I LOVE Bernardi Parts, all my parts worth over 3,000 dollars, worth every penny. I still have a lot to order. Great phone service and fast shipping and price is amazing. Way better than the dealership. Save your money and use it towards labor costs. By the way, I purchased beautiful Wheels for my 2019 Honda Insight and saved 300 dollars off the back. Shouldn’t be in business.1. The Honda Odyessy roof rack I ordered from Bernardi Parts arrived with the hardware packages opened and their contents strewn all about the box. At first I was suspicious that it had been a returned product, especially since the rails looked lightly used. But couldn’t tell if that was just from all the nuts and bolts rolling around in the box. I was also missing 6 pieces of hardware.2. I contacted customer service (both by phone and email) during normal business hours and it took 2 days for a reply. The rep assured me that all parts were new and needed more information and pictures of the hardware. The overall turnaround with the back and forth and shipping of replacement hardware was two weeks.3. After being very clear about the pieces I needed, 2 of the 6 pieces they sent were wrong (TORX nuts instead of the TORX bolts). I had already missed out on using the roof rack for one trip because of the condition it arrived in, now I’m potentially not going to be able to use it for a second trip. I opted to just purchase the bolts from a local Honda dealership, although they only sold a hardware kit ($20), not individual bolts.4. Now I finally have everything I need to install the rails and crossbars. Of course there would be a catch. The last bolt I’m tightening to secure a crossbar to the rails is not threading. Looking inside the rail where the bolt threads, it appears that the nut built into the rail is damaged. I feel like that may have been a reason for this rail to have been previously returned, passed off as “new” to me. Luckily I have some handy tools for such a problem and was able to get the bolt to thread.5. I appealed to Bernardi Parts for a discount for the poor condition the order arrived in and the slow and unresponsive customer support. They didn’t even acknowledge this request.All of these things combined lead to a miserable customer experience and I do NOT recommend Bernardi Parts to anyone.

This is an update. I finally found someone to talk to at Bernardi. Chris Werner advised me that the new latches that were sent were more secure than the originals, referencing a quote from a post where the person said that he could lift the cover almost an inch but hardly at all with the new latches that were sent. I tried the same thing and could not hardly lift the cover with either of the latches. I looked at the latches closer and realized that they do actually latch and are not just held down with spring pressure. Anyway, I installed the separately shipped latches just to be on the safe side, but do not believe there is any difference in the latch that comes with the cover and the ordered latches. I would prefer to have a Honda engineer tell me the difference than someone off the street.If you order the Ridgeline Tonneau cover do not order the cover latches the website says you need if you are installing the Tailgate lock. The latches come with the cover.I ordered the Honda Tonneau cover for my 2018 Ridgeline on one order which they said was on backorder. Rich advised me to ordered the equipment to lock the Tailgate on a separate order so I could get it installed by the time the Tonneau cover came. The tailgate lock order included the Tonneau cover Latches which the website and Rich said I needed. After receiving both orders, I found the Tonneau cover came with the cover latches already installed (which only made sense) so I ended up with Latches I did not need. Now I am having trouble returning the latches I did not need. I do not think I should be responsible for shipping and a 15% restocking fee, but at this point, I have not even been able to return the latches. Rich seemed to think I should be happy for getting extra latches.I was pleased with the response with getting the parts and Rich and Alison were very helpful and pleasant to work with but I am very disappointed in their dealing with the return.

Terrible and unresponsive customer service. Calls and messages about an order placed online but unfilled went totally ignored for weeks. I had to eventually hound their parent company Bernardi Honda to get my issue resolved. Not sure what all the positive reviews are about... perhaps they are under new management in July of 21... get your parts elsewhere.

Very poor customer service. The product I received was defective and according to their policy they will replace a defective product, however that is not accurate. It took weeks to get a customer service person to respond. They initially accepted my return, then they changed their decision and would not provide a replacement product. All around my experience was poor and I would not recommend buying from them.

Good place to order until you start receiving defective parts. Thats when the wheels fall off. No customer service no return phone calls no emails no nothing! In other words, dont waste your time on these folks. They dont stand behind defective products.

They dont accept defective part for a refund, They said because of an installation attempt was made.How would I know if it is good or defective without trying to install the part.They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. only communicate with e-mail no one pickup the phone.Just dont buy from here, you could waste money and time like I did. There are plenty of places selling honda parts online for better service ans better price.

I had purchased three different types of accessories for my Honda from Bernardi. One of the accessories I had decided to return.The return process was flawless. After having the other accessories in my garage for three months (mud flaps), I decided to install them.I had then realized that the mounting screws and clips were not in the box.I called Bernardi, and within three days they shipped me the mounting screws and clips.They are reasonably priced and a pleasure to do business with.

