Today the service was good and the technician was nice, took about an hour to do oil change and tire rotation. Just be aware of the the service that they push on you to increase their bottom line. Dont agree to anything before you search it online and check your owners manual.

We shopped around and did our homework. This was not our first rodeo buying a vehicle and this dealer still threw us for a loop. Solid on price “best deal first” is an accurate statement. It felt a bit uncomfortable not being able to negotiate the price but I can tell you, hands down this dealership had THE nicest, accurately (and fairly) priced vehicles out there. Because there is no competition and no pressure the whole experience from start to finish is a more relaxed and honest vibe. My husband and I are so pleased with our Certified Preowned 2017 Jeep Wrangler! It sparkles and smells like a new car. Bought a Chevy Traverse from you a couple of months ago, already brought it back to you guys 2 times to fix the brake problem. Took off my tire today and the rotor missing screws and very loose. They are not even mounted and the brakes are still not stopping right. The rotor are still brand new. Literally havent even been driving it around cause of brakes. We paid 30,000 for something that not even driving around due to the brake issue. I live and hour away so dropping this off is out of my way to begin with and still isnt fixed right after two times. My husband already told them to rest drive it and see for themselves the problem. Not once has it been taken out for a test ride. We pick it up with the same miles we dropped it off with. Never will buy another car from up here.

Just made a phone call to inquire about leasing - the sales person was aloof, arrogant and didn’t seem as if they were actually interested in helping me. Bad first impression and I will now cross them off my list of potential dealerships even though I’m committed to the makes of cars they sell.

Stopped by today at around 5 pm. Saw quite a few people working inside behind desks and only a couple people tied up with customers. I walked around the showroom floor for 5 minutes, and while workers made eye contact with me, not a single person bothered to say hello, ask me what brought me in, or even acknowledge me.I ended up walking out as I do with any dealership who has no time to speak to someone coming in with the intent to lease/purchase a new vehicle. I’m a district manager for a major retail company and it’s totally unacceptable for someone to not be acknowledged when they came in to possibly spend money with us.

I am posting a review update. We had some issues with a recent repair that was covered through our insurance company. I was contacted by Tom and he assured me he was going to make things right and handle it with the insurance company. He did just that and even gave my wife a loner vehicle while the car was getting the issues corrected. Thanks Tom now she wants a new Jeep... Safe to say Tom proved to me he cares about his customers and when I need my new lease at the end of the year I know where I am going. Thanks guys

Just recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler last Saturday after looking at a minimum of 10 other Jeep dealerships in Massachusetts. The sales process was very different then any of the other dealerships. The price and trade-in negotiation was straight forward and honest with a stated Best Price upfront in the conversation. They were able to offer $2,000 off of MSRP as detailed on the Jeep website. I was very pleased with this and it simplified the sales process significantly. For my Chevy Silverado trade-in they offered to match the best offer from any other dealership once I made it clear what I was looking for in order to settle. I was very surprised by the negotiation process as it was completed in less than 30minutes with little high pressure tactics. I ended up with what I thought was the best deal of any of the other Jeep dealerships that we looked at over a 4 week period.Also the staff was very professional and friendly. I was astounded because I arrived at the dealership at 11am on a Saturday and drove away that afternoon at 3pm with my new Jeep. They handled the car prep, registration and financing all within an hour or two. I have never had such a simple process of purchasing a new car.

Best Dodge Dealership/Service Department in the area. Ive been bringing my 2014 SXT Black Top Dodge Charger here for the past 5 years. The service department is fair, honest and dependable. Recently, Jaimie was my service advisor and he took great care of my vehicle. There was an issue with the price of a repair I was having on my Dodge Charger last week and he was quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Jaimie is a good and decent man who does everything he can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with his service department And I would also like to mention Ed at the service department. Ed has been my service advisor in the past and has taken excellent care of my vehicle. Ed works hard and is also a man of great character who is fair, honest and does his best to make sure your experience is the best it can be. These guys do great work and Ive never been disappointed. I highly recommend Brigham and Gills service department.

