Very poor employee care. I noticed how Chinese woman yelling at the Spanish looking employee in the kitchen. Not a good structure of management. There were lots of signs of discrimination. I dont wanna buy anything from there if they dont have any respect to employees.

This place is very unprofessional- they gave me the wrong cake for my son’s first birthday. Then the staff was trying to rush us out by saying we can lodge a complaint with the complaints department. Beware do not order birthday cakes from this place highly unprofessional

Love the pastries and drinks here. Thou. A 1 star for the customer service. I dont know the gentleman name but he is wicked rude. Doesnt change his gloves while surviving and touching money. Its just always an unpleasant when he is here.

Love their stuff generally but I wish their accurate store hours were posted consistently, it’s different everywhere I checked and I wasted an hour I didn’t have trying to get a gift for someone and ended up empty handed and disappointed because they were closed.

Bought a bunch of things including a box of six macaroons. There was a heart shaped one labeled with Valentines somethings. But since Valentine was like a month ago, I thought it maybe just a special edition they tried and decided to keep making for good reasons. Well, after we tried all six at home, I realized maybe my assumption was wrong. The heart shaped one had very different texture than the others. My husband said it just tasted like some dated macaroons he had in the past (- a friend ordered a big box for us online, we didn’t finish within a week). It’s hard for me to believe that a bakery selling fresh goods would keep something older than a month on the shelf. But I also don’t know what could be the other reasons leading to such a big difference. Other than this, I also didn’t get my receipt... The guy working on the front just moved on to the next customer after I paid.

Really delicious food, drinks, pastries, and cakes! So glad there is now a location in Natick mall!Turkey & avocado sandwich was very good. Generous slices of fresh avocado and many layers of turkey, lettuce, and tomatoes. Even though its only half it was very filling. Good quick lunch option!I tried a slice of the mango cloud cake and it was amazing! The mango tasted so fresh and it was the perfect balance with the sweetness of the cake. Their whipped cream always taste very light and fresh too. Im usually get their chocolate or green tea cakes for birthdays or parties, but decided to try something different and it was a nice surprise! Cant wait to try their other flavors!! I like how they have the small slices so you can try different flavors before deciding on a full cake.Their roll cakes are also very good! Ive tried both the green tea and mocha and both are great. The mocha has good coffee flavor.Ive tried various pastries and all are quite good. The pastries are frequently getting replenished, so you know its fresh. They also have a heated case for croquettes and other savory pastries. The also have sliced bread thats super soft and smells amazing.My favorite is the strawberry matcha latte! Im a big fan of matcha and usually get the Starbucks matcha latte, but this is my new favorite place to get matcha! The matcha taste is much stronger and its not too sweet like many other places.Theres a seating area with tables for 2-4 people, and one larger rectangular table for larger groups. So you can sit down and enjoy your food or have coffee/lunch with friends.

We ordered a week ahead for Valentines Day. When we picked up the order they said they didnt make some of our items yet and was going to be over an hour wait. After we got home we found out our order was missing even more items. We finally sat down to try the cheesecake and it tasted legitimately like roast beef. The other pastries were fine, but the price was to high for all of these issues.

The atmosphere of the store is wonderful.The workers here are top notch. The coffee there is top of the chain. The reason I’d always go there is the variety of cakes especially the chocolate bear so so cute!! Today had the best birthday cake ever due to the great owners of this location for a Easter and birthday I couldn’t ask for anything more the great service of this fine establishment

Wonderful dessert! Amazing pastries. This place has been my morning routine for breakfast. They recently added the new sandwiches, which are delicious. Most important of all, the cakes they make are truly distinct and standing out from any other bakeries or cake shops. I highly recommend all the cloud cakes.

Great coffee shop with baked goods. Has an upscale vibe to it .....I guess, but that just might be due to them having macarons.

Expensive and not as good as other bakeries’ I had. The creams were too sweet and texture weren’t smooth. The cloud cake part wasn’t as soft as its name. Won’t buy again! Not worth the price.

The food is alright. The staff however, isn’t polite or welcoming. I have been here 5 times and have had a bad experience always, especially with the gentleman at the counter who always seems cold, unwelcoming, in a rush and always seems to wear a frown for some odd reason. He always has this “take or leave it approach”. Irrespective of the quality of the food, i personally skip going to this place just because of poor customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you care about a good friendly and personal experience.

The best bakery in town. The beverage there are so special - very tasty and nice looking. My daughters love them! Our family enjoy the whipping pan bread and having the croque Monsieur as our breakfast together several weekend at the nice bakery at Natick Mall. We had a Fancy Mocha cake for our Xmas and CHOCOLATE CLOUD CAKE is a MUST. We are so happy to have this store in the neighborhood. My family love this business. Highly recommended!

