Blake did an amazing job at putting together a high quality laminated welcome book for me on short notice! I went in a little before close and not only was he able to adjust my digital file into the perfect size and format after I had difficulties figuring out what would work best but he also put it all together with incredible attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend Blake for any printing job.

I had the best experience this week here. Im not a big review writer, but really want to thank Shonda for helping me print something special for my wedding. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and helped me find a creative way to stay within my budget. Definitely ask for her if you need any printing done!

I requested an order right before they closed and the assistant there, Blake, said that he would have it ready. Upon arrival, they had already locked up and he came to the door saying they wouldn’t do the order. Honesty goes a long way and he NEVER SAID HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE IT READY WHEN I CALLED. Horrible service. SMH

No one likes paying for shipping. However, Erick and his team made the experience a delight. We were greeted and pointed in the right direction immediately, no time was wasted. Erick was so friendly and incredibly helpful with everything from helping me print (and reprint) my packing slips, making sure I had the opportunity to get my packages on the truck that was about to leave, and to advising on proper packaging. I will likely go out of my way to revisit this location the next time I need to ship something.

Highest quality work from this location. I have worked with them since they opened. They printed bound booklets, posters and anything else for my department. The staff are great to work with.

The workers didnt fax mask or was clean equipment after been use. No one ten feet apart from each other. I felt like no one was helping. I didnt feel like I was safe. I hope I didnt caught the viruses from Fedex. Why u have to put money card to fax something.when they should have fax and instead should have paid cash to faxThe right way. U lose me as customer because of these

I would have loved to give this store 5 stars because I’ve never had a problem with them and they’ve always been extremely helpful but unfortunately I cannot. This by far is WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was having issues getting the print/copy/fax machine to work and I had to constantly keep swiping my card. I literally tried every option on the machine and none of them worked for me and it was constantly freezing up. When I asked for assistance no one came. I continued to wait, but still NO ONE came to help me. There were a few associates who were clearly not doing anything, but still no help. And after waiting 30 minutes for help I decided to leave. I then went to the Office Depot next door and didn’t have any issues and the associates were very nice and walked me through how to operate their machines. The lack decent of customer service and communication skills from their associates is unacceptable. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY FEDEX OFFICE AGAIN!

Unbelievable service. Printing a presentation and Blake made sure it was pristine, spent time with me to ensure that everything was in order and to my liking. Lovely store and has everything you need. If you need a document or anything printed this is the place to go in Nashville.

The guys at FedEx west end have helped me numerous times over the past two years- most recently when through some type of error I received half of the prints I ordered. They fixed the issue promptly, no questions asked! I will be returning (doesnt hurt that they live next to Jimmy Johns AND Jersey Mikes!)

As a business owner who works from home, this location which might not be the easiest to get to....makes up for in customer service. I already spend the time at my home packaging, weighing and measuring all the boxes and printing my postage. They allow me to easily drop the packages (because they are already paid for) and assist customers that actually need attention. Win-win situation for everyone around.Well worth a ten minute drive, to be greeted, and respectfuly delt with!

I had to come to this location to pick up a package that the delivery was never even attempted to be made on. When I got here the packing and shipping desk had one employee working it (with three other available monitors for other employees to jump on) with a line to the door of customers waiting. I asked one of the five other employees at the printing desk who weren’t helping anyone if I could just pick up a package and they told me it had to be done through the shipping desk. 30 minutes later and I’m still waiting in line just to pickup a package. Most unorganized, unprofessional shipping center I’ve ever been to.

I was in the west end ave nashville tn location waiting an hour and a half. I was only getting 5 greeting cards printed and 5 already printed posters laminated. Not sure why it even took so long as i watched several customers walk in, get serviced and leave. My order was extremely simple. Of course i waited as i had no other reliable choice because this work had to get done but it really set the rest of my business day evening back. Even though its a Saturday i had clients who were waiting on my service to them. Really a set back for me. I expect this wont happen again if i decide to come here again when in town.Ended up i had to go back to the store to find out they had shredded 6 greeting cards i had already had printed and wanted them to just crease for me so they could be folded in half. They shredded them and im not sure why but it was not upon my request. So all in all this has been 2 hrs of my business day lost. This means loss of money for me. At least they graciously folded the replacement greeting cards for me. Not expecting this experience to happen again...... Jason W

Walking in I looked completely lost. Cathey came to my rescue. I had a checklist of things to get done and she helped me check everything off. And while Shonda helped me get posters printed, she was so personable and friendly. Great customer service!

I visit many cities and in those cities I visit many FedEx locations. The service at this location is maybe the best I have ever received. Lots of professionals on staff here. Im always 100% confident in the security and accuracy of my shipments here.

Important machine suppose to deliver on 9/20/2018 but delivery person put wrong status for security issue while its open 24 hours. It is completely unprofessional and they are not in position to tell what time today they will be able to delivery. Unexpected lies from professionals like FedEx.... Not happy....

Came in right before the close and had a very pleasant experience with the two gentleman working behind the desk. Helped me with my packages, recopied my shipping labels, and even taped them ip for me.

Batong is the best. He gives great service, super friendly, and efficient. Always a pleasure to go to this Fedex because I know I won’t have to wait long.

Zack was super helpful and helped me correct a mistake I made while ordering online. I was very unfamiliar with the setup online and clicked the wrong thing. He helped explain what I had done and helped me complete a new order. Very friendly and helpful event early in the morning!!

Im a regular customer of Fedex. Shame on Fedex to keep such a careless and unhelpful staff. The guy who works on Sundays night shift and who has a long blond is so rude and lacks the basics of customer service and communication skills. I asked for help to get a label through Fedex express and he just assigned me one of the computers and pretended to be busy. I went back to him and he totally ignored me and the computer shut down!!! I wasted 40 minutes trying to get a help from him . I went back to him then he said to me you can create a label from your computer at home! I just got shocked and left the place right away. Again its not his fault at all its Fedex fault which keeps people like him. Note: One star is too much for this Fedex branch.

I called to make sure the package hadn’t left yet, and the gentleman on the phone was so helpful. I went back, they reopened and replaced the envelope, and my package arrived as planned.
