I try to be nice but in all my life experience I do realize that we are the customers who pay their salary. I do understand how others sometimes are. I worked for a large company and talked with customers all the time and i remember when i was in training one of the rules we had to know and learn; we will respect the customer they need us but without us needing them we wont work. We had to respect every customer and we had to understand that every person might not have enough credit or never established any credit. We had to know and understand every call we had.

CSpire does NOT even deserve a star!! My phone quit working after 4 months. Had to mail it back. They said I damaged the phone which is not true. Insurance will not cover the problem. So what is the point paying for insurance then! Then they charged me for the loaner phone and it showed still as active on my account days after it had been turned back into the store. I have been trying to get help for months on this issue. The customer service people are extremely rude and not helpful. I have left numerous messages for the person who is suppose to be dealing with this. So a word of advice take multiple pictures of your device if you have to mail it back to them. If not they will charge you just like they did to me! Plus I mailed the phone back in the box they sent me to put the phone in. Horrible company! Do not waste your time with these people!!

My sister needed help with her phone and was taught how to do some of the benefits of her phone. The lady was very helpful and knowledgeable.

They fixed the problem but the workers could smile and greet better than they do. You get the feeling you are not wanted or welcomed cause they are better than you. Ok to wait but no sitting area to wait so so your eyeballed if you look around waiting to be helped. Now if you are there to buy believe me all attention is to a sale.
