There is lots to look at ... short on staff so if you need help good luck...i was there on a Friday night around 5:30.Now with that said Im on the other side of needing new items Im beginning to downside so was I enjoy looking and see if theres something there I just cant live without.

Nice clean store. Good inventory of good. Excellent design. A little expensive but you pay for the brand and the designs. Nice service and courteous staff. Overall great experience.

If you are an android user do NOT select this store for your wedding registry. They only offer in store registry for IPhone users. The only way to walk around the store and scan items onto your registry is to use an app that is only available on Apple. Absolutely ridiculous. I guess crate and barrel does not value their android using customers.

I bought a set of 6 spoons and sporks with many other things about a month ago but found there were only 5 of each after arriving home. It was nothing a big deal. So I just kept the receipt in my wallet, hoping to get it right when I visit the Natick mall again.As I was shopping with my wife today and remembered that, we got into the store, bought a set of glasses and told the staff at checkout about this. To my surprise, she told me it was too old. I shouldve come back earlier. Now the video recordings gone so that they cant check it. I explained that I do not live close and theres Covid, I dont visit the mall that often. She said But you could call. Now its simply your word against mine. Do you understand? I was shocked that shes implying that Im lying about $10 and said No and asked her what is the time window that I should let them know about that and why didnt they tell me about that.She knew she had zero ground on this so grabbed us the $10 worth of spork and spoon and sent us off without saying goodbye or thank you.Most of the staff here are very friendly here asking us if we need any help all the time. This lady I had a problem with is in her mid to late 30s. So, I guess some serious retraining is needed for the younger staff here.

Usually a very great shopping experience but not today. Waited in line for an hour. When we got in the person helping wasnt very helpful and the pieces we came to see werent on the showroom. After our helper left we kept looking around and then other helpers came up to help us and make purchases. What was the point of the line? We were told we had to wait in line if we wanted to purchase furniture but could come in without the line if we were just looking around. It seems we could have just come in to look around and would have still been helped to make furniture purchases. Just make everyone wait in line if they want to make a purchase or look around. That way the line will move faster and you cant shortcut it by being helped without waiting in line.

There were some problems in delivery made me frustrated. It was solved by the store at the last minute. So my suggestion is: contact the store, not the online customer service, if there is problem.

I want one of everything here! I dont have any of their furniture but their kitchen/housewares department is amazing. Quality products, classic design and styling but with trendy accents. They lean towards modern design at this point but no matter your style, you can find something for your house here. My go-to store for wedding presents!

If you are looking for furniture, Jerome in the Natick store is amazing to work with. He has been there for years and is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. We recommend him to all our clients.

Great location and huge store. The staff could be somewhat friendlier but their selection of home decor, unique gifts and great cooking ware is fantastic. The location at the mall is kind of out of the way but great if you need to hit several stores at once.

This store is very under staffed. Theres only like 3 staff for 10,000 sq ft. If you try to call them no one picks up the phone. If you want to buy eight of the same type of wine glasses, you’ll need to bring all 8 to the counter yourself and then scare up a sales associate to check you out. I Bought a lamp online and selected in store pick up but the shade and the base shipped separately, so when I went to pick up my lamp I only got the shade. So I had to come back later for the rest of my item. When I tried to do back door pickup for the lamp base, nobody answered the phone. I’m not shopping here again.

Delivery failure. Customer service failure.Scheduled delivery of sofa two weeks out. There are road constructions a few blocks away on the day of delivery, but there are alternative options to get to my location. Obviously the driver didnt bother and took the easy way out. I just witnessed other large trucks driving through the area. Cars and SUVs are coming up and down the street.This driver is causing Crate & Barrel to lose a sale for I have no patience for this BS for having to rearrange my schedule to be here for them and be told lies about not being able to get to me.
