Out of all the PPG stores in the greater Nashville area this one is the most useless.Slow, poor attitude, terrible parking, ya just avoid this. Its worth it to drive to another one.Not knowledgeable about their products either. Barely able to answer my question or fix my problem. I was sold the wrong product at another location and even though I have an account with them they wouldnt let me exchange a stupid roller bar for the correct one. Said I had to return it to the other store. Was clear noone really felt like working today. Will not return.

Customer service is terrible..two employees working and no one in the store but me and they acted like i wasnt there and never once did they speak or try and help..wont be back
