*

I took my Lexus to them after a shop had my car for 3 months saying it was the computer they had my car 3 hrs and my computer was fine👍🏽👍🏽Just left there with my husbands truck installed a stereo and it only took 30 mins....they are qualified and know exactly what they are doing and I’m going back next week for my rims. Went there for a sound system about a week ago and have been having problems ever since. Very next day my turn signals wouldnt work and they TRIED to say it was a coincidence when really they just didnt want to take time out and fix it. Then a couple days later my amp blew out which was NOT EVEN HALF WAY TURNED UP... Today Ill be taking another trip to the store for a better amp or a FULL refund..

The techs do ok work but they have VERY SHADY business practices. They also will not accept responsibility for anything that happens to your equipment or property if it was working so have proof of everything. They play dumb or confuse you with useless chatter if you approach them about it. I only continue to go back for warranty visits. I do not recommend them.

The guy in charge expects a potential new employee to work a shift for free to see how they doThats a scam an attempt to get free labor. Thats illegal in America, It violates labor laws.Work off the clock without getting paid is grounds for a class action lawsuit. Look elsewhere.

Mike turned my 06 Tacoma into the meanest Tacoma around while keeping me from making dumb choices and thereby saving me money where possible. All my friends thought I bought a new truck. Some of the upgrades include: 4-in lift with all new suspension; new wheels and tires; riveted fender flare; new grill and lights; running bars, black letters and rear bumper; tinted windows; leather seats; new stereo and speakers; dual exhaust; super-chip; and cold-air intake, and more. I am one of those people who will check reviews before going anywhere. I do consider bad reviews as much as good review. My experience with Mike and his team is over 5 stars. I am ignorant when it comes to cars, and I go to dealerships for quality ( and we all know how expensive dealers are!!!). My brothers and friends referred me to Mike and I am very satisfied with my new remote starter. Mike also fixed my backup camera and my sound system is to the point! If you need to negotiate the price and if you are concerned about anything just be open about it and he will do his best to win you as a customer. I had my power window malfunction on the drivers side and the door cover on the passengers side was loose. I talked to Mike and he took care of both problems for 50 bucks. Even told me where to get simple interior parts. Everyone in the store is attentive and friendly.

I try to fix my stereo at this place they charge $25 for check plus tax. A good percent of tax. Its ok if they do the jop but i pay $28 dollar for nothing. They give me a quota of $450 and i just bought the stereo for $235 on ebay and plug it in i save more than $200 so check first the prices.
