Woman who works at the desk is a nightmare! I had to talk to her boss to get what I needed. I knew my request to get my own wallet from my car was not unreasonable. What an unpleasant experience. I was locked out of my own home and business the day prior because she refused to let me take my personal property! I had to call the local police and was told they cannot withhold my personal property from me. I had to come in and threaten police intervention before anyone agreed to let me get my things. Everyone else who helped me was very nice. Thank you so much for making my already stressful situation 100x more stressful. Do better!EDIT: They responded to my review saying this wasnt at Coach and Carriage but it actually was... it was a Coach and Carriage employee: Jill Barents. Just denying to cover their own employees bad behavior. The response has nothing to do with the issue I had... especially since my problem was resolved immediately when other employees intervened.

My car was hit by a snowplow in a parking lot in Natick and my dealership suggested I go to Coach & Carriage for the repairs. Even though it took much longer to repair than it should have (thanks to COVID), I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received. Every time I called to check in, the staff was so helpful and apologetic and when it was finally time to pick up my car it was perfectly clean on the inside and out. I was having a lot of trouble getting reimbursed by the other drivers insurance company and Joe went above and beyond to help me get the payment I deserved. I will not hesitate to return to Coach & Carriage if I ever need any body work done!

I have to say that I had dealt with these guys twice in two years (both times) I had a wonderful experience! I specifically dealt with Victor and I have to say that they started ontime, worked with my insurance and did a great job!If you have a German car and want it done right the first time, just go here. They are far from where I live in the city but it is well worth the trip. Overall they communicated with me and responded accordingly.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Im continually impressed with the their customer service, and the quality of their work!Theyve worked on various cars Ive owned over the years, almost 10 times now, and I always leave with a smile, happy to get back my shiny, clean, repaired car back.Theyve always been willing to do as much repair as they can for what my insurance will cover, sometimes more.One time, when my side view mirror was damaged, my insurance would only pay for an aftermarket part, which C&C installed. But, when that part didnt work properly, C&C replaced it with a new factory part at NO extra charge to me.Today, when I picked up my car, it was shiny clean inside and out (it was filthy when I left it), and the alloy wheels had even been cleaned & polished. Where do I start? From day one, Coach and Carriage has impressed me. I work at a local luxury dealership, and I found out about this shop because when we absolutely needed something done right, we paid the premium to send our cars here. When my car (that I LOVE) got backed into, it was one of the first places I thought of. They gave me realistic timelines, patiently waited for my authorization for work, and got it all done AHEAD of schedule. I spoke with Vic (awesome guy, highly recommended) on Wednesday and told him I really needed the car by Friday, but Monday wouldnt be the end of the world. He told me well try for Friday, which I thought was probably optimistic but sure, sounds good... It was done on Thursday. Beautifully detailed, the work was immaculate... it looked better than before the accident. Cant recommend these guys enough!!!!!

Ive been doing business with Joey for 20+ years and multiple cars. They are as honest as the day is long and a real pleasure to work with. Nobody ever wants to go to the body shop but if you have to have your car repaired there is nobody better. I used to live nearby so it was easy. Even though I moved further away, I still came back to them because of trust and great service. They are an outstanding firm - I cant thank them enough for the great service.

I just picked up my vehicle from Coach and Carraige and they did an amazing job and were so helpful. I was hit by another driver, and had damage on 4 panels of my drivers side. Everyone there was incredible to work with. From the front desk, to the owner, to the manager to even the guy who cleans the vehicle... all were super helpful and did a great job. They handled everything with both my insurance and the other insurance company and set up and adjusted the rental for me. Even when the other insurance was being difficult, C&C helped get everything straightened out and did things incredibly quickly. They fixed the car in a week and a half, manged to find my spare key (thought I had lost it!) and returned it to me cleaner than I gave it to them. They even dealt with an issue that was created by my dealership!! And while trying to finish that and I had to leave for the weekend, the owner and manager jumped in to help clean the car so I could leave on time. Excellent & efficient service!

Great company in every sense! From the beginning to the end they were very professional and nice, but what surprised me the most was their honesty. I had approved the estimate for the service that would cost me almost $1,000 and it would take several days to be done. Two days later, they called me to let me know that my car was ready since it was not necessary the long process to fix the door (someone hit my car, damaging the passenger door). For my surprise, I ended up paying only just above $300 and the door is perfect again, nobody can see anything! I highly recommend Coach & Carriage! So many thanks! :-)

Fixed my car there, other partys insurance paid. I was satisfied with them. They were professional and very friendly. Ive got nothing to complain about. They had the car cleaned, and left a pack of potato chips in the car, but it was expired :-( I would use there services again if I need a body shop.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My husbands RAV4 was about 6 weeks old when I scraped up against something in a blizzard and seriously damaged the front bumper, fender, and one of the window posts on the right side. Joey at Coach and Carriage give us the best estimate and it didnt go up, even when they found out they had to do more than they had thought. Everybody is really friendly at the shop--Im not always comfortable at car repair places, but had no problem at Coach and Carriage. Ive already recommended them to everyone in my family--best experience with a car repair that Ive ever had.

We have used Coach and Carriage several times over the past 5 years. We first contacted them after finding their name on our insurance companys list of preferred providers. We found them to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - and best of all, they did great work! Our car looked brand new when we picked it up, and was ready when they said it would be. They even arranged for a rental for us to use while the car was being repaired. Since that first time, we have used Coach and Carriage a few more times and have been consistently impressed with them. Our most recent experience, a few weeks ago, was a fender-bender that was not an insurance claim, and they were the only ones we wanted to have work on it. I highly recommend Coach and Carriage.

I had a very positive experience with Coach and Carriage. Initially, I had intended to use another auto body shop that was affiliated with the dealership from which I purchased my car. While waiting their response, I had received several phone calls from Steve Proia asking me if they could be of service. After 5 failed attempts to contact the other body shop, I called Steve back. Naticks Coach & Carriage Auto Body ruined the interior of my BMW after a recent repair. I grew up in Natick, Massachusetts, and had always heard good things about Coach & Carriage Auto Body, Inc., but I could not believe my eyes when my X3 was returned to me with muddy footprints on the carpets, and cigarette ashes all over the center console. As a non-smoker, I was appalled. Apparently, when my wife went to the shop foreman to complain, she was treated very rudely by the personnel there at the Coach & Carriage Auto Body inc. They were expensive and there was a noticeable gap between the body panels where they supposedly had performed their auto body repair, as well as comically mismatched paint. It has been a nightmare working with my insurance company in order to get it resolved, and the Coach & Carriage Auto Body Inc. has been stonewalling on communicating with my insurance agent. I should have known better; Upon drop-off all I saw were beat up, cheap cars and the shop waiting room was filled with cigarette smoke.I strongly recommend you choose another local auto body shop instead of Natick, Massachusettss Coach & Carriage Auto Body Inc.
