Two Men and a Truck generously donated their services to the American Cancer Society last weekend. The two guys were incredible! They were early, respectable, quick and just really great guys! We thank them for their service to the community and would recommend them highly for your move!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND READ:1. This company did not adhere to their own guidelines and community standards that they, the company, wrote themselves. we are responsible for items in our immediate care. However, be warned... this apparently doesnt include when all your furniture topples over in the back of a moving truck and is severely damaged from their movers refusing to use straps... and then they try to make you pay a deductible that (not shockingly) you were secretly and fraudulently charged for (see attached photo)2. The company offered 1 hour back of charges, however, then required a $150 deductible for anything to be fixed... even if it is 100% your companys fault. What good is $55 back after THIS?3. The company then admitted to the fraudulent charge (and shared the recorded call with me) for the insurance in the first place and then attempted to manipulate and intimidate the situation by, basically, saying- its a good thing they fraudulently charged me - so that I would have coverage.... but completely missed the fact that THEY... again... had messed up. Its called fraud... its not rocket science.4. Corporate does absolutely nothing when you ask to escalate the complaint for higher resolution. They send you right back to deal with the local team who messed up in the first place.5. Local teams best apology is Im sorry you feel that way. (Yes... I have that in writing from a QUALITY TEAM MANAGER.) And do everything they can to stall any real resolution.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.UPDATE: The response (below) to this review is also a LIE. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. They do NOT offer refunds as a resolution. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Our movers were the best so far with 2 Men and a Truck. They were prompt, quick and very friendly. They went above and beyond on placing our furniture where we wanted it after moving it. All my furniture was wrapped and nothing had a scratch! Their attitude stayed positive even though I was the farthest from the elevator and then they had to unpack in the rain. These guys were absolutely great!

This is my third move with Two Men and a Truck. They are always professional, but yet personable. From my first call to inquire about a move all the way through to the finished move, I couldnt be happier. They always take pride in preparing the heavier items to be moved and everything has always arrived in perfect condition. Two Men and a Truck will always be my go-to moving company.

Our movers were very professional. They were on time and did a thorough and very good job. I would definitely use them again. I do feel like the price was too high. Our move took 3 hours and 15 minutes and we were charged $743. We were aware of how they charge but Im just saying I think that the $175 fee for drive time on top of the $175 an hour for two men and a truck was EXCESSIVE. This has nothing to do with how great of a job I felt like our movers did. They were great and they do not set the prices! So basically Im just saying the service was great but I do not think it was a good value at all. If I shopped another move in the future and prices were equal, I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

Excellent customer service. This was our first stress-free move.. our 4 movers were amazing and took care of our antiques by wrapping in a pad and wrapping again. Everything arrived without a scratch. They communicated with us every step of the way.

Outstanding team of movers. Customer service to the guys who moved us from NJ to TN were courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. We changed our moving dates 3 times and they didn’t bat an eye. I would never hesitate to use them again and highly recommend this company. AAAA+++++

We had a wonderful professional move experience with two men and a truck. We just bought a new house and had a bunch of furniture to move from a 3rd floor apartment. No damages. Got done with the move early, we budgeted for 4 hours and it was done in 2.75 hours. They wrapped padded the furniture. The movers were kind and courteous. Asked good questions. Padded the doorway. They showed up on time. Cant recommend enough. We had a horrific move experience with bellhops in our last move so If you are deciding between the 2, go with 2 men and a truck. You wont regret it.

We have used 2MenTruck for 30 years many times and have never been disappointed. Price was fair and service was outstanding.

I have had to use Two Men and a Truck twice in two months. It was a hard move for me, and both times they were quick, efficient, and really helpful. On the second move, Latrell and Ricky were incredibly supportive and helped me every step of the way. They packed up my things, loaded it into the truck, and dropped everything off. They worked well together with good communication and techniques to load and unload my things. I really appreciate everything they did to help make the move go as smoothly as possible!

I had never used professional movers before and was concerned about having my furniture or home damaged and concerned about movers not showing up when expected. However, with Two Men and a Truck none of these concerns were realized. They were communicative before the move. They were on time. They called 30 minutes before they arrived just as they said they would. The two movers Darryl and Latrell were professional, friendly, courteous, and so careful with our furniture, wood floors, and freshly painted walls. They were worth every penny. They worked so so hard! I dont plan on moving again anytime soon, but if I did, I would use Two Men and a Truck again.

Made my move so easy... the 2 guys they sent did a fantastic job, especially considering it was supposed to be a 3 man job, but one called out. Was very very impressed, would definitely recommend.

