I was charged over $1600 on 8/12 for two items the store never ordered due to my fabric choice being unavailable. Here we sit on 9/9, and I have yet to receive a refund despite repeated promises it was being addressed on multiple occasions.

Emily Stokes helped me pick the most beautiful pieces from Summer Classics/Gabby Home and helped incorporate them into the existing space at my law office that desperately needed a refresh! She helped redesign several of our offices and lobby, mixing a unique blend of high and lower end pieces. Her keen eye for design has elevated the mood at our formerly sleepy and outdated law firm and made it a MUCH happier place to work.Our clients are constantly complimenting our space and asking where we got the unique and charming pieces Emily S selected for us. Emily S also made working remotely incredibly seamless, providing our firm with a detailed plan of how the space would look when complete, and a total cost breakdown. She helped prioritize which pieces would make the most impact and increase the functionality of our small spaces. She helped source furniture from different locations across the Southeast and incorporated special elements with a local appeal, like books, candles, and artwork to blend a mix of traditional and coastal styles.Needless to say, I already have other projects lined up for Emily. These days I usually don’t expect great customer service, but when someone gives me exceptional service I just have to take a moment to toot their horn. Katherine McGrath is not only an extremely talented designer, she is a phenomenal person and glowing asset to Summer Classics!Katherine helped us design the space of our somewhat oddly shaped screened porch with a sectional and dining set. I was thrilled with the pillow fabrics she chose- especially when she was able to snag my favorite fabric of all that was being discontinued. This fabric was going to be my pop that would pull the whole design together. Imagine my utter disappointment and panic when the sectional was delivered without these pillows! Katherine went right to work, going Above and Beyond to secure these pillows for me! She makes sure that she takes care of her clients and her goal is for them to be thrilled with their beautiful new spaces! I highly recommend Katherine at Summer Classics!! Our screened porch is now our favorite room in our house and we are so grateful to Katherine for helping us achieve our vision for this space!

They have a wonderful selection of outdoor furniture! I was also very impressed with their attention to covid rules. I appreciate the enforcement of mask wearing and properly.

I went in to the store with a friend in town who was excited to shop there. They required us to wear a mask which we were annoyed with but did. They then asked us for information which we didnt want to do but did. And then our mask apparently werent high enough above our nose and so they asked us to pull it up. At that point in time, we didnt fight with them, we just simply didnt want to do it because my friend has respiratory issues. So we just said we would leave. The Manager (who did not disclose her name), awkwardly walked us out and then the lady in a super snarky tone said you know it is mandatory all over the city and smirked at us and a very rude way. if she was actually trying to be kind and just let us know, that would be one thing, but her tone was just very clearly to prove a point because she was offended that we didnt want to wear a mask in her store. I would never give this place a cent of my money nor bring any of my friends here again. The comments were unnecessary and we were leaving peacefully. A very mean girl vibes and incredibly unprofessional.

Beautiful outdoor furniture with lots of decorating ideas. The furniture is comfortable and looks durable and great appearance. Im sure its fairly costly, but would be willing to consider as they have nice sets also chairs that rock. Do have friendly sadness people who are happy to help you or allow you to browse. Parking is on street.

The store is so beautifully put together and very homey! The ladies that work there are super bubbly and happy to be there! I just walked in because I saw it from the outside and it looked stunning! Even around Christmas time it’s gorgeous! Keep up the great customer service and smiles ladies !🖤

The outdoor furniture in this store is exquisite! Other people have made comments about poor customer service, but the help and planning I had from Lauren was phenomenal! I’m renovating an outdoor space and needed deck and patio furniture. She went above and beyond and helped with every detail looking at photos of the current space, proposed project and coordinating all the spaces together through common furniture pieces and fabric. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and can’t wait to receive my custom outdoor furniture!

We ordered a table directly from the manufacturer and it didnt come in. Photos were scheduled for our house, which was set to go on the market in a few days. Since wed replaced other items to accommodate the table we never got, everything looked off. Summer Classics found the table and got it to us when no one else said they could. They were GREAT to work with. Ill not only shop here, Ill recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you!

From the order to delivery, the experience was superior!!! I will purchase more items from this store in Nashville, tn, because the service is excellent!! The products are superior!!

Awesome store. Beautiful pieces

The customer service here is awful. I tried to order replacement parts for an umbrella a month before I needed them. We were using the umbrella for an event, so it was time sensitive, which I made clear to the rep. I followed up multiple times for tracking information & confirmation that my parts had been ordered. I got a call 2 days before they were supposed to arrive asking for what kind of parts we needed & the specifics. I was shocked, considered I gave them this information 4 weeks prior. The day my parts were supposed to arrive, I asked for tracking information because we had not received it. I finally got tracking information the following day, however all it said was the label had been created & nothing had officially shipped yet. Ive worked with two different reps & no one seems to care. Extremely disappointed with this whole experience.

My husband and I walked into this lovely looking store prepared to buy quite a few pieces. We were greeted by the top of a head staring at a computer. The salesperson made no attempt to help us or ask if we were looking for something. When my husband went up to ask a question another salesperson came not to help us but to ask the front desk person a question. Needless to say we left without making any purchases. Summer Classics has lovely furniture that is of fantastic quality. Their salespeople in the Nashville store are in need of some serious lessons in customer service.

The outdoor furniture here is really high quality, its not cheap so be prepared for that.
