We ordered 3 custom residential garage doors from Assa Abloy, and while Covid delayed their manufacturing, we are more than happy with the service Assa Abloy provided. Rick Cole was our sales rep and he was very attentive and met all of our needs perfectly. The instal team was prompt, professional, and our doors couldnt have turned out better. They suck my job got a new door a year ago and it has not work right for month since it was installed. Been stuck down for a week and they still have not looked at it and it seems that they order everything so i dont thank the door will be fix for another week or 2. The worker has been out a least 6 times sit in there truck for most of the time when theyre here and be lucky if it works when they leave. You would thank they should know how to fix there product.
