I’m really upset I had to even give this 1 star. Listen, please do yourself a favor and go across the bridge to the Vidalia location. This store is TERRIBLE. The assistant manager, Nikki, had a customer service representative from the loyalty dept. on the phone literally naming off ways she could help me (the customer) and instead of helping me she literally LIED about the entire situation. She has a ridiculous work ethic, I wouldn’t leave her in charge of a child’s lemonade stand.

Very ghetto! Always out of stock from phones to chargers. I cant even get a pop socket from this location. Any help I ask for they tell me it has to be done over the phone. Im sure this location is there to take up space. Ill never visit again. I waited 20+ minutes to be waited on 3 reps on the floor 1 person ahead of me. 2 were in their phones the other one was helping a customer. I finally get waited on only to not get any assistance and this happen EVERY time!

Just wanted to say how helpful Kendric was. Forgive me if I spelled your name wrong. I wont go into the details of the help he gave me but I will say he was professional and went out of his way to help me. I wouldnt hesitate to tell anyone to ask for him and to visit this store.

I waited outside 45 min. cause they was shorthanded so, all I can say is don’t be in a hurry if your going there.

AT&T has the absolute worse service of anywhere I deal with. I cant understand how theyre even in business. Their websites are horrible, and their ability to help with issues is terrible. Ive been an AT&T customer since Ive had a cell phone, but thats getting ready to changeUpdate: we switched over to Verison right after this review, and have had excellent service.....
