My husband and I did a trade in for a gas saver which was nice but we also purchased insurance and a warranty was claimed to be on it but when something went wrong they would say that the warranty doesnt cover it. We were talked to so nasty by the guy who did our paperwork because we had a flat after leaving the dealership and we were left to handle it all alone even though the warranty read that they are responsible for it. Its an awesome dealership but some of their workers are so harsh to customers.

Ignorant sales associates!First off, I called on Friday and the sales associate seemed so unmotivated and I felt that I had to press him to answer my questions, I was told I would get a call back, never did. So I did an online inquiry to maybe get a call back sooner. I get the call today and here’s how it went..I told the man I was interested in buying a Highlander XSE. I asked the pricing on the vehicle, he told me it was 45-46k. I asked why is it so high compared to other lots. He tried to argue with me that the starting MSRP isn’t 41,680 when you can clearly see it on Toyota’s website.I said I’m aware of the handling fee of 1,175 and possibly a $425 charge depending on the color of the vehicle. But other than that, what features were added on that made their pricing near 46,000 for MSRP? (Floor mats, cargo cross bar, etc. can increase the price)He told me there was none added on and proceeded to argue with me about the starting MSRP. So I said okay so you mark up your vehicles? I was told no. Clearly he is just flat out ignorant to the specs of the vehicles on his lot, or he is a liar. I guess they didn’t want my business, and after that I definitely won’t be dealing with them again.

I despise dishonesty. If you make an offer, stand by it. The offer was a buy-back of vehicles at MSRP for trade. It was a bait and switch to get you in the door. Of course, my vehicle wasnt even eligible for trade because it has over 100k miles.

A few years ago my grandmother and I got into a wreck with a semi. Our car was totaled, and the insurance company refused to help us with anything because we were not injured. No car dealership she went to in the area would sell her a car, and she gave up the search. Today we went to Natchez Toyota and she got a car. They helped her find one that she could afford. Very nice sales people, and no pressure to buy at this time, but I went to Natchez Toyota yesterday and bought a Rav4 from them .I am not happy with the way things went with my contract and the way that they marked up the price of the car to make it look like I was getting what I wanted, The 2021 Rav4 is priced at 27,000 to 28,000 but the one I got was marked at 34,250.00.How is that right? And I was told that I would get 9000.00 for my trade in, I feel like I have been over charged for this vehicle, so I tried to take it back and get my trade in back,I was told that I could not give it back, that I had to keep this Rav4 even though I only had it under 24 hours, Is this true?? My parents truck was still under warranty and you LIED and told them that it had previously been in an accident and would cost 800 dollars. They went to a mechanic and they paid 40 dollars for the repair. Your estimate was 90. Shame on you, trying to take advantage of older people and not respecting the terms of the warranty. Was here a couple days ago with Robert. He was super friendly and helpful. Yes it took a bit of time, but he kept us updated and taken care of. I give this a place 5/5 as far as staff. The outside parking lot was organized enough you could tell new from used inventory. Clean parking lot as well. Over all good place. Only one problem I had and that was when the vehicle was bought it cancelled another car on the already existing policy 😣. Thus why I honestly have to review this as a 4.5

Northshore Toyota Natchez ToyotaOver the weekend the ad shown below kept popping up on Facebook. On Monday the 13th I called and spoke with a salesperson about this ad and also spoke with Dustin at Northshore Toyota in an attempt to surprise my daughter Nicole Stoltz with a new car for graduation since she has missed out on everything else as a senior this year. There were several phone calls with the salesperson at Natchez who obtained vehicle information and credit information. By Tuesday 4-14-20 afternoon the salesperson called me and said he was waiting on me the deal was done for a new Camry. Once he called me I called Dustin and also called Natchez back twice confirming that the payments were the same. All three phone calls he confirmed and even repeated that the payments were the same. I asked them to confirm and not waste my drive there. He confirmed. Nikki and immediately got into her vehicle and drove 2 1/2 hours to Natchez. Once there the new Camry was out front and after 20 minutes I was handed a piece of paper with a 700 dollar a month note on it. After all that I repeated that the salesperson told me on three phone calls the payments were the same. I walked out without making a scene. The finance manager Ryan came out and apologized but neither the salesperson or an actual manager came and spoke with me. Ryan blames it on poor training and could not believe that I was told the payments would be the same. I then wrote about this earlier on their Facebook page and within minutes it was deleted and I was blocked. I must say I’m upset with myself for not just sticking with Northshore Toyota but have to give a shout out to Dustin who spoke with me about the Natchez deal and said if they are telling the truth go get the new car. Well I guess I was played like a fiddle by Natchez Toyota. I probably should have known better but now since they deleted my post and blocked me I’m asking that this gets sent out as far as possible.

My mother-in-law and I purchased a 2017 toyota rav4 back in october 2019. Our salesman, ROBERT, told us he deferred our first payment until December. Now we are behind and having negative marks reflected on credit because the first payment was due in NOVEMBER. Go to anyone else besides him. False information.

I went to another dealership and was told what i wanted absolutely could not be done and i was turned down by every bank, came to Robert and not only did they spend time finding the car i wanted (which was very specific) they went and got it all the way from Florida and i stayed in my budget (and was approved by a bank the other dealership said turned me down)

Dont waste your time! Gave me a price. Gave me my trade in price. Ran my credit. Credit was good.Then Jimmy said cant give it to you for that price. Whats the point in giving you a price if the sales manager wont stand behind his word!!

The coffee is great, personable staff, but they seem to be a little lacking in communication. I went in for my car to be checked out, they brought it back out and the service advisor didnt know it was finished. Waited for almost 2 hours for a diagnostic check and I was one of the first vehicles here when they opened.
