Wonderful customer service! My husband and I cannot recommend Audi Natick and their staff enough. Chris went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase. He answered all our questions thoroughly, was never pushy, and even gave my husband a ride to pick up the car when our other care broke down. Just a fantastic dealership with topnotch professionalism and extremely kind people!

The service was not as good as last year. There was no ride before 8:00AM. I wanted all weather cargo mat. I was told to go upstairs to get it. I picked the car after work and didn’t have time to buy it. My car frequently “Initializing Navigation System…” is not fixed. The display/music was interrupted every time I drove after the service on 10/28. I am thinking to go to other Audi dealers for the services next time.

Matt was a great sales rep. Took time to answer everything and we tested a Q7 and Q5. They gave us a decent price for our trade, which was expected because the market is whacky. We went with a demo Q5 with only 6500 miles. So there was no market adjustment and as a CPO, we got an extra one year added to the 4 year warranty. Great experience for first time Audi buyers.

Great customer service! Took my Audi in for routine maintenance and was met promptly as I pulled into the service bay. Check in was seamless and I waited at the dealership for the promised 90 minutes for the servicing to be completed. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. I was able to text with my service rep at all points during the appointment and was notified when the car was ready. It was a very pleasant experience.

Drove 1hr and 28min worth the trip. Saw a car online Megan contacted me next day. Communication was clear. No hidden fees or surprises. Easy transaction. Out of state new registration super easy. If I ever have to buy a new car again I would look at their inventory 1st before I go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars I would for a great dealer experience! Those are hard to come by! The service department at Natick Audi is wonderful. My daughter is away at college with her car. It indicated that she had low tire pressure. The receptionist booked her right away today. Christian, her service consultant sent her texts and a video to keep her updated. Ron, her technician replaced her tire and she was on her way back to school in no time. I drive an extra 20min to use this dealership in Natick. Their service department is great! Brendon was excellent! The dealership is very reasonably priced compared to other dealerships, they have great loaner card, most importantly their services reps are super helpful regardless if you have an old A3 or a 2021 S8.I had a mouse shoes some wires in my car and without naming names another somewhat local Audi dealership quoted me over $1400++! These guys were able to repair the wires instead of replacing them and it cost me $300. I can’t say enough about this service department!

I brought my car in for a full service/full rear brake replacement. Christian Franciso was my Audi agent. The level of service and professionalism was unmatched. He walked me through the process, told me exactly what was going to be done along with a very accurate timeline. They provided a loaner car during the service and provide detailed updates and even a courtesy video. Everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful. In addition Jermaine helped me get new rubber matts a long with a tour of accessories that are available to make my audio more bespoke. I am completely happy all around with the experience. Normally these sort of things are painless, timely and costly. Overall A plus, Thank you everyone.

I was greeted by Jamie at Bernardi Audi Natick within moments of walking through the door. He had me in an Audi Q7 for a test drive not long after. We then sat, and discussed what exactly I was looking for (color, interior, and extras). Even in this difficult car buying climate with the chip shortage he was able to locate exactly what I was looking for in New York. The team was able to coordinate getting this vehicle to Natick, and I was in my dream car within a week and a half. Jamie was incredibly kind, and answered all of the questions I had. It took 2 hrs for a regular oil change. But it is ok since they are busy during the weekends. They dropped me off at my apartment and picked me up when my car was ready to go. They also cleaned my vehicle. Overall experience is great! 5 stars!

Do not go here for sales or service! Most of all, do not trust anything that Christian Francisco says. He scammed me a few months ago when I came in with my Audi with a flat tire. He told me that the warranty that I got via Audi in Stratham doesnt apply to this location. I still needed the tire repaired so I told them I will pay for the replacement. But they spent several hours just looking at the car and told me that I had to drive back home with the flat tire because they didnt have the right tires on stock. Note that I made this appointment days in advance and gave them all the information about the tire they asked for. I asked for a loaner but they said they were overbooked for the day so they had no loaners. I asked them if it is OK for me to drive back home in a flat tire and they said go ahead. I still went ahead and called up AAA to at least put the spare tire in so I could at least drive back home. I also called up management, they apparently told me that they overbook all the time so having a loaner car (even when you schedule a few days in advance) isnt guaranteed. So if you do have service done here, make sure you have a ride or uber to get back home. I later found out that Christian Francisco lied to me about the warranty but it is too late now. All I can do now is recommend that nobody should be an Audi and nobody should go to this location for service.Edit: I dont know why Seth Marshall wrote that comment there. I already spoke to the managers about my experience and they confirmed that this Audi doesnt guarantee a loaner car when you schedule their service and they will not give any service for warranties from Audi USA (as opposed to their own). There is no confusion, this is their policy. Dont expect people like Seth or Christian to tell you the truth.

