Really like most of the pieces in this store, far more than at other furniture stores. I bought two couches from them and am considering this cabinet.

All taking Covid precautions. Kelsey was incredibly helpful/patient/knowledgeable and went through the process of picking a couch, picking a dining table, and choosing fabric for a custom ottoman in an hour plus 25 minutes to do the paperwork and payment (and my kids were with me). Excellent experience.

Very friendly staff. Explained in detail their policies. Bought a chair, wide selection.

After our sofas were delivered my allergy symptoms started being worse then it was ever before. Appearently the sofas were filled with feather and we were NOT informed when we bought them even though I mentioned !! whats even worse is they want another store members to take care of our issue and they want us to pay for any changes they need to make. .... Customer service does not mean when you are selling things. Good customer service actually starts after.... If I could give less than one star I would to Natick Store.

Overall, I think the magic about Boston interiors is the combination of reasonable prices and quality. We looked at many of the big stores and found so many landing on one or other end of the extreme. In comparison, everything at Boston Interiors seemed priced right and none of it was crazy expensive museum pieces or low end faux furniture. We also had a super helpful and friendly sales person. She took the time to model out our room so we could see if the couch we liked would fit. Great experience. We will go back for whatever else we need.

Recently purchased a wicker sectional and had an excellent experience Boston interiors, all the way from the in-store experience, helpful but not too pushy salesperson, to the delivery of the couch. Very professional and patient delivery team. It wasnt easy getting the sectional into our porch and they were pros.

Good quality furniture.

I’ve made a couple of purchases from Boston Interiors recently and over time. The customer service has been awesome and the quality of my purchases excellent. Definitely one of my go-to stores for home furnishings and decor.

I had a great experience withthe Natick Boston Interiors store. I worked with Amanda and her design ideas and customer service was exceptional. The quality of the furniture is great and looks beautiful. Amanda even called on the day of delivery to make sure everything was perfect. Very satisfied!

Nice place but there are 4 women working here doing nothing and not 1 approached me during the 20 minutes I was here. When I did go up to the desk, the lady was pretty snobby. I have a whole house of furniture I need and not one piece is coming from this store.

Good furniture store. I really like the style of the furniture. More modern but not edgy stuff. Prices are in line with other similar stores.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. The sales are great and the furniture is perfect for any home. Weve already purchased 3 major items from them at a reasonable cost.

Terrible customer service! The in store sales team is great to work with. Kind, helpful, professional. Unfortunately the praise ends from there. I had a piece that broke shortly after delivery. It took numerous calls to line up a service tech to come out and look at the damage. After that, it took yet again numerous calls to resolve the damage.

Well-made, attractive furniture that is both affordable and stands the test of time. Our go-to spot for classic, comfortable additions to our home.

This store is so much better than their other location was. This one is HUGE! It is so beautiful, well laid out, and the staff is amazing. I always trust Boston Interiors and am furnishing our new 2BR condo with all Boston Interiors. One thing most people might not know is that they offer an In Home Design Service! They come out, measure, and then you meet them at the store later that week - and Voila! I felt like I was on HGTV! Amazing experience with Amanda and Elissa!

Great service and good quality

I have nothing but great things to say about Boston Interiors Natick. My husband and I just purchased a new home, and were feeling a bit overwhelmed about furnishing it. We walked into Boston Interiors and started chatting with Amanda Seideman. Turns out she is a design associate (a very talented one). She ended up coming to our home and taking every imaginable measurement. She then spent hours creating a power point presentation that showed us many floor plan options, color schemes, and design ideas. After viewing her awesome presentation we walked through the store and made our selections. Her dedication to our project was unreal. In addition to her knowledge and expertise about the products, she was also truly nice to work with. I would very highly recommend Boston Interiors Natick, and a very special thanks to Amanda!!

Im so disappointed in the Hyannis Flip Top table we ordered last fall. Its incredibly wiggly - my husband and I have both attempted to tighten it somehow but there are no exposed nuts or bolts we can tighten. Ive called Boston Interiors and the best they could say was I dont know what else to tell you. You can bring it to our warehouse and that the fact that its wiggly and needs to be tightened somehow is not covered under warranty. So pathetic and such horrible customer service. Thanks for the help Boston Interiors. You lost a customer out of us and weve been sure to relay this message to everyone we know. Thumbs down.