These guys were absolutely awesome. My movers were Harley Maness and Joseph Sinay and they went above and beyond to get me moved. When they showed up it was pouring down rain and they got right to work, enthusiastically no less. They worked all day and maintained positive attitudes the entire time, they were constantly working with professionalism and were helpful with any questions or concerns I had. By the end of the day it began storming again and they still were incredibly positive, professional, and handled my things with absolute care. It was a LONG day but they did not show it.They also managed to get a big, heavy desk up a very narrow and steep staircase which was awesome and I wasn’t sure could physically be done. At the end they did offer me a discount which, as a single mom and teacher, was amazing.If these are the kinds of movers this company has working for them I can absolutely recommend the company at five stars. To have my entire household delivered without anything broken or damaged (to include two heavy, huge, glass china cabinets) AND have such excellent customer service was an experience that made moving significantly less stressful.Thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience with Two Men and a Truck. It was my first experience with movers. Robert and Walter did a fantastic job! We were moving some of the items into a new apartment and others to a storage unit. They organized things quickly and did a great job getting things where we needed them. They were extremely friendly and kind. I will definitely be using them again!

I called with an urgent need to move on a Friday and had 2 excellent men at my service the following Monday. Gregory and Jacob were a great team who worked quickly and safely to get my house moved asap. They were polite, friendly and very helpful. Moved a number of times due to work and the military. This was far and away the worst experience Ive ever had. Multiple items were damaged or destroyed as a result of the packing. Items were skipped during the packing. The movers left items that were authorized to move, due to the poor pack job it took significantly longer than estimated. They damaged multiple areas of the hardwood flooring.If you are looking for a stress free move, dont use them. If you have issues management wont contact you.

I would like to stand up for our move team who did everything possible to make the move as painless as possible even though moving is a PAIN. I would also like to communicate to the office team that they need to BACK OFF on the amount of time it took to load up our two trucks. The men had to move all boxes and furniture out of a basement living space, around the building and up a steep incline before loading it on a truck. It was a more difficult workout than ANY setting up random stairmaster set on random in 90 degree heat and high humidity? How do I know, because I assisted moving things to speed things up and no one stopped except for safety to cool off and take hydration!

Easy to set up, everything went as scheduled, our Two Men took excellent care wrapping and packing all our stuff onto and off their truck, were very efficient and made the move more pleasurable than I had imagined. I highly recommend this company. Thanks, guys! Youre appreciated.

The guys that did our move were kind, professional and friendly. They worked really well together and even though our item we were moving was oversized and difficult to move and fit in the truck, they made it work and busted their rears to do so and make sure we got the move completed and we were satisfied. I moved out of state using Two Men and a Truck. I didn’t have any issues with damages and once the movers arrived at each location they were very professional and efficient. However, I cannot give a 5 star review due to the lack of communication when the movers showed up 2 hours late to load the truck. I understand things happen but I had to make several calls to the operators and main office just to nail down an ETA. It was a weekday so we had rearranged schedules to be there during the window they provided. Also, I received several different quotes before, during, and after the move that were not communicated well. I’ve contacted the company to see if we can remediate these communication issues and will update to 5 stars if they do because everything else was great.UPDATE: two men reached out and listened to my feedback about the communication issues and we were able to resolve the issue. I would use the service again!

This was by far the easiest long distance move Ive ever experienced. I moved from Nashville to Dallas and had Chris & Josh as my team using the Expedited Move service. They were FANTASTIC. They made my move effortless, fast, and enjoyable. They took great care of my furniture and were personable. I was impressed that they were willing to unload my furniture in the evening after driving all day, putting my move at my destination ahead of schedule and allowing me to spend the first night in my new place in my own bed.

The two movers were extremely professional. They were courteous, friendly and careful with our furniture. They showed up on time, communicated well throughout the process.

Every person I worked with from Two Men and a Truck were so nice and professional. The two men that actually helped us with our move, Mike and Greg, were absolutely fantastic! They went so above and beyond our expectations and I can’t say enough good things about them. I also appreciated how easy it was to get all the packing materials we needed - they estimated how much we would need and we’re almost right on the money. I know they’re a little more expensive than some other moving companies out there, but I think that it was worth every penny.

This is the fourth time we’ve utilized Two Men And A Truck and it was once again fantastic. For this move we were moving out of a second floor apartment into a single family home. Our movers, Austin Weatherby and Scott Wojtas were professional, personal and took care of everything paying special attention to the items we were most concerned over. I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. They arrived on time, were efficient in loading and unloading, made sure my furniture was where I wanted it in my new home, and were professional and courteous.

They were spot on from start to finish. Nothing was left to a guess. Prompt sales team, moving team and follow ups. We had the most professional tram show up at our home and worked non-stop. During that time we had calls from the office and a supervisor show up at the new house to make sure our needs were met. Finished up the move, with all our furniture in place and put back together. They cleaned up and left just as they showed up. We would use this service tomorrow, if we had a need!