Very poor purchasing experience. If you are able to shop elsewhere, you should. I only purchased here because I could not find my desired car style elsewhere - black/black 2 door coupe. The customer service was lackluster from day 1, and the transaction took a total of 20 days to complete. I also expressed my concerns to the sales manager, who clearly disregarded what I said. Luckily, I finally have my vehicle now and have no reason to return to Audi Natick.

My 2021 Audi’s air conditioning didn’t work on the hottest day of the year. I brought it in and was first asked if I turned the a/c on. This is not my first car, in fact this is my 5th Audi purchased from this dealership. There was never a clear answer to me what the issue was, though I asked for clarification. No leaks. Monitoring. In all my years serving multiple cars over decades, this was by far my worst experience. I will give them another chance before taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot be more disappointed with this dealership. They were rude to me during the leasing process and made me go to the dealership 3 times before I can get the car. I had some questions about my lease and I contacted them by phone three times and messaged them twice but they never got back to me. I regret that I went there in the first place and now I am stuck with them during my lease. I also paid for floor mats but they only gave me the rear ones, how disappointing it is that to pay thousands of dollars for a car and they try to make profit out of a floor mat! I also messaged them on their website regarding this issue but never heard back. I strongly recommend against this dealership.

I bought my 2020 Q3 Premium Plus S Line last year as a CPO, from Audi of Natick. During the test drives, the rear brakes made an abnormal noise. In relating this to the salesman and the CPO manager they both shrugged it off as a non issue.Fast forward to yesterday’s 1st service at Audi of Natick. Ross at the Service Desk and Ken Grant more than accommodated me by replacing all of the rotors and pads on all four corners and now my Audi truly drives and sounds the way it should!Very happy with the whole Service Team at Audi of Natick!!!

Iam so Frustrated 😞 with my purchase of used Acurd RDX through your branch last month . From day one we noticed that the headlights is so bad and your technical promise to fix it by making some holes to recycle the air inside .but after the car was delivered we still having the same problem as headlights is foggy and has condensation all day& night which is not safe at all especially for night vision and can led to inspection failure in future. Unfortunately they need me to bring the car back to Natick again which i cant for Medical reasons plus it gonna add more mileage, although the car was already there before .and they refused to find another alternative solution either to bring it to a closer branch or even shipped me a new one so i can replace it . Really i feel so bad & disappointed that i have 2 months of warranty for nothing 😕Heat is not working too

My routine service appointment was handled very professionally. During the evaluation of my vehicle, I received a video by the technician showing all of his findings. All normal findings were indicated and some abnormal findings were also highlighted. This was a first for me and I felt that I was included in the process. Having the Audicare package came in handy because a leak of the water pump was found and the replacement cost was covered. This is on a vehicle with 30k miles. Great service. Transparent pricing and honest advice.

She returned calls even on her days off and genuinely showed care in our dealings.The other points in my original review still hold true. Post sale support has not been up to standards. The service department at Natick was twice supposed to call me back same day and never called. A voice mail message left for the Business Office went unanswered as well. However, this may be due to a problem with their new phone system which is now being addressed.

Audi of Natick has always been great until I needed to use my extended warranty. Bernardis Double your Warranty promotion is useless. It turns out that they will not replace a water pump because its not part of the powertrain. I am not sure how it is not considered part of the powertrain when it is bolted to the engine and is critical to its operation. Additionally, any major competing extended warranty service coverers the water pump.I would look elsewhere when buying a new car. This deceptive warranty service is cause to look for a more reputable dealership.

My wife and I were in the market for used Audi Q5. Looked on line for quite a while, before finally making a appointment to test drive and look at a vehicle we saw at Benardis. A appt was set up by a very helpful support person on line, she Katie was extremely helpful. Onto our appointment we met with our sales person Harrison ( Harry). Harry had our vehicle all set to look at and test drive. The Q5 that we test drove didn’t have some of things we were looking for, so Harry looked through their expansive inventory to find the right vehicle for us. After looking at a few more vehicles there was one or two things that we were looking for that they didn’t have, my wife really wanted a black vehicle. So before we walked they tried one more vehicle with us, it wasn’t used it was a brand new 2020 Q5 In black, it was a little bit more money but not a deal breaker, we negotiated a trade in and the numbers worked for all. Harrison was awesome polite non pressure through out the transaction. Chris the Sales Manager who came up with the vehicle was also a pleasure to deal with. Then onto financing we dealt with Meagan Riley, another pleasure, they offered 0 per cent finance if u met certain credit scores...this was through Audi finance.All in all for the first time in my life we walked out of their happy, we got a great deal with a honest Dealership I highly recommend. No pressure sales as advertised...oh we have had the Q5 for two weeks now ..the vehicle is awesome we love it.
