These guys are awesome. Took care of the side step bars for my Dodge truck, installed a stereo in my Yukon, tinted my windows, and I ordered nice aftermarket wheels from them. You cannot beat the service there. If something isnt quite right...they will go out of their way to MAKE it right.

The owner and the staff are AMAZING!! They are friendly, kind, funny, and good listeners all while being very professional. They’re also really patient, they don’t rush you in your decision making whatsoever. I did my research on products, terminology, and how a system works overall before I went in just in case someone tried to sell me something I didn’t need. But I mean it when I say all the research I did wasn’t really needed. They truly LISTENED when I told them what type of sound I was looking for and they hooked me up with exactly that, nothing more and nothing less. I will definitely be back for a few other things I need done on my car. They are worth every penny!!! My husband does not have a google account to leave a review, but this is his yelp review about Mega SoundsI walked into to Mega Sound this morning struggling with my 2 kids (5 year old and 10 month old) to get help with a Head unit self-installation that I might have messed up on HAHA. Right from the start, my conversation with Eddie and the crew felt like I personally knew them by how well they treated me. They told me not to worry and they would be glad to work with me to fix the issue. They didnt treat me like a 5 year old that just tangled 200ft of Christmas lights, which was amazing and made me feel like I made the right choice by coming here.They listened to the issue I was having with my radio, they were crazy polite and treated me like I had been doing business with them for years. Me and the kids walked around the plaza for a short time while they worked on my truck. EVEN THE EMPLOYEES AT THE WIG SHOP NEXT DOOR WERE SO NICE!!!! I dont know if it was a combination of great weather this morning or just how genuinely nice these guys are, but they made my day with how great the experience was.I will be doing business with them from now own.

My factory radio gave out and I needed something ASAP. I went to Best Buy but I was so disappointed the way they treated me. I called a few other audio places and no one was available to help me until I called Mega Sound. They were able to help me the same day with an amazing customer service. No question was too stupid. All the staff represented themselves well. I would’ve saved a little more money with Best Buy but honestly I wouldn’t give them another dime. These people earned a new customer.

Very disappointed bought some Memphis tweeters for 100$ I asked the guy if they would fit in my door he said they would. They didn’t soo I took them back they gave me a off brand that was 40$ from the manufacturer. I took those right back in and the guy tried to give me 20$ and make me take the crappie ones. Wouldn’t just exchange for equal or give me my $. He told me that he gave me some advice and that was worth the price difference. I finally had to grab the original ones and walk out then when I got to car the employees came out staring at me and my kids in a threatening manner. Very disappointed don’t go here if you are just starting out they will try and rob you.

The people and service here are amazing. They really know sound systems and go the extra mile to make sure they customer is happy. Edgar is amazing, and got me exactly what I wanted. He even came in on his day off to make sure things went smoothly! I had to ask him NOT to come back later in the day after the install was over--who does that?? Awesome. Everyone is so nice. There was a small issue after the sale, so I came in to ask about it and they insisted on fixing it while I waited--even though they were totally slammed. Theyve won my business forever. Cant say enough good things about them.

For years Ive been stuck with a stock Scion radio having the use to an FM tuner to listen to Spotify. Today, I stopped by and got a new radio installed! We went there to have a stereo installed after another company took over 3 hours to finally let us know that they could not install our system. The manager on duty (I am sorry I did not get his name) was fantastic! he made us feel immediately at home and with family!He quoted us a price that was just a little more than the previous company and did so with a little more than an hour before they had to close the shop. I can tell you, we were not sure if they could make it on time and were almost certain we would have to leave the vehicle and come back the next day. Remarkably, they did the job, threw in a few extras, and even trained the guy who couldnt do the install at the first place we visited.Talk about commitment to excellence! We plan on taking all our cars stereo needs to Mega Sound, as well as tinting needs on a few of our cars.It is not often that we get so pleasantly surprised by superb customer service but this team was amazing and worth every penny and minute spent!Great job Mega Sound!!

Went there and spoke to miguel, he gave me the comfort of having someone install my 2 12’s in the trunk of my Lexus is250. I was nervous at first, but they did an incredible job. Very clean, and the price to do it is amazing. Not so pricey, and very quality work. Definitely will be coming back for my next upgrade/install.

What makes these guys extra special is that they stand behind their work.They put a radio and speakers in my Transit Connect in August and Now in April of the following year. A wire came loose and they fixed it with a smile... I offered to pay for some of their labor to fix it, since no one likes to work for free, and they declined!!! I didnt even come in with my receipt they took my word for it that they installed it last year. Customer service and true Mom and Pop shops with pride are a dying breed. But these guys remember how to run a business and serve their customers and stand behind their work.... So glad we have them in Nashville.. I was unimpressed. I was greeted immediately when I stepped into the store and sales team were attentive! But I was needing to get some tint that day. I guess they contract that job out and had to schedule an appointment. Then asked for a cash deposit. I ended up going to another place that completed the job the same day. But in all fairness it looks like they primarily do car audio.

I bought a full sundown system from mega sounds, which I had them install. After installation my phone didnt play through my speakers and I blew one of the front door speakers. I called them at around 6:15 (A 45 minute drive from where i live, so keep in mind i would get there at 7pm and they close at 8pm) Told then im sorry i was calling late but i worked the rest of the week and would love to get my car in. Every other place in town had said they were weeks out. Instead of telling me Were booked im sorry they said We will make time for you, come on down and we will get you set up Amp installation was swift, and not only that, but they set it up so securely. All wires hidden so it looks clean. I was genuinely impressed. They actually care about the customers, and not only that, but have a great and professional attitude when doing so. And if youre a parent worried about a kid coming with you, being bored for the short time youre there, They literally have a TV and turned on a movie for the customers so we werent there just twiddling our thumbs. I normally dont leave reviews, but when i tell you i was impressed, i was impressed. I recommend this shop over any shop within 2 hours of the Nashville area.I know youre probably tired of reading by now but one last thing, Not only were they fantastic people, the prices were absolutely affordable for what they do. They did what some shops quoted me 150-200$, for only 90$. it was insane and unreal to me. I asked about some speaker prices, in case i ever decide to replace the subwoofers i currently have, and the prices on those were absolutely jaw dropping. They didnt try to put me on the speakers that would make them the most money, but instead they listened to what i wanted in a speaker and they set me on the one that suits me best, even if it didnt make them the most money.In conclusion, this is the most professional shop ive ever been to, most affordable, and the most job well done. I wouldnt have written this essay if it werent so. GO HERE.

I recently bought and had installed a double din unit on my 09 accord which is not a easy task to do for that particular year car. Every other place wanted to charge $900 but mega sound did it for half the price and did a great job.
