Was served at store #1081 and Sonya Sanders was awesome! If it wasn’t for her, I might would’ve went elsewhere! I was undecided because of bad experience with previous storage facilities; however, she made me feel that an anew experience of service and accommodations was ahead of me doing business with life storage. Super convenient. Traffic is kind of confusing, but once I got here the location is really nice and has a good-sized parking lot.Cassidy was super helpful and gave me as much information as humanly possible, even though it wasn’t her normal store. The whole process was painless!!

This is a fantastic service operated by a great staff. We needed storage immediately following a Christmas Day disaster in downtown Nashville. They made it easy for us to get a space for our personal items. Over the next several weeks, we needed additional spaces for our business items and each time they made the process easy. Also, we feel so confident in the security. They have contacted us personally on the occasion we did not properly lock our storage unit. Ive used storage services over the years for various reasons and Life Storage in Nashville is by far the best. If you need storage for any reason, this business is the right choice. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I Rented a storage unit for a year after selling our home. Aislinn was extremely helpful in finding the perfect unit. She showed me all of the units including the temperature controlled ones. She went over in detail the cost of each unit. She was even able to save me some money off my first months bill. I would highly recommend asking for Aislinn if you are in need of a storage unit.

Ive been using Life Storage (formally SoBro Storage) for over a year. I only interviewed one storage unit company when I first moved here and they impressed me so much that I signed a contract immediately. Ive always felt safe going there, especially being newer to the area. The storage units are conveniently located, easy to get to, its super clean.. theres always a catchy tune playing on the overhead speaker..I actually enjoy going to my storage unit lol. One reason that Ive continued staying on with Life Storage is due to the manager, OShea. He always makes me feel welcome and makes sure Im taken care of each time. If you are looking for affordability, convenience, safety, and cleanliness in a storage unit facility, look no further!

The young lady that works in hendersonville was running this location the day I came in and was so courteous and helpful. She answered every question I had and was very professional.

Just rented a storage unit at SoBro self storage on 3rd ave in Nashville with Ray. Very helpful, nice and friendly! Facility is very clean and units are all climate controlled. Elevators and carts available. Highly recommend!

It is very modern and comfortable inside the facility and the units are extremely CLEAN. More importantly the management and customer service is top notch. Found this storage facility for a last minute storage need. Everything from the time I reserved the unit up until getting to the location was great! Nick, the property manager, was there to help and get everything situated. He showed me around the facility, took me to my unit, showed me how to work their app for the building, and anything else I needed to know. Very helpful and made what was a stressful process very easy and seamless. I highly recommend this location :)

But once I arrived, the facility was very clean, the staff was very helpful and the price was reasonable. Osha from customer service was a pleasure to work with. Its a ripoff ! They lie on the price of storage units. They say one thing on your face and then they charged you the double of the price they said on the monthly statement.This place it wil be good for you, if you only have a couple of boxes to store in their small triangle shape units.Overpriced!
