She explained everything very thoroughly and obviously knew everything about all of the different mattresses. She helped me find exactly what i wanted and was very genuine. Maria help my wife and I select a bed we both liked. There was plenty of patience and understanding as I like to really try things out. I recommend that you go in to buy a mattress because youll be spending a third of your life sleeping and there are generally deals that arent offered online.

I have used Mattress Firm many times in the past but I have had such a terrible experience this most recent time that I will never use them again. The items I thought I ordered online were not at all what arrived from, items were missing, dealing with customer service was a nightmare because you cannot actually speak to anyone and then despite paying for platinum service the scheduling did not accommodate actually setting up the beds and now the team need to come back and I have coordinate my schedule to be there. Additionally when I spoke with the delivery teams’ supervisor he was not able to help me fix the issue and just gave me a phone number to call. Never again.

Alex (who usually works In The Leominster location) taught me a lot about mattresses and the pros and cons of different sleep types on different mattresses. He made me feel confident about my purchase and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. He genuinely seemed to want me to buy the right mattress and was a great help.

Maria the store manager is amazing. She went out of her way to ask my husband and I the important questions and really new her stuff. Her professionalism but also her warm frames or is not only rare, but she is the heart of the store and makes the Natick store stand out. My name is Randy Bennett Ive never taken the time to fill out any type of store review of any sort. But today was a must for the very first time Im doing a in-store review. I came in the July 3rd 2020 I was very upset about a mattress that I had purchased a few months ago. I was having problems myself trying to make a a warranty claim. We purchased this firm Beautyrest mattress for $900 and we were thinking we were putting out a good amount of money but we would be getting a good quality mattress. We were so very sad to find out that this mattress was horrible! It lasted for about 3 weeks and then became bumpy, lumpy and was clearly defective! The return policy sucked because they would only give us full credit if we exchanged it for another one. I’m not sure why we would ever do that?!?! It’s a horrible cheaply made mattress and not worth the money.

I had done a lot of research on them but needed to see and lay on them in person.