Called to make an appointment for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee, they basically denied making an appointment and looking at the car because the car was never service there. I said Im okay with $199 diagnostic fee then I was told we have to check with the owners of the establishment to see if they would do that! What are you kidding me? you have to check with the owners to make an appointment there for service? if thats the case why dont you say that in your site instead of wasting everyones time. Also very rude on the phone, would not recommend them at all. went to 495 Chrysler and got a much better service.

I am very disappointed with this dealership, I bought there my Jeep Compass 2018, and since then I have brought it for maintenances and other issues, it seems their employees don’t pay attention to their job, because when they said they fix a problem the issue came up again and again. Last incident was a replacement of the main and aux battery that they said was needed, I paid for it and the same problem came up 2 times. I am spending money in tows and drivers, loosing days at work and wasting time.

Out of all places I visited Brigham was the least sketchy the selection of vehicles they have are in impeccable condition and are definitely taken care of. I was greeted by Nick Villa who was just outright the nicest sales rep Ive ever dealt with, I felt like I was dealing with an actual friend of mine and I couldnt be happier that he was the one who got me into my dream vehicle. He never once pressured me or gave me a feeling that I was trying to be sold. In fact he went out of his way to make sure i had the best experience. By far the best dealership Ive visited to date, Thank You Nick !! And thank you Brigham-Gill, I highly recommend this dealership!

Probably the worse experience from a car dealership ever! booked my 2015 Jeep Renegade in because of problem with the air-conditioning, they called me to say it would need a new condenser at $1600 which I said I wasnt in a position to do that month, when I went to pick up I was told I would have to pay $300 for them to release the car, this was NEVER mentioned! They told me a service manager would call me in the morning to discuss and I never received a call, I even bought a brand new Jeep from them in the past! 😡

I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee that I lease through Brigham and Gill. On 12/31 I noticed my cars heating, lights and screen weren’t working properly, and by 1/1 morning my lights, heat, windows, and rear door didn’t work. In a panic, my husband and I brought the car to Brigham and Gill as online it said they were open. I wanted to leave the car for repairs and get a loaner since I was not comfortable driving the car with so many issues. It turned out only sales were open and not the service department, but the sales guy who spoke with me was very patient and kind. They originally said we would have to come back the next day to drop it off, but as we were leaving another staff member ran out after us letting us know the service manager was coming and would hopefully be able to give us a loaner so we could leave the car for repair. We were able to get a loaner car that day. Once my car was there for repairs, the service department called me 2 times throughout my cars stay (about 3 days) giving me updates on how the repairs were going. Brigham and Gill provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Do not ever go to this dealership. Everyone from sales, to finance to even management are all highly incompetent. I have never dealt with a business that has this many unprofessional employees. What should have been an enjoyable experience of buying a brand new car has been an absolute disaster. Craig in sales started off great but quickly showed his true colors of a typical sales man and passed the problems on to others. Jim in finance is highly unprofessional, didn’t even bother to shake hands, would not answer questions and could not wait to get me out of his office. Sarah in finance is by far the worst out of all of them. Her childlike behavior and condescending attitude reflects what type of person she is. The saying “the customer is always right” obviously was never instilled in her. Instead of exhibiting respect for customers she hangs up on them. As far as management goes, they don’t exist when customers have issues. They ignore endless phone calls and clearly do not want to take accountability for their useless employees.

Prices were the best after getting quotes from multiple places. Mike was quick to respond in email with more details. In person he was kind, knowledgeable and professional. There were a couple of issues with a fraud alert on my credit and Sarah talked me through the whole thing. Everyone was so patient and helped me get the car I wanted. Outstanding experience and I highly recommend this dealership! Great selection of cars and great team to work with.

