In November of 2020, my fiancé found this hat shop, me thinking all hats are practically the same wasn’t too enthused about going in.But to make her happy I did, when we walked in she was in heaven (she’s a nurse but has a fashion background), she started showing me the quality and such of the hats!The gentleman working was VERY knowledgeable and informative as well. They both geeked out (no disrespect) about the hats!We ended up waiting a day or 2 but we came back and she ended up buying a hat and she wears it almost every day now. It’s almost 6 months later.

I was very impressed with the different styles and colors of the hats there, and how friendly and professional my salesman was. I was looking for a flat cap but wasnt certain of my size. My salesman looked at my head and dug through the stack and pulled out the perfect size for me. Needless to say, I was very impressed! I mean just a look? No measurements or anything? Wow! That was very impressive to me. I looked at a few other hats and different styles but I already knew that the first choice was the best. Somewhere between a dark red & rust suede flat cap. I absolutely love it! I have a bald head and there is nothing inside the cap to rub, poke, or irritate my head. I have a lot of caps and I cant say that about most of them. I would definitely recommend this shop and I will definitely be going back for another cap soon. Oh, before I forget, very reasonable prices, my cap was just under $100, and its very well made and will outlast me! Lol! Thank you for your expertise & friendliness and professionalism, that speaks volumes for a company that has been around for many years. Kudos to you both gentleman!

Love this hat store, they carry my favorite animal trucker hats that aren’t easy to find.Reasonably priced and staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely shopping there again!

Nice little shop with a variety of hat styles, but sorely lacking in variety of sizes available. Most importantly, we did not feel welcome in the store. Hardly a greeting, even tried to engage the employee but they were indifferent to say the least. Based on other reviews I guess it just depends on who’s there when you walk in.

We went in and I was about to buy a $250 hat but wife asked me to lower my mask to see what I looked like without mask. I was told no you need to pull mask up. $250 but can’t see what I look like without a mask for a second. Mask nazis. I was going to buy a $250 hat. Wife a $300 hat. Both left. If I was the owner in these times. Good luck. Looking at the reviews the owners don’t care

Great service??? Our experience a few days ago was anything but. When patrons enter your shop ready to make purchases employees (two of them) should stop talking amongst themselves and say hello to customers. Even a may I help you is customary. Spent around 5-10 min. in this small intimate shop without even a welcome. Our visit in Nashville was a good one but the employees in this hat shop..shocking

Stopped by today - fantastic collection of great quality hats and accessories (feather selection was wonderful) with a really friendly and knowledgeable assistant, who was fine with my trying on practically every hat in the place. Very happy with my final purchase. Really worth a visit.

We went in this last week/weekend and the sales rep was AMAZING! He taught us how the pinch should match your chin and the brim be comparable to your shoulders. We learned SO much in just a few quality moments spent with us and my husband FINALLY got a hat that we have been searching for the past 5 years! THANK YOU!

Hats are nice. Seem to be good quality. The only employee that was there when I purchased got mad when I said a hat they were trying to show me wasnt my style. The guy that normally works is great. Wish hed have been there when I purchased.

A must stop in our travels. Picked not 1 but 3 new hats. Staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe a bit to helpful. Great hat selection and if you dont see your favorite just ask. Again a must stop while in Nashville

Lamest help so far in Nashville, maybe they should hire people less interested in eating or with a little less metal in their face, Its affecting their ability to sell the products and help customers. Dont offer a box, or care instructions or even products for long term care. Nice hat though, but you can get a nice hat in any city.

Just like other reviewers have said, Goorin Bros contains a huge selection of well made hats in a ton of styles. The sales staff is friendly and very helpful, theyll work with you for as long as youd like in helping you select that perfect hat, without pressure.I walked in on a whim, walked out with a burgundy and black wide-brimmed fedora that has since received a huge amount of compliments every time I wear it.

I was excited to get a couple hats from Goorin Bros. I was shocked to see the made in china tags when I got home. Truly a bummer.