I personally recommend those organic macaroons they are absolutely delicious. ❤ The only place in America whose cakes I actually like. I missed the bakeries in my hometown but this bakery makes up for it. Their fresh cream strawberry is my favorite.

Best bakery Ive visited in MA. The twisted fried donuts were damn good. What an amazing array of cakes and pastries... reasonably priced. Plenty of seating. This is the place to come to for dessert after shopping in the mall or done grocery from Wegmans. Amazing! Nothing to not love. Fantastic people who work there too. Blown away at their desserts.

Delicious Korean and Japanese style pastries. Very expensive, though about as expected for this type of thing. Cafe Japonnaise in Brookline is higher quality ingredients, but has fewer options. Note that there is no change for cash during the pandemic.

My friends recommended me this awesome place. I love it. The environment super clean and shiny. Employees are so friendly that they would like to answer any question, even if I feel my request might be a nuance. I had bread and coffee. Unlike other cheesy coffee from other stores, the coffee is definitely worth trying. Bread is not sweet but the taste is so delicate. If you are not a heavy sugar user, get some bread. . CAKE is my favorite. I want to buy one. But I am on diet. I would definitely buy one for my bday. Cant wait for it.

My family make sure we visit here to try different pastries and drinks everytime we are at Natick Mall. All the staffs here are beyond friendly and accommodating to customers. Brian has an amazing energy that uplifts atmosphere of the whole store. Brian remembers almost all customers that come in to Tous Les Jours which is phenomenal.

I visited many Tous les Jours stores but I DO LOVE this one so much.Every time after having their pastries, I order more. This place is much much more clean than other two locations, also the freshness of cakes and breads are better! Love it!

I absolutely love this place! Very clean and comfortable to sit in, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy awesome desserts (try the piece cakes). The bread/pastry assortments are abundant and tasty, too. Finally, a decent bakery/coffee shop opens in this neighborhood!

This place is at center of the mall next to Macys. The staff is very friendly and serve fresh bread, pastries and customized cakes for any occasion. We loved the pastries and bread which was very soft. A must visit place.

Waited for half an hour for a cup of coffee that they’ve put on the counter without telling anyone, when I asked for it it was given to me cold! When I mentioned that it was cold, they heated it in the paper cup in the microwave which of course gave the coffee the taste of the paper cup. I was very disappointed with the service and the corrective action of using a microwave to heat the coffee vs. offering a new one. I’m not going to Tous les jours anytime soon. There are other options in this mall.

I went here 7 days in a row the first time I discovered it in the Natick Mall. Everything is delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of the food. Their rose berry ade is excellent and special. Their lavender latte is perfect- flavor with not overly sweet. The chai and pumkin spice latte surprised me and was so unique and tasty! The watermelon hisbicus tea is so perfect too. The staff is also so patient with any questions you have and are friendly. Highly recommend Tous Les Jours.

This is my first visit to Tous Les Jour in the Natick Mall. Ive been to other locations. The Natick location opened recently and the newness shows. The service was pretty disorganized and chaotic although the servers were kind and clearly trying. There were missed orders and plenty of distractions as people were learning on the job. The cakes were excellent, all very tempting. I hope that things run smoother soon.

So I came in with my mother for some pastries and espressos, when I ordered the Expresso he asked me if I wanted a single or double, I asked for single shot and charged me for double Expresso when I told him that I was overcharged he said whether a single or a double Expresso they charge the same price.Rip off.

I went there for a cheese cake... well after waiting at a register for 10 min ... the girl helped me and said with a rude attitude that next time ..the line was on the o ther side. I bought what i wanted which was awful ...and she was rude...never come back there

Don’t let a French name obscure the fact that this is a horribly rancid, unclean, disgusting place. Flies everywhere in the bakery section, and coffee that is so bad that it can only be described as leaving an aftertaste like cough medicine. I’m just flabbergasted at how dirty, disgusting, and poorly-run a place is that has only been open for two weeks and still has “grand opening” signs up.

Worst service. I spent $30 dollars worth of pastries. They charged me 2$ for a box to take them in. Unbelievable. Never going back. Geeze they would charge me for the air I breathed during my visit if they could

Everything was amazingly fresh, the staff super friendly and everything was delicious. I wish I could fit more on the tray, but it just means I have to go back again to try what I missed.

Its horrendous. Stale coffee, bugs all over the baked goods, and an employee making the coffee who couldnt possibly care less about her job. Heres to a wasted $10+ for two coffees we couldnt even make it past the first sip.
