Entered after making an appointment and associates didn’t greet me since they were on their phones.The doctor was annoyed and clearly rushed because I was a new patient and others were waiting. She made it very clear the Target employee who scheduled me was in error. Her apology was insincere as I shared her frustration did not make me feel good as a new customer. Her actual response was “well…”Because I needed glasses, I stayed. I will not be back. Selection was small and customer service was bad.

Dr Jackson is the best optometrist. So helpful to my family. The opticians got me four pairs of glasses for less than I would have paid at even the Warehouse nearby. 2 with progressive lenses. Im a fan now.

After getting vision insurance, I researched and discovered Target accepted it and then I chose this location based on other reviews and word of mouth through a “Nashville Girl’s Group” Facebook page. If you are in need of exams, glasses, contacts, whatever... you HAVE to go here! When ordering my glasses and contacts, they took the time to make sure everything was right and made sure they got me every deal and promotion they could. Great selection of glasses and easy to order contacts. The staff is super friendly with great customer service! This will be my permanent eye doctor from now on.

The optometrist is wonderful. However the gentlemen who work the service side arent familiar with customer service... We wish they didnt change employees so often.

Used to love coming here. The last visit was horrible. Went to pick up my glasses and the guy was super rude. Left crying. He did not even make sure my glasses fit behind my ears. So I am moving eye doctors and going to another place to get my glasses fitted. As well, when I went to buy my glasses they did not even give me an option of which lenses I wanted. They just charged me for the most expensive ones. So be careful.

Less than impressed with the ordering process for glasses at this location. I ordered my glasses and was told they would arrive within two weeks- after not hearing anything for three and a half weeks I called to inquire about my glasses- turns out they had arrived within a week of my order but I was never contacted to pick them up. The staff laughed off the issue and never even apologized.Dr. Jackson is friendly, efficient and professional however I will not use this team for any eye supplies as they are the opposite.

Dr. Jackson is a great Dr. Ive been going to a Dr. in green hills until he retired. My eyes are -6.00 with a astigmatism. She dialed me in better than he ever did.

Dr. Kelli and her staff were phenomenal! I have never had such a wonderful experience going to the optometrist. She was fun, knowledgeable and I could feel that she enjoys what she does. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kelli Jackson to anyone needing any type of eye exams or contact fittings.

I’ve had 4 optometrists over the past 6 years in 3 different cities, and I have to say that Dr. Jackson is my new favorite. I came in for my annual checkup and she kindly listened to me about my eye irritation issues and talked me through the various possible causes and ways to treat it (as opposed to listening and simply giving me some eye drops, which has been common for me). Such fantastic service and awesome patient care! Highly recommend her!

This is an excellent choice for a place to get your eye exam! Only $90.00 with no insurance and the exam is top quality! Dr. Kelli Jackson is great, SO nice and such a good efficient Doctor. She knows exactly what shes doing and also genuinely cares to make sure you have the best prescription possible. I was searching for weeks for somewhere that was affordable but awesome and Im so glad I found her!
