Very rude! I’m African American I bought a purple controller there a couple of days ago for my sons PlayStation 4. When I walked in 2 of my own (sisters) looked at me and didn’t speak they had one customer and I had to stand behind the customer to get service while they had 4 people working the controller doesn’t even work. The best Cash America pawns are on Nolensville rd by the interstate and Charlotte. Bad attitudes

Corporate really needs to look at the manager of this location ....she is practically stealing. I brought in an item she didnt look it up just decided what should would give me because she had a similar item but the item wasnt similar.....Another customer even followed me out to buy the item

This Cash America is much more professional environment than the other store which is closer to my home. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE STORE THATS ACROSS FROM WENDYS AGAIN. Very courteous attitude at this store. Love it!!

Annie the manager is so sweet! They have wonderful deals with exceptional attitudes! They are always happy and have great music! I always want to dance when i go in here. Shannen, shaun, and jessica are fun to do business with! I recommend this pawn shop over all others! The cash america beside wendys is the 1 to go to!

Everytime i go to cash pawn america, I am always greeted quickly with very friendly staff. Ms. Tonya & Mr. Thomas are the two that i have known the longest, so thats why i dont mind traveling from Goodlettsville, Tn~ East Nashville to do business with them. Great service & excellent prices 👌🏽