I’ve ordered many parts over the years from Bernardi with no trouble. However this year I had a damaged set of door visors arrive for our new Pilot. It took multiple reminders, follow ups etc on my part to get a replacement visor...which arrived cracked and broken. It’s been several months and I still do not have a credit, refund or other resolution. Customer service is seriously lacking. I’d suggest keeping this in mind if you need any help with an order. Otherwise their pricing and selection are just fine

Part recieved broken, broken knobs were suspiciously put in 2 side of the box indicating tampering/known that part is broken before shipping.seller doesnt want to return citing return period is over, i will not be ordering again from them and would advise you to do the same.

We were in dire need of a part for a customer. We finally came across Bernardi. I contacted them to find out availability, got a return email AND a phone call. Unfortunately it was not available, but Erik sent a list of dealers showing stock. After 2 phone calls I was able to locate the part we needed, close enough for us to drive to get it. You dont find customer service like this at very many places, and we were very impressed! This will be the first place we check for these types of parts in the future.

I ordered some roof rack rails to install on my Honda odyssey. The shipping was delayed several weeks because the item was put on backorder... okay not a huge deal. However, when the item arrived, it was missing several key screws and clips because one of the bags broke and there was a hole in the box. I called, explained the issue and the individual said someone would contact me by the next business day. No one did. Ive tried calling customer service several times and received no response to the messages Ive left. If anyone at Bernardi reads this, please contact me and I can update this review.Update: They responded via email after several days and shipped the missing parts. Upgrading to 3 stars

Ive been a loyal customer of Bernardi Parts since 2009 for my Honda car parts. They always seem to have the parts in stock and, if needed, special ordering is done seamlessly and shipped in no time. The price of all of the parts I have ordered is excellent. The shipping price is quite reasonable. I love the special promotional coupons! The customer service team (Erik and Nathan) are super and second to none. They are professional and direct to the point. They respond to your email promptly and resolve the issues/questions efficiently. As long as our family has Honda cars (most likely so), I would go to Bernardi Parts for my needs. Thank you again, Erik, Nathan, and the shipping team for a job well done. :-)

Worst place to order.super slow shipping.Horrible customer service.Not worth saving few bucks.avoid this dealer at all cost.order somewhere else. 0 stars if possible. some else correctly reviewed this company before as well..This company is PAINFULLY SLOW to order from. Their website presents like they have all of the items on hand. Not even close as far as I can tell. Theyre more than happy to charge your card right away for all of the parts they need to special order, even though as far as you can tell from the website they were in stock and ready to ship. Hows it a special order when almost EVERYTHING is a special order ?- They will not break up shipments without (excessive, IMO) additional shipping charges.- They will not notify you until up to 5 days have passed after delayed items have not shipped out, at their discretion.- Poor site communication. Order status sits at unpaid/unshipped for days with no notification as to why. No real-time updating of order status at all that I can see.- Live chat appears to be unmanned.- Email inquiries monitored by an employee who gets to it when she can. Her manager had no problem with this policy.- Employees may try to bully you into going through with the delayed order, touting a 15% restocking fee on parts they never had in stock and never shipped out.Theres nothing wrong with special ordering parts. Ordered accessories last week Wed and was told they would arrived later today, Monday. I received them this past Saturday! They were in great conditions considering all items are on their clearance page. Literally save me $$$ as I was given a price quote of 3 times the amount for the same accessories at my local dealership! Am very satisfied customer. I have placed an order with Bernardi for over 30 bolts, belts and what not (for a timing belt overhaul service). Upon receipt, I went though the content of the box to make sure Ive got everything Ive ordered. I lost my count twice, but eventually everything checked out. Really impressed with that. My only gripe is that it took the order about 10 days to get shipped without any updates on the delay (I was about to contact Bernardi when it finally shipped). However, since I paid for a regular (slowest and cheapest) shipping and was busy with other projects anyway - no complains here. Just something to plan around on my next order. Another thing - while choosing shipping methods on the web site, I was not able to see the cheapest ground shipping option in the cart until Ive entered my payment info. At that time, shipping charges dropped from $30-$50 for a cheapest option to just $15. Seeing $15 upfront would have made Bernardis pricing much more attractive.

Been searching for a 2006 Honda Accord Coupe OEM fog light switch. Been searching for this part for a long time now. All online dealers & shops including Amazon & eBay were saying, OUT OF STOCK Came across Bernardi Parts, took a chance & called them. Checked, part was available, placed an order online; called only one part left & had to be special ordered. After a few days received the fog light switch, fits like a glove OEM!!! I purchased 2 sets of mats for my Honda, a winter set and a carpet set. The car was totaled and I asked if I could exchange the still packaged as new and unused carpet set for some new stuff for my new Honda. They said it was 2 weeks past the window to exchange and would not do it. The measure of a good company is how they handle a problem. This company handled the problem very poorly and I would think twice before purchasing anything from them.

