Customer service at its best. I needed two new garage doors to replace two that were 20 years old. I also needed a second garage door opener installed. Called late on a Saturday and left a message. Had a return phone call the next morning. Within two days I had an estimate and within 10 days all work was complete. Great experience from beginning to end. Vladimir and Dre installed the doors and Vlad came back out to finish up a few fine touches. Both guys were extremely professional, friendly, and I loved their attention to detail. Vlad didn’t seem to mind all of my questions which I appreciated. He even programmed both garage door remote controls for me. Work area was left clean and tidy. Vlad was very interested in making sure that I was completely satisfied. Communication was both by text and phone and I was kept informed of schedule changes and arrival ETAs. I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism from this company. I had an appointment set and they gave me a 2 hour window during which I needed to be home. The tech called me an hour before the appointment saying he was on his way. I was not home at this time. When 3 rolls around, I talk to the tech again and he informs me that he tried calling (I had no missed calls) and that he had gone home instead of coming to my house because he didnt hear from me. I called their office to let them know their tech had been a no show. I never received a call back, no apology, no rescheduled appointment with another tech.

A spring on my garage door broke over the weekend, and I contacted Tip Tip Garage Doors for the repair. They scheduled a technician to repair it the next day, which was great! When the technician arrived, he was friendly and quoted me the price for replacing the spring and rollers. I agreed, and so he began the repairs. He worked on our garage door for about three hours! Im not sure what took so long, but it seemed a little lengthy. After he finished, he showed me that the garage door was fixed, and indeed it was. Then he shows me the invoice, which included a $165 labor charge that was not mentioned anytime prior to the invoice. Perhaps it was my fault for not asking beforehand, but I expect for a good company to detail all costs before the work begins. I felt cheated, and the fact that the labor cost wasnt stated initially is dishonest. Although they did fix the door, it was not worth the excessive cost and long repair time.Update: Tip Top Garage Doors quickly reached out to me to see what could be done to improve my experience. I spoke with a friendly representative who listened to my concerns and agreed to refund a portion of my cost, which roughly equaled the amount I would have agreed to pay anyway. Overall, I now feel that as long as you are given the entire cost up front, the service and value provided by Tip Top Garage Doors was great!

The service provided by this company was awesome!!! They were called to come and fix a botched job by someone else .... and that someone else was refusing our calls, texts, etc......so we had no choice but to hire another company to help us out. Tip Top was definitely tip top!!! I was communicated with when they were on their way, when there was a delay, and all through the process once they got there. My garage door opener jammed and stopped working, it was very old. I emailed on Memorial Day thinking I would set up an appointment for later in the week, but I got a call back that day and a service person, Vladimir, came out and got the door open for me. My old system was shot and Vladimir came out the next day and installed a brand new one. I got a great deal on the new opener and Vladimir could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. I didnt actually have to use their service. I called up to set an appointment and he asked if my sensors were working. I checked and one had been bent. I bent it back and my problem was fixed. His honesty in helping fix the problem saved me 150 dollars. Because of that if I ever have issues, they will get my business.

I called Tip Top garage doors at 7 AM and they were at my house by 10:30 AM and done by 12. Vladimir did an amazing job. We have a two spring garage door and only one was broken. My garage door opener of 30 years stopped working Sunday afternoon. My online search for a vendor in the Bellevue area that would fit me in on short notice led me here. I got a 2 hour appt window, and in the interim, ran to Home Depot to buy a new opener in case mine could not be repaired. The tech was able to come earlier than planned, and did have to install the new opener. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and made short work of the installation. He was outgoing and personable, cleaned up the work site, and removed all the old parts and new packing materials. This young gentleman is an excellent representative of this company, and I would recommend it highly.

I woke up yesterday morning and i was ready to go to work. I tried to open my garage in order to move my car but my garage door refuse to open. I searched nearby garage door companies and i found Tip Top located not so far away from my house in Bellevue TN. The dispatch told me they can send a technician within 1 hour and i agreed. After 10 min the technician gave me a call and told me a can be at my house in the next 20-25 min and he did. The garage door serviceman found the problem immediately and told me that all he needed to do is to adjust the garage door sensors. He charge me 49$ for this job including the service call. The guy also gave me a free inspection and overall he was super nice. Thank you Tip Top!

My experience with TipTop has been wonderful. Matt and Adam are the best! They came right out and fixed all of my issues. I had a spring snap on one door ( which could have killed me or anyone if we would have been near it when it happened) and the other door had a roller that came off the rail due to cheap rollers that were provided with the garage doors. I cant believe that my families safety was at jeopardy because the parts with the original doors were so cheap.... but these guys know there stuff! I have new springs on both doors that should last forever. These guys are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would refer them to everyone. Great folks!

When I refused to pay $150.00 for a $40.00 bottom weather seal (a strip of rubber that can be purchased at local hardware store or garage door supply co.) the tech charged me a $29.00 house call. I asked him to be reasonable and I would pay the $89.00 labor fee and $40.00 cost of weather strip but he wanted the entire $239.00 plus tax and kept mumbling something about company policy. Also, the weather strip that he was putting on my garage door isnt made for my garage door his is a dual track which he was installing by shoving it in with a screw driver and mine is a single P track which I had and he couldnt install. Finally, Ive used this company before and had problems with them standing by their work, but they finally came out after me retracting a bad review and fixed the problem so i thought i would give them another chance. In summary, if you are not a thrifty person and have tons of money to pay an unfair price for parts that arent really made for your door then this is your five star co. Im $29.00 short and no bottom seal for my garage door.