Willie and Arlo were my movers, they did such a great job in communicating, and taking care of my belongings as well as listening to my needs for arranging the storage unit. Matt R. was incredibly helpful with my administrative side of the operation.The only downside is the cost - its quite expensive to just move a few miles down the road, but I choose Two Men and a Truck because they are dependable.

Moving can be a stressful time, but this team did an awesome job start to finish. I have moved several times and this was the first time we had no issues. I would definitely recommend using them.

Kevin Bryant and Hunter Handley, the unbelievably hard working, wonderfully polite and courteous men, moved every item with such care and concern. We recently moved and decided to hire professional movers for the first time. The movers with Two Men and a Truck were very professional and took so much care with our furniture, making sure to have everything properly wrapped and secured. Even with them being as careful as they were, they were able to help us move very efficiently, cutting our estimated time budget down by about 2-3 hours. They definitely helped make our move much easier on us.

Even though the arrival window was pushed back on their end, they were more than fair with their discount. The two movers were very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I could see that they were taking great care with all of my items, but they made sure to do so as efficiently as possible. Will definitely use them again!

Reached out to management twice after my move via phone and once via email about concerns I had during my move and 2 weeks later, I have not heard from anyone.Required this service to move apartments while in recovery from back operation.Approximately 15-16 boxes packed and taped, over half by downstairs door ready to load on truck. Movers disassembled a bed and carried a wardrobe down stairs. My wardrobe was not handled with care. 3 holes were placed in wall of apartment I was leaving. Those have since been fixed, so thank you for that.Unloading at new property occurred in heavy rain. After movers slid down their truck ramp with my wardrobe, they then added carpet to their ramp for traction. I had difficulty watching these men move my furniture safely. I feared that something else would end up broken.Drawers from wardrobe were brought into the house and not placed as originally found. No guidance from movers requested. Adjustable bed not plugged up and I had to move the mattress myself after movers left to get things set up correctly.Movers did not ask me to do a final walk-through for satisfaction. Of course, they couldnt leave fast enough because this experience was not enjoyable for me as a customer.Was charged for 3 full hours of service and Im not sure what I could have done to speed this process up any faster. I only moved 20 minutes away.I am purchasing a home and will need moving services again in 6 weeks. I also have a roommate who will need moving services. Had hoped to begin a good relationship with this company and they failed. I would have been better off renting a U-Haul and hiring out a few college kids. Whats further disappointing is the lack of communication from management to follow up with me after the move.

This wasnt the first time Two Men & a Truck have completed a move for me and though the other times were really good, this time was truly awesome thanks to Hutch and Matt in the office and David and Eli as my movers. I could not have asked for a better team. Hutch and Matt were responsive and (best of all) did what they said they would every time I talked to them. David and Eli actually made my move fun. I have way too much stuff and neither location (pick up or drop off) were ideal, but they stayed friendly and funny, yet professional and efficient the whole time. They also treated my stuff as if it were precious (even though most of it really wouldnt be to anybody but me). Moving is stressful but Two Men & a Truck helped alleviate all of the stress of it that they could. Im very, very grateful. Thank you!

I do not recommend Two Men And A Truck. They only had three items to move and they cracked the mirror in the back of my curio cabinet and broke a piece off the top of it. My cabinet is ruined.Addendum: I did not purchase the insurance thinking there wouldnt be a problem with moving three pieces of furniture. I have moved the curio cabinet twice in the past without a problem. Our furniture was the only thing in the truck and I assumed it had been secured. I am not sure if it was roughly handled or it was not secured, but it was damaged in two places. I was only reimbursed pennies on the dollar (by weight). If you use Two Men and a Truck be sure you purchase the insurance!

Our move was a most unpleasant experience. Contracted for 5 men, two trucks. Second truck arrived 1 hour later than the first crew of 2. The move was done mostly by 2 guys who had just come from a late move the night before. Clearly tired but tried very hard. The support crew was very poor. Damages to furniture, broken items, you name it (they attempted to rectify the damages.) Furniture was disassemble/assembled incorrectly (who doesnt know how to put together a bed frame?!)We contacted the company about our displeasure and have NOT heard from them in over 2 weeks. Speaks volumes of their regard for their customers. Bottom line, we did NOT get what we paid for and have had to endure dealing getting things repaired.UPDATE (9/8): 1.5 weeks after speaking to someone who was going to remediate the issue has not gotten back.

