The staff was very friendly and helpful. Jessica went out of her way to ensure that I found the hat that suited me best. I will definitely be a return customer. I am one happy customer! I had a wonderful shopping experience.

Where to even begin my with my visit on New Year’s Day, it was amazing!!!! It was a little busy so I waited priestly to talk with the associate she asked how she could help me and showed me straight to the size 8 section. She then helped me design a custom hat that really means something to me and I couldn’t be happier. So BIG BIG BIG BIG shutout out to the homie Jessica for making it happen. She should already be the company’s employee of the year for 2021 I’ll only shop there if she’s working.

Bought a few hats today and was super impressed by Chloe and the rest of the team at Lids! They typically have great sales and offer discount programs for veterans and military. Thank you!

Teruo was great. Very personal and kind. He also Took his time to get our order correct. Lastly we spent 45 minutes in the store getting 3 things customized and he didn’t give up on us! HES AMAZING!! Most definitely will be back this week just to get his customer service!l while shopping more!

I just moved to Nashville and I have been doing business with Lids for the past 20 years. Me and my Wife went in to check out the Dallas Hats close to closing. The manager of the store was pre occupied doing something not paying us any attention. My Wife asked her to help us. She said she was looking up a customers online request. My Wife asked if she would help us since we were the only customers in the store. She said that football season is over and that there was nothing new. Then I asked what was the newest hat that you had received. She then got really angry and ran over to where the Dallas Caps were and threw the cap at me. That’s when I decided it was time to leave the store. She argued with my wife for another 10 minutes until the store closed and she basically said Bye we are closed. I went to the NFL Store and brought a hat. I guess Lids in Opry Mills is doing good without customer service Her Name was Abby.

Abby was the rudest person we have ever come across. She told my husband he was in her way, she was trying to help another customer... we were the only people in the store. We asked her name and her bosses name. She screamed her name at us a hurriedly scribbled down Eldrige and a phone number. We called and reported her behavior, he said there was nothing he could do, he is not in the store. I guess corporate allows this behavior and really doesn’t need our money. That’s fine, the NFL store happily took our money.

My boyfriend loves hats so since we were up in Nashville for a event we decided to stop at Opry Mills Mall to waste some time and since moving here to Tennessee Ive never been to this mall. My old man was in heaven when we got there, I bought him a Braves hat which hes a die hard fan and I bought me a Georgia visor which hes wore more then me lol. Great customer service and they have a awesome selection of hats. We will be coming back for more soon.

Lids at Opry mills mall is the best in Nashville!! They will put name on your hat or jersey where ever you wont it!! Saturday all the workers was happy like a happy meal at McDonalds!! They must got paid Friday lol!!

Great place for hats. Little known secret.

Lights were off and doors were locked when I stopped by around 1030. Im like, maybe they had to go to the bathroom so I gave them time to come back. 15 minutes later, still nothing. I drive all the way from Hendersonville to buy some hats, only to have my time wasted. Ill not be doing business with any Lids stores from now on.