Bill Fox is outstanding!! After visiting a few different dealerships we landed at countryside auto. Bill was top notch, easy to work with, went the extra mile, and was so caring to our two year old daughter. While she impatiently waited for us to get all the paper work together bill gave her coloring books, tennis balls, markers, crayons, anything she wanted. We bought or car in January Toyota Rav 4, while being 20° out it seemed as though our ac worked but as Warmer weather came we realized that was not the case. We called four months after purchasing or car, long after the lemon law expired. country side is affiliated with Brigham gill dodge of natick. After calling and taking with Peter, Tom, and Dave they took our car in at Brigham gill and fixed the ac with no charge. They absolutely didnt have to BUT they went the extra mile because they care. If we are ever in the market again we absolutely know where were are going and will always recomend them.

We dealt with Nick V, who was absolutely GREAT to work with no pressure at all. He went above and beyond for us, especially dealing with getting the correct paperwork from our insurance company. I docked a star because of Tom (I think that’s his name) in finance who was really rude and short with us once he knew we weren’t financing through them. We had to bring them the check the next day and dealt with a different lady in finance who was really GREAT and fixed the paperwork that Tom did the day before. Because he put the paperwork in my fiancé name instead of mine.This was our first car buying experience at a dealership and we will definitely be buying our next vehicle at Brigham Gill as long as we don’t deal with Tom. Overall this is the best Jeep dealer that Ive experienced. The process is free of stress. Some dealers lure you to come after that they might say you are not qualified for this and that, then you cant get the low price while Brigham Gill just gave me the best price first which everybody is qualified for. This is exactly what I need. Ali is very helpful and he is very nice to me. He introduced the car thoroughly and he was not pushy at all. They are very efficient as well. I would recommend Ali if you are trying to buy a Jeep.

Because of Brigham Gill’s excellence in Sales and Service, I have switched from being a decades long Ford owner to being exclusively a Jeep owner. Although I liked Ford SUV’s, I gradually lost trust in my dealer’s service department. And the Ford’s required not only scheduled maintenance but frequent repairs. Also by owning a Jeep, I was able to fully appreciate the superior service provided by Brigham Gill.

I do not recommend this dealership, they just lie, they told me that I had to wait 6 weeks and I have been waiting for 10 weeks for me to always change the date I do not recommend it is better to look for another serious dealer.

We purchased our 2nd Jeep Grand Cherokee at Brigham-Gil from Ali in October 2019. Ali was the most patient person & sales person we’ve ever had. He, and management, worked so hard to be able get the car we wanted down to a price we could afford.

My experience with Brigham has been nothing but great. I would highly recommend Ali as a sales consultant as he was very helpful in ensuring a quick and efficient process at the end of my lease. All the paperwork was set up prior to arriving at the dealership and the process only took an hour and a half for me to get my new car. I would highly recommend Brigham to anybody looking for a new Jeep!!!

Great Overall ExperienceSalesman (Nick) was one of the most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was honest and non- judgmental, polite and not pushy, and knowledgeable about the car. The atmosphere at Brigham-Gill was pleasant and comfortable. The pricing on the cars or at least the one that interested me was lower than most dealers in and around Boston. I would definitely recommend this dealership and although the salesmen were all professional and respectful I do give Nick the highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience. Ali didnt waste my time and was super helpful with the questions I had. Overall, they have a more laid-back atmosphere here and it shines - especially compared to some of the more pressure-sale dealers in the area. Zero pressure, zero BS. Worst experience in car business, one of the manager his name Jef trying to play game with customer specially when customer coming from long way he is not in the same page with his Sales consultant because give the customer different nr make the customer to feel uncomfortable he is acting like he owns the place talk with a customer with attitude that bring no deal lost the opportunity than create bad customer service .Good luck.

Pleasant experience. No pressure. Friendly atmosphere. Large inventory. Had exactly what I wanted. Nick was very knowledgeable. The wait to pick up the car was a bit lengthy but overall I highly recommend Brigham-Gill.

