Love, love going to this store.Mask is optional to wear.The store was very crowded that morning when I got there but I was almost able to find what I was going into that store for.By the time that I checked out and walked out of the store, one of the store people was standing outside the door creating a line for other people to come in as soon as one person left the store.Thank you for keeping us safe when possible

Found just what I needed at 50% off! Staff were a little aloof but I did find what I wanted with no trouble.

Really live this store! There is always a great sale going on, yesterday some patterns were up to 80% off! I got this lovely set and am very pleased!

If you ever go into this store and Christian or Nadia are working, you need to walk right back out. They provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced and stood near the registers talking about other customers, judging them on how they looked, and making comments about how they didn’t belong in the store because of their looks. It was pathetic to say the least and I will never return to this location. I feel bad for the associates who have to work with them because I can only assume how awful they are behind closed doors if that’s what I saw as a customer.

Wow I cant say enough good things about this store. I used to buy my Vera Bradley from small stores near me because I didnt know about the outlet but I will never buy Vera Bradley from anywhere else. I was about to get 4 times as much merchandise as I usually do because of the amazing deals they have not to mention the wonderful staff who helped me find exactly what I needed and wanted. It was also my birthday so they made me feel extra special

I have quite of few pieces and one day we were a VB and my husband I got up to the cash register and my husband ask the customer service if he can buy some stocks in the compàny today because i have so many pieces. I could have shot have him. So next time I am going to the mall in Nashville called Orpy Mills, its next door to the Grand Ole Orpy, and its big and i will show him. They are suppose to have a 70% sale. shopping,shopping, shopping.
