Fun store with great apparel, trinkets, and souvenirs! I went back for a second trip!
Wanted to support 2nd Avenue business but sorry I chose this souvenir shop. Cashier was so rude I advised her to get a different job.
Lots of weird stuff. Plenty of t-shirt styles to choose from.
Gina, she’s the best, friendly and funny. I love this store. Very eclectic I have a really fun and unusual things.I WOULD go back.
We decided not to go in after seeing multiple people leave with out masks on. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and this businesss refusal to follow the mask mandate in Nashville has ensured that I will not be shopping here. Wish I had read reviews before going because if I had known how terrible they are to POC I wouldnt have bothered in the first place.
If I could I would rate this place less than 1 star. I came to Nashville as a tourist and stopped by to see their souvenirs. I walked in and I’m not greeted, hardly any eye contact, and the cashier did not seem to want to service me. The looks I received in their store had me feeling as if I were not welcome. This store is on a well trafficked area full of tourists and should be welcoming to ALL tourists.TL;TR: AS A POC TOURIST I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE
I purchased a pullover sweatshirt here and when I got home to NY, realized there was a giant pull in the material. Wendy the owner, read my email regarding the matter and sent a brand new one to my home, and added an additional surprise in the package, a Nashville bag! Now that is customer service. We go to Nashville 6-12 times per year and shop here regularly and I will always buy from this store! They excel in customer service and appreciation and I am so happy with the way they handled my small problem. They are truly a class act, in a addition to being the perfect and best Nashville gift shop!!! -Nikki R.
Alot to choose from
If I could give the place zero stars I would. The lady working there was watching me like a hawk the entire time as if I was going to steal from her, first of all nothing in there was worth stealing even if I wanted to. This place has horrible customer service she didn’t greet me but she greeted other and I guess it’s because I’m a POC and I saw another review that said the same.
Customer service is not the best, they don’t really pay attention to you or even say hello and we were the only people in there. Giving it 3 stars because they had more original things VS the other stores on Broadway that sell the same things over and over. I would go here first just hope they improve their customer service.
This was the best store we went in for souvenirs and T-shirt’s. It’s right off of broadway so a little hidden but totally worth it. Great shirt selection as well as the normal gifts/funny mugs, shot glasses, magnets, etc.
Cool souvenirs, friendly staff, decent prices.
Wonderful place to look around and shop!!! the gentleman, mike, at the desk was super friendly!!!!
This definitely isnt a gift where you can find childrens clothing. Nashville really isnt a place for kids. Youll find gag gifts, high dollar souvenirs, and many jack Daniel accessories such as flasks, sauces, t shirts hoodies etc.
Cute shop to find some different Nashville keepsakes without breaking the bank
Really cool eclectic bunch of shops!
Its your everyday gift shop. Good selection. Ok prices.
Good souvenir shop. Nice t-shirts.
Try the Sunny D shot and the Bloody Mary! You cant go wrong!
Before I went to Nashville, I found this shop by googling Gift Shops in Nashville, then I just knew I had to go inside. I bought two T-shirts!! Next time I go to Nashville, I plan on stopping at Market Street Mercantile, again!!😄😄😄
Employees were pretty rude and not helpful whatsoever. Cashier was relatively kind, but the products were extremely cheap quality.
Nice people and very welcoming
Theyve got a lot Jack Daniels stuff (sadly no postcards).
Loved it
Fun to explore!!!
Cool Souvenirs compared to other shops in the area. T shirt selection was plentiful
