Great service. Super easy. I was looking for a place to stash my familys suitcases while sightseeing for the day before heading to the airport. This is a super location, easy to drop your suitcases and they are open 24 hours so you can relax without worrying about making it back before closing.They take you to the storage locker in the back and have you take a photo. Just took a few minutes to retrieve our bags a few hours later and we were on our way again. I made sure to check reviews first because this was the first time I ever heard of Bounce but its a great concept and Ill definitely use them again!

Such a great, affordable & convenient service today! Checked out of one BnB with a gap of time in between my next check in and didn’t wanna lug my life along around town while I explored. Found Bounce online from a general search ‘where can I store my luggage for a day’ and in comes the greatest network of options to save the day for $6! The location and staff were so friendly & welcomed my items with a return/pickup receipt. Such a wonderful win for the day, thanks Bounce team!

Great to use if you need a place to store luggage in between Airbnb check in times. Location was inside an upscale shopping mall, not too far from Canal St.It was not a formal storage locker like you might see at the airport, but a small tux and tailor shop where he let us use the back room. We were unsure at first but the mall was nice so it seemed fine and the owner was nice.$6/bag/day in May 2021 - very good price to not tote a suitcase around town

Bounce luggage storage was an inexpensive and really easy setup. The bounce location could have better signage indicating its participation. Store was nice. I would suggest baggage locks for your own piece of mind.

This was so handy for traveling with a family. With the bags safely stored we had room in the car to spend the last few hours in Hawaii. The service was personal, easy to use and affordable. It’s very close to the airport.

Kahului airport storage spot was amazing. Zach was an amazing host. His facility included optional showers and shuttle to and from the airport as well as around the island all for a very affordable price

Had such a great experience with bounce and the vendor who watched over our suitcases. We needed to see the city....our bags needed a place to crash since our hotel did not have porter/baggage storage service (thanks covid).... voila bounce to the rescue. No way did our bags want to tour SFran with us....like disgruntled teenagers. Such a smart service.
