Great experience. I was seen quickly, the practitioner was kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was able to pick up my prescription at the Walgreens pharmacy while I waited for my test results. Very convenient.I would definitely go back.

Had routine blood panels done, referred by doctor. Easy and convenient! (Minus the fasting part, of course.)

Tried to call over three days from the numbers given online. It rolled to their answering service and could not get an information from them. Was given a number to call that was different from the online numbers. IT did not work either. When I scheduled the wrong kind of appointment the receptionist from this clinic was condescending and did NOT try to understand the frustration of trying to get a family member scheduled. Never again. This is tin can medical school scraps compared to service that should be from Vanderbilt.

It was easy to make an appt for my lab work online! There no waiting when I arrived. The friendly & efficient nurse on duty remembered me from prior visits to that location. She was efficient & skillful in getting my blood drawn & giving me info on the followup.This was so much faster & easier than going to 100 Oaks for a blood draw. Thank you for bring out in our community, Vandy!

The nurse practitioner that I saw was very friendly and helpful! However, the cost of this visit was absurd. I received a bill for over $200 after insurance due to being a first time patient. I also received another bill for various laboratory tests that I did not know were being conducted. To sum it up, I now owe almost $500 for a 15 minute visit. In addition, the medicine I picked up for my ailment was less than $2. Something just doesn’t add up... Save yourself the trouble and money, and don’t go to a Vanderbilt Health Clinic.

The care is average, but be prepared for a large bill. Prices are 3x what a normal visit costs at your typical clinic.

The actual experience of the visit was fine, PA was nice and knowledgeable. What is terrible is the actual cost of the visit. I was in the office for maybe 10 minutes, but my bill was triple the cost of a visit to a quick clinic down the road - went for the same issue to a quick clinic last year, so I know the cost difference. I called and they refused to lower the bill at all. Definitely will not be going back.

I have gotten great care here for a very longtime but today was a very frustrating experience. The receptionist would not accept my insurance even though it was the same that I used there a month ago with no problem. She would not listen to my insurance company. She would not try to help me. So, I left, tried the Care Now clinic on Cane Ridge Road, and discovered that I like it much better. So, the Vanderbilt clinic has lost a a long time patient.And by the way, no problem with insurance at Care Now.

Totally up to the Vanderbilt Credo. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Go early if you can, be a good patient. Grateful that places like this are open on weekends. Thanks!

Do not visit this location. I tried calling at 5:30 pm and the call went to an automated service message that said they were closed! It was 5:30 pm and they close at 7:00 .I drove to the location on a Friday evening at 6:15 pm in a lot of pain and she could see it herself and the receptionist lady didn’t even allow me to sign in because she said they had to many patients in line. Hence, there was no one in the waiting area or room. Everything look deserted. I asked for a recommendation of somewhere else and she had no response. How does a medical clinic turn down a patient? Is that even legal? Just because it’s Friday evening and all they care is about leaving ASAP.

Never will I return to this location. I found out that my daughters sports physical was out of date and she needed it over the weekend. We could not get in to see our pediatrician so I called this location and asked about getting a sports physical done. They said they charge a FLAT fee and they do not file any insurance- would not even take my insurance info. I paid the flat fee, just to receive a bill a couple weeks later for another $125!!!! For a sports physical that I already paid $85 for?!?!?!?! Unethical LIARS.

Worst place to go if you’re ill. Front desk person are rude, disrespectful and have attitudes with patient especially when its close to closing hour. They gave me a hard time with insurance and refused to give me service when I paid out of pocket. Very unethical and racist staff.

Please train your front desk people... “oh just go to the ER” is not an acceptable response for someone who has walked in DURING your stated business hours. “we have stopped taking patients” is not an acceptable response when someone’s health is on the line. You are a WALK IN CLINIC. You cater to the patients needs and to be rude on top of that is unnacceptable. Go up the road to urgent care, they are way nicer and accepted us at 6:59 when they close at 7. Remember patients pay YOUR paycheck.

Very polite and professional staff. I recommend this walkin clinic to anyone who has patience and a non emergency medical issue.

I really dont have any more time to waste and write about how terrible my experience was. I have nothing good to say about them. Will not even go back to Walgreens because of them.
