Tempur-pedic is one of our favorite brands. During the recent MA tax free weekend, we decided to invest in upgrading our pillows and stepped into the store. We called ahead to ask for store directions whereby Matt helped us down to the parking lot to park in. At the store, he helped us select the right pillows for our needs (cloud pillow, medium size cooling pillow) and ensured that our shipment details were updated appropriately.Despite it being a busy weekend, we had a good time browsing in the store and walked out happy customers. I went in looking to replace my 10 yr old Tempur mattress. I wasnt sure how one could test out a mattress during a pandemic but the stores Covid safety protocols made the process comfortable and just that-safe. Jim B. was incredibly patient with me as I asked to move from mattress to mattress and switch pillows over and over. He listened and laughed with me and there was no pressure to purchase during the visit. I called the store 2 weeks later to see if Jim was working so I could make my purchase with him. Matt went above and beyond to check store inventory for me over the phone, get me the exact right merchandise when there are several similar pillows that are easy to confuse, process a phone order, and bring it out to my car curbside despite that being a logistical challenge for him right before the holidays. In a difficult year, having someone truly go the next level for you makes all the difference, and Im grateful to Matt for being so kind and helpful.

Mark was helpful every single step of our purchase. We had a wonderful time testing which firmness I needed (soft!) and all the questions we had were answered near instantly. All the staff we talked to were polite, friendly, and followed what looked to be already in place rules about how to touch anything (or not!). The pillow / mattress covers we used to try stuff even had little cupboards near each bed, which was super smart and convenient!We were given time to consider what we wanted, and when we figured it out, our order was put into place so easily. Delivery called US and was set up only about a week after the confirmed purchase (SO FAST) and the delivery itself only took about 30 min from were here! to Goodbye!, which made the exciting event easier to enjoy! Okay so I couldnt edit my first review - Its been a little over six months since buying the mattress and I wanted to add some details to explain how its going since Ive actually slept on it!I went with a soft (bad joints) and my partner went with a firm & cooling (bad back), and we are both in heaven. I adore being able to sink in to my bed and be comfortable faster. Ive used a tempur-pedic mattress before, and it does that with all types of their beds, but it usually takes varying body temperature to speed that up (which is why I went with soft - its instant cloud).We went split king with the movable base, and let me tell you, its super worth it. I didnt think I would be using my side to sit up in bed or anything, and boy howdy I do it at least twice a week to have breakfast in bed with a movie. Its handy for reading, or if you just need to relax you can set it to zero-g and it feels like a hammock (but youre actually supported)!With the split king (so two twin XL beds) it is a tiny bit hard to find sheets if you dont want to purchase through tempur-pedic (I went through bed bath and beyond but MAN their customer service SUCKS) so if you dont have fabric issues then go with their sheets, itll be way less hassle trying to find ones that fit. We can still cuddle and reach each other very easily, though we have to mind the tiny gap or we fall in (which btw that isnt a bad thing, its useful for hiding the extra arm when cuddling, or when sleeping its really nice to slip a foot into for that little bit of cooler temp).I have a lot of sleep issues, and while I still have bad nights, its a LOT less than with previous beds. Im excited to finally feel comfortable with a brand I can trust to sleep on. Hope this helps someone else out there!

My husband and I went looking for pillows sometime in February. From the minute we walked into the store, Jim welcomed us with a smile and asked us how he could help. He asked us what kind of sleepers we were and recommended several pillows. He put the protective layers on the pillow and bed and patiently waited for me to try on every pillow at least twice. When we finally decided on the pillows we were buying, Jim proceeded to share with us how to take care of our new pillows as well as tips on how to break them in.
