Love Neptune. Dont go anywhere else for your ski and snowboarding needs. Its worth the trip if you arent close to them. They have a great selection and good prices on skis, boots, and boards. They are family owned and they will do you right.

Not being a local to the area, we were in the market for a new set of ski poles and also had two snowboards that needed set up. I found Neptune online and we decided to give it a try. The folks here have helped several family members with ski boot fittings and each time it’s been a great experience. Their hospitality and service are terrific, and they clearly know what they’re doing with boot fitting. Beyond the heat molded insole and the heat molded liners they help you find the perfect boot for your foot shape and their prices are really competitive.It’s a classic ski shop run by great people, and if you’re lucky you’ll get to meet the chill dogs that call the spot home. What more do you want.We drove her from Birmingham, and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

I found Neptune Diving & Ski online when I was shopping for new snowboarding boots. I had some questions about some boots and shipping, so I called them. Peter spent quite awhile on the phone with me, we covered sizing, different boot recommendations, and shipping out of state and ALL of the questions I had. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, patience, and willingness to help me out over the phone. I ordered the boots, the shipping was fast, and they are exactly what I wanted! I was looking for a pair of ski pants, and I was very impressed with their knowledge and selection. I was able to find a pair that I loved! They really did have a wide array of ski pants styles for women, so I got to try a ton of different options on until I found the right pair! They also have a great kid selection.

Shaun, Cooper, and Alex were laid back and professional (the two are not contradictory). Their experience is more valuable to me as a skier that had typically rented but wanted to take the leap into personalized gear.Many words were said, few which I understood, but they were able to determine what I wanted and find me the gear that suited my style.Pricey, but realize you are paying not just for the equipment, but the continued warranty if anything were to go wrong and the advice.

Thank you for all you and Neptune do for new and experienced divers, having a shop of friendly staff thats always willing to help. Yall make me feel more like family then a customer!

Neptune is a great place to go if you need assistance in choosing what skiing equipment you need. Shane has a great wealth of knowledge and advice about what items you need and why. From a custom boot fitting, to a complete explanation of what skis would be best for the level of skier you are and the location where you will be skiing. All around a excellent experience. I will continue to come to this shop for all my ski needs.

I’ve worked with the Neptune shop for gear and ski trips in the past and have nothing but great experiences with the shop, luckily enough I had the opportunity to get out to Tennessee and learn to Scuba this summer. I had a great experience with extremely knowledgeable Dive instructors and helpers. I had the privilege of being trained by Shane and couldn’t have asked for a better scuba instructor, he takes the time to make sure everyone retains the information he’s passing on to his students while maintaining a lighthearted atmosphere and having a ton of fun along the way! I would highly recommend Neptune to everyone that ski’s, boards or Scuba’s Shane and Dennis are the best in the biz!!

I purchased new boots and bindings this year from Neptune and they have been great. The custom boot fitting has brought my skiing to a new level. The owner and all the staff were great. Neptune just ran a trip for our school club and it couldnt have been better. They worked with us on rentals, transportation and gave us an overall great deal.

I bought some amazing Rossi ski boots from the shop a couple years ago. Shane, the manager custom fitted me and although it took about an hour, I am so thrilled with them. They feel like slippers!! Ive been on about 4 trips out west since then and they still feel great! I had an amazing experience there. The staff is so friendly and they really care about their customers. Definitely recommend!

This Place is Awesome. I love that fact it is Local. Great Place for any Scuba Diving Training, Equipment and advice.It is also the Best Place to get Snow Ski Gear, help with planning trips and recommendations.They have done a wonderful job with my whole Family being Fitted in Snow Skis, Apparel and Ski Boots. I even had my boots custom molded to fit my feet.They are the Home of the MDEA. Me and my Daughter both went through the dive training. I have seen a lot of other Divers with far less training and understanding. My Daughter who is under 12 has a better understanding of Diving then most seasoned Divers. Incredible dive shop and staff! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had an upcoming trip and needed to be scuba certified before I went. Shane went out of his way to make sure that happened. If you need any dive or ski gear this is definitely the place to go.
