Website says they open at 11 AM on Sundays. Made a special trip to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of Nashville Predator jerseys. Get there at 11:45 AM and the place is locked up tight. Every other store in the mall is open except this one. And you guys wonder why your business is dying. Retail Rule Number One: BE OPEN DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. Never again.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the employees at Lids Locker Room Opry Mills for helping me come up with an OKC hat with Chris Paul’s signature embroidered on it for my son. The employees there were some of the friendliest, helpful employees that I have ever encountered at ANY store. My son LOVED his hat!

Manager Devin is terrible- bad customer and kept saying he don’t care.

Terrible customer service. I didnt get greeted apon entering the store. When I found something I wanted to purchase 15 min later, I walked to the counter and asked one of the two employees leaning on the counter (on their cell phones) if he could help me find a size I needed.. He said No, and just looked back down at his cell phone. They obviously dont care if they sell anything or not. They are just there for a paycheck. I was about to spend over $100 too. This was July 27, 2020 around lunchtime. The store was empty. I definitely wont be returning.

My favorite spot, embroidery always on point, I purchased the discount card and it’s worth it, I try to tag all my work jackets vests and hats, so just in case I leave anything hanging around you can’t take it home 🏡My name on it

I have been a Great Customer to this store for the last 3years... For the first time I experienced bad service & customer service. The Manager Matt Who is suppose to be running the store is clearly just working here for a weekly check and not to elevate hisself or the store business. I had the worst experience after leaving my items with the manager who did not step up NOT ONCE to reach out to a loyal customer to explain to me that there were a issue with my items when it comes to embroidery. Let me also add he has my phone number & email address.. Moral of the story Matt has no problem with helping the company lose money & sending customer to other competitors!

Anything in this small store can be found for significantly cheaper on Amazon. They don’t even offer any local items unique to the city.

Great store but i did get cheated out of a 2016 nba champions hat the clerk made me buy a gift card to make the purchase from his computer then found a message months later with no contact from anyone saying that my order couldnt be processed so i lost out on about 30 dollars

Staff waited for me to approach them for assistance. Knowledge was lacking with the employees and it seemed like just a job to them. They didnt care much about assisting or upselling anything. I ended up purchasing 4 hats a few doors down at a competitor.