Bill Fox, from the used car division Countryside Auto, is great and very easy to deal with. Id been looking for a Lexus RX450H 2011 to 2013 and found one here, great price, Bill even had some work done I requested, came out great. Im very happy with my experience here. Brigham-Gill was by far one of the best dealerships Ive worked with in a long time. I had been with BMW for about 6 years and finally made the switch into a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. From the start, Ali was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Usually when you negotiate a lease/finance deal rarely does the dealership come to the number youre hoping for in your mind. I purchased a used car from Countryside Auto. The deal was made very quickly, and the terms were fair. Bill Fox was straightforward and the deal was agreed upon on a handshake. I returned to pick up the car and do the paperwork 2 days later and everything proceeded as Mr Fox laid out. Absolute minimum of fuss, and all I needed to provide was a fax number for my insurance agent. I am very happy with the purchase.However, on the way home the AC went out! I phoned and made an appointment with the B-G service dept.. The problem was correctly diagnosed, but the part could not be gotten that day. A second appointment was made. The car was repaired on that appointment.Very happy with the service at both Countryside and Brigham-Gill.

I am thoroughly pleased with how fast my car was fixed and how at ease I felt with my car being here. The drop off, rental car, and pick up process was flawless! I will definitely go through Brigham-Gill in the future when I’m considering a new car.

Walking into Brigham-Gill Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership, I wanted to test drive the Rubicon to compare it with the Sahara. During the ride, Nick was attentive to my needs and wants in a car. When it was time to talk numbers, he made the numbers work in my favor and even threw in the leather seat option! I am not one to jump into something too quickly and told him I needed some time to think about the offer. It was nice not to feel pressured into making a purchase that day. I did reach out to Nick that evening to express my interest in the car and he followed up as expected until I finally purchased the car. Nick provided great customer service and took the time to go over the car in detail before I drove off the lot. Thanks for making this experience seamless and worthwhile! I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted and how much I could spend. Luis Toledo listened to what I wanted and worked to make it happen. There was no haggling over pricing and Luis was attentive to all our concerns and questions. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He even offered to deliver the car to me the next day. The entire process, including financing with Rob, was completely painless. I am happy with my car and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I leased then bought out my Jeep from Brigham Gill and the sales and service staff have been great. I bring it here regularly for routine service and have never had any problems. They are very professional, friendly, and responsive in helping me to keep my Jeep in tip top shape. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a well run dealership to do business with.

I was looking for a 2019 Wrangler and unfortunately, the only one they had in stock that met my needs had sold; I was out of town and couldn’t make it in to sign. While I ended up going with a competitor, I need to give credit where credit is due. Rick couldn’t have been more helpful and was prompt in providing the information that I was looking for.

Ed Saunders in service was great. He gave me an estimate on the repair needed. When I told him I had purchased the extended warranty at the time I purchased the vehicle from Brigham Gill, he called the warranty company and got it taken care of. And I was able to pick the car up on a Sunday. So helpful.

A word you rarely associate with a car purchasing experience is fantastic. However, the dealership in Natick lives up to its fantastic reviews. I arrived last night 30 minutes prior to closing and was greeted by Craig who was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in the car I was looking for. Craig understood that buying a car can be a grueling process and wanted to change that expectation. I was completely honest with him and in return he was very upfront and honest with me. Within 20 minutes we agreed on a price (the fastest out of my other 3 leases with another dealership). Brian Colpak, who was also very friendly and professional despite the fact that he had to stay late because of me, came over during our discussion and provided helpful information about how to turn in my current lease to its respective dealership. He also was able to give some further clarity on questions I had. The entire process took about 50 minutes and was quite easy or as easy as it could be. Craig and Brian could have easily given me an attitude for coming in late adding another data point to my previous experiences. However, their outstanding professionalism and desire for a fantastic customer experience resulted in my leasing of a new car with ease and slightly healing the scars from previous experiences. Although I did not buy a car here, I found the dealer to be super responsive and thorough. And they even followed up. I would recommend doing business with them. I wish they had the car I needed because the dealership I ended up buying from was not honest, and I could tell these people are.
