I just purchased my 3rd Sleep Number bed in 25 years. Each bed purchased was an upgrade. These beds are a unique sleep experience.Bill at the Natick store was a true professional.Bill was friendly and allowed us to enjoy relaxing on the displays of mattresses. No pressure and he took great pleasure showing us the new features of the Sleep Number beds.My wife and I purchased the dual adjustable P8 with foot warmer technology. Our sales associate, Stacey, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The process was smooth and painless. While we were of course aware it was a sales pitch, there was minimal upselling and we didnt feel pressure to buy anything. We spent about an hour in the store and ended up buying a mid-range bed.I cant speak to the product yet (it hasnt arrived) but if youre in the greater Boston area, this store is the place to learn more about Sleep Number beds and make your purchase!

Terrible experience. Purchased a bed and bed frame, however when it was delivered they delivery men didnt even try to get it into the house and just stated that it would not fit. Customer service did not care at all. Go anywhere else for a bed. What you think its comfortable is really just overpriced lies and terrible customer service.