I Ordered Mat & Cargo tray from them. The Order was placed with filter of Honda Odyssey 2018. The tray delivered didnt fit on my car & when I asked for return (assuming its there mistake), they didnt provided return shipping or refund on shipping cost. Very poor service. Also the package is very poor too..

I ordered a roof rack for my Honda Pilot through Bernardi Parts online. While it was received in a timely manner, it was broken. After several emails/calls we received a return label and sent it back for a replacement. The 2nd roof rack we received was broken as well! We immediately called to request a return label and refund. We were informed that the refund would not go through until UPS had scanned the package on return. I returned the package the same day and emailed and called several times with tracking number and shipment info. The part was returned over a week and a half ago and I still have not been refunded. The customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I will never do business here again.

After waiting 2 weeks, they asked for nearly $200 more to pay for additional shipping charges. After I refused, they cancelled the order. Not good business practices!

I ordered parts I needed ASAP and they said they had it. I paid for it and waited a work week without any shipping response. I finally called up with no response and left a message. Saturday I learned my parts order was cancelled. There was no communication at all and I really needed these parts! All they had to do is contact me as soon as they got the order and realized they can’t get me the part. I still wasn’t contacted and I am assuming my order was canceled because they can’t get me the parts. Horrible communication!

I ordered roof crossbars for my 2019 Honda Pilot after looking through various websites and finding Bernardi offering them for approx $30 less. i didnt bother to check reviews prior to purchasing and I made the order late Friday night...the next day i remembered i made the order, late the night before, and thought i should check out reviews for Bernardi, since ive never heard of them before. i looked at some reviews and they were pretty bad...so of course i was worried and thought i made a rash decision while i was tired... but then on Saturday recd an email confirmation that the order shipped via UPS with tracking info. This settled my concern as i could track the package. I recd the crossbars on Monday. they are perfect and the handling and shipping time was really really fast. I hope this helps anyone who may be concerned ordering from Bernardi after reading the reviews. they were great for me!

I purchased a small part for my Honda mini van radio. Shipping was almost double the cost of the part. When it was received the part was too big and did not fit. To return the part, I had to pay shipping and reorder the correct part. I was given a deadline to return this small knob. Unfortunately, I was not able to return the part within the time frame and Bernardi refused to allow me to return it to at least recoup my cost of the part (that does not include the shipping). I was told to sell it on ebay. They fail in customer service. Wont be purchasing from this company again..

Beware, Bernardi runs an extremely misleading “online” store. Here is what they do:The prices listed on their eStore are only for sale if you purchase online. If you physically visit the store, they jack the prices way up, to beyond retail MSRP. (Quoted me $560 for the CR-V Aero rear bumper when all other dealers charge MSRP which is $429).Here’s the other catch, you must pay for shipping if you order from their “eStore”. They prohibit you from picking up the part in person.I asked if I could pay for the part online, walk across the street (I live next door), and take the part instead of paying UPS $150 to ship it literally to a house across the street. The store manager said with a straight tone, “no”.Beware if you think you’ll save a few $$ with Bernardi.

Ive had good luck in the past with Bernardi but very disappointed lately.Had a $700 order shipped and 3 days later no tracking info.UPS says they dont have it, Bernardi says they dont and wont return phone calls.UPS wont open an investigation until the delivery date lapses.Meanwhile, I am out the money and have no parts to get the vehicle back on the road.I guess Ill suck it up next time and pay MSRP at the local stealership....

I rarely post reviews but when I do it is because I am very disappointed in the companys service. So they had a free shipping special on Thanksgiving and ordered a part. Then out of nowhere they cancelled it and had the audacity to not tell me about it. Emailed them back about it, no response. I knew the deal was too good to be true, just terrible service and company. Hope they go bankrupt and the employees out of work.STAY AWAY FROM BERNARDIPARTS!!!!!!!!!!!Found a much better alternative than these morons.

Terrible experience!!!! Ordered a part online. Received an email stating the part is discontinued in the color I ordered and I can get it but it would be a different color and would have to be painted at a bodyshop... sooooo I said fine.. The next bomb was that the shipping was incorrect and the computer was not calculating it correctly sooooo I would have to pay an extra 200.00 SHIPPING!!! So my bill started at about $480.00 w/shipping an extra $150.00 so I can paint it because the system was not updated to tell me it was discontinued and last $200.00 extra to ship. BTW the parts manager should not be a manager. She would not even apologize or work with me. Its not even a one star but they make you put one on to post!!! Your better off ordering from your local dealer.