Anne Marie called back and asked for a list and some pictures and should look into it for us.I called her back the next morning and was told that we didn’t pay the entire bill and because it was past due no one would be sent to evaluate or repair despite the fact that we paid $900.00 for full coverage insurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!A lot of items are in storage and impossible to inspect without emptying the 10x30 storage shed.We trusted the movers to follow up as promised with a report and pics and gave them nearly $1000.00 in tips plus fed them.DO NOT USE THEM! They will leave you In a lurch. We paid near $12000.00 for the move and they still say we owe them yet refuse to send an invoice or a bill for what they claim is past due!They said they would send someone to look at the damage and then sent a liability release stating they don’t owe us anything because we didn’t call within 4 days even though we were assured by the moving team that the damage report would be filed along with the pictures they took as soon as they returned to Nashville!We will never use them again nor refer them and I will do my utmost best to spread the word on the Internet warning people to steer clear of this company.I ave included a couple of pictures that show some of the damage.Also some damage was done to a one of a kind Amish made dining room set.That damage can never be repairedThey are now playing games stating that I sent no pictures, which I did send the few pictures a had on my phone. They are offering 50 to 60 dollars for one of a kind Amish made chairs that again,are one of a kind hand made and part of the dining set.DO NOT USE THEM!

Unfortunately, this company prioritizes getting paid for shoddy work before getting the job done properly and repairing damage caused by incredibly negligent employees. I paid extra to have a third mover to ensure there would be adequate manpower to safely move furniture items into my brand new home without causing structural damage.The home is three stories with a bedroom on the top floor. One chest-of-drawers was supposed to be moved to the third floor bedroom. They caused so much damage to the walls between the first and second floor that they tried to swindle a release signature out of us, refusing to move the bedroom furniture from the second to the third floor. Obviously, we had little choice: were we supposed to leave the bedroom furniture sitting in the living room on the second floor? Ultimately, a manager got involved and realized how extremely unethical this was, so they moved the furniture to the third floor.The homebuilder inspected the damage and estimated the repair cost for drywall and painting at $300. I offered to pay Two Men and a Truck half of their $600 moving fee before they repaired the damage and half afterwards. Not only did they not apologize for the damage, they said that if there was any damage, repairs would only be addressed after full payment. See the attached photo of four of the holes in the drywall to see if there was any damage. Obviously, the customer has no choice but to pay when bullied by unapologetic corporations.I understand that Two Men and a Truck dont care about the damage they caused to our brand new home so long as they get paid, but their flippant attitude about the damage, demands for immediate payment, and attempt to force a release signature added insult to injury. My hope is that they will use a modicum of professionalism to fully repair their damage. If not, at least we have small claims court to hold them accountable.

Used these guys for our business to move a large amount of hardware, and they were wonderful. Great guys, (Nick, Landon, and Devin) who were incredibly helpful and very good at what they do. Absolutely going to use them again.

Great experience with Two Men and A Truck! The two young men were so polite and were very attentive to what we needed moved.

They sent two teenagers to move my 1 bedroom apartment. I paid over 1200 and had my couch destroyed only to received less than 200 dollars in reimbursement. Be careful who you deal with. I should have been mindful when the kids did not want to move the couch up the steps because it was heavier than usual. Pictures will be posted in the public page.

Very professional/personable team. EVERYONE was kind. Moving is a challenge in itself. Eye opening. People Ive known for years suddenly were unavailable due to back issues,knee issues, issues-issues😐 They cared not only about my furniture but me. It was refreshing. When you move. Call them!

Moved two homes within one week . First move the truck was not big enough and they provided another truck to get the job done . The move lasted from 9am to 9:30 pm and the 3 man crew got the job done.Second home was much easier and I ask for same crew and got them. Great experience moving ( as moving can be very stressful ) with this company and would recommend them for your next move.Marshall Winkler

Austin, Bryant and George were super helpful and very quick. They made me feel at ease with the move! Would recommend!!

Update: I was hoping they would take care of the damages they caused but instead they are wheeling and dealing a deductible as a favor to me and not fixing one of my favorite decorative pieces that they smashed to pieces. I have a major issue with being charged anything or not having any of my decorative items fixed or compensated for... especially when they were paid over $3000 to move us. Bad business.I would actually give these guys a 3.5 or possibly 4. They worked hard to do what we needed done. Some items were placed wrong but no big deal considering the bulk of what we had to move. We are slightly disappointed with the damage to some items that cannot be easily replaced and are waiting to see how Two Men and Truck resolves the issue. They dropped our leather couch and it got scratches, our table leaves, and two decorative pieces were broken. I will update with photos and rating once we see what they do.

Ive moved a LOT over the years and this is one of the best moves I have ever had. The team was responsive, careful, attentive to detail, polite... in short, they were terrific! Strongly recommend this group.

Had a good experience. Arrived even before scheduled time and we very polite and helpful. Would use this business again.
