I took a pre-paid package to UPS in the Omni hotel. They informed that the hotel applies an additional $7 fee to send a package from that location. Theyve tried this before a couple of years back when I went to send an Amazon package back. No issues in between then and now. This cannot be counted as an independent UPS store.I just spoke to UPS corporate. This is a franchise and they charge whatever they choose. So this packaging / convenience fee by weight is not a hotel fee, it’s a fee the franchise owner has decided to charge.

Might as well close this one. Tried twice in a week to drop packages during business hours and it was closed. Security guard told me he went to get coffee. I called him and he lied about where he was and how long hed been gone. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to FedEx

Pathetic service..I send a mobile phone cost 720 dollar to india for that i paid 185 dollar..I told them it was a surprice present for my brother..And when it reached to the destination they asked 380 dollar from my brother or else they cant give you...And when i spoked with the ups service center and the manager they told it was the government fees and we are not aware of that..And i paid that because i dont have any option..Do you think any sence to spend 565 dollar for 720 dollar mobile???If the fraud ups company dont know the exact shipping proccess then why the hell they are making people fool???So better you should hire a responsible staff..The worst shipping company i ever saw..You are just a money making company by showing your false advertise..

HORRIBLE. FYI the place is on 6th South not 5th. Furthermore the store does NOT honor the hours listed. I walked a mile to get to the store with a package to find out they were closed at 2 in the afternoon. This was the WORST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER USED!!!!

Very difficult to find. There are two close by. One in the omni hotel (3rd floor) and one in the convention center on the side facing Bridgestone arena.
