I had a lady bump me from behind in a parking lot that failed to stop before hitting me when I was stopped at a STOP sign. I took my 2021 Altima into Mossy Collision to get an estimate on Friday and Mr Torres was very professional. I ended up taking it there for repair and repaint of the rear bumper cover. I called him on Monday and he said to bring it in the next day and when I dropped it off on Tuesday he said it would be ready by Thursday and the latest on Friday.Repairs were completed late on Thursday and I picked it up on Friday morning. The rear bumper cover turned out beautiful and the paint matched perfectly. Im very pleased with the work performed from start to finish and highly recommend using this shop for any repairs needed.

On my experience the first two cars they repair was perfect, my f150 they did good job bumper area nice, but at this time they scratch my plastic hand door, runinboardMy motor was full of dust my rims same tinkI returned, they told me about is going to be a full detail ( they lie to me just clenup with the rug )

I brought my car there for a door ding. They fixed it perfectly and even picked up some of the chips nearby and threw in some extra body fasteners for a totally unrelated fix. Looks great! Good communication too.

Not a together establishment. They do not communicate well at all! My car had to be removed from the shop still needing some additional repairs. Car still not finished after being removed over a month now. No one has followed up or reached out to me regarding an additional update or status on theadjusters / insurance! My car was in the shop orginally for 6-7 weeks with under 5k in damage. It does not take that long to repair any vehicle. 🤔🤨😥🤑😤😭

Anthony was very helpful, and I really want to thank him about what he did for me. I recently got my new car, but I had an issue with rear bumper something that I wasn’t aware of until yesterday (it looks like somebody hit it). I went to a different Mossy Nissan yesterday but they kinda scared me that it will cost me a loooooooooot if the bumper has to be replaced even though it doesnt look that bad. It was something I had to replace it now. However, Anthony calmed me down and said it is not a big deal and right there he fixed it perfectly without charging me anything. He understood my needs and problems solved in 5 mins. If anything happens, I will visit him again!!!

Brought my Prius in to have the rear right fender fixed from an accident with another car. The bill was less than the quote and they received a check from my insurance company paying that bill.Then the guy apologized for the bird drop when he brought my car around. He really did wash my car.Plus they did a great repair job.
