Good work, no issues yet. Dont like the idea that I cant take my car to car wash for a month or wax for 3 months due to the paint job. But maybe this is standard with new paint. Professional, quick and friendly. They also put air in my tires which were kinda low when I brought it in and cleaned out my car like a mini detail which I thought was really nice. Jonathan and his team were awesome!! My neighbor smashed up my BMWs passenger door and after a little research I brought it here. Jonathan was totally professional. He let me know what was going on the whole time and dealt with the insurance company. My car was fixed quickly and I cant even notice where my car was hit. I hope I never have to go back to Service King but if I have another issue I will totally bring it here! I would tell my friends to also!
They did a wonderful job. My car looks new and the quality of their work was awesome. They finished the work earlier then the original time estimate which was great. I was informed along the whole process so I never had to worry about anything. The staff was very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this company.

I’m sad my car was hit in the first place but i’m happy it looks brand new again. The customer service here is great. My service advisor, Jonathan, always kept me updated on the repairs he was very professional and helpful 😁 The time estimate he gave me at the beginning was accurate I got my car back in a couple of weeks as promised. It was nice and clean when I got it. I really appreciate the fact that they followed up with me even after I got my car back to make sure everything was okay. I definitely recommend this place!!

The staff was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. Youd never be able to tell I was in an accident as the repair looks like nothing ever happened.
My car was stolen and my insurance company referred me here. I was immediately impressed with the young women at the front desks attention to detail and her smile and ability to remember my name even before I said it?(probably based on knowing what car I had there, but she did it like magic, and made me feel very comfortable and in good hands.The mechanic and the manager there tried their best to be helpful, but my claims adjusters didnt do their homework which made this experience a bit difficult for them to assist. But their courtesy under the circumstances was Amazing! ( I am not the most pleasant customer when I think I am not getting what I think should be able to be done. And I dont give compliments easily, but I do give compliments when deserved) (as well as a very distinct complaint when it is appropriate,as my insurance company was informed!) I had Earl Schibe paint and they were unable to paint my car due to this. My car was a 94 and finding seats that match presented a problem, fortunately this was not my first rodeo and I was able to do what was needed and knew a trustworthy Painter who is quite highly recommended by me.!But as far as service and customer care...I would highly recommend these great peat people to my friends or anyone in passing. Thanks guys for doing your very best under unfortunate circumstances. Oh and the couple of customers I spoke with had used you before and nothing but a good experience to share. :)They did me a great service in holding my car and allowing me to bring and install my seats which I was able to locate. Even though I sincerely wanted them to make money on my experience, I ended up pocketing $1700. Not bad for having my car stolen! The universe does things for you not to you ;) Keep up the great work you do guys and gals!!

I came to fix my headlight and bumper. The customer service was good but I used to have an LED headlight before. They installed a regular light instead of the LED and I’m so disappointed about it. The paint was good btw. Is there any way I can get that LED light back??????

We had a recurring problem that came from the factory but was discovered after a fender bender. We brought the car back three times to get it repaired because it was out of thier scope and needed repair at the dealer. Through the whole process Manny took care of us and made all the calls for us through insurance, dealer, and rental company. He explained everything and gave us daily updates everyday over the phone. Service King itself was great in that we would get texts about our progress and we could check online on our status as well.

I was completely satisfied with your great customer service and overall with the repairs on my vehicle. A special great thanks to Ed Gorman my service advisor for keeping up to date on my vehicles progress by texting or calling me throughout the day your awesome! Emmanuel Herrera is great. He explained everything that you could not think of a question. He called me to update whats the cause of the delay and when its ready for pick up.
We took in a car to get a minor fix of a small scratch on the bumper (no dent) a scratch about 5 inches long. They assured us it would be fixed and ready the next day. They never called the next day to let us know it was going to be completed another day or if it was ready. I decided to call and was greeted very rudely by a guy that goes by the name “Jonathan Salcedo” He was very rude and said that he did not know whether my car was going to be done by tomorrow or the next day after that or the next day after that. It was going to be done when it could, he was very rude and said that he did not know whether my car was going to be done by tomorrow or the next day after or the next day after that. It was gonna be done when he felt like it. I responded with “well that’s not very helpful“ He then got very angry and disrespectful and started telling me that he doesn’t like the way I speak to him and that he was not going to work on my car at all. And that I have to pick up my car the next day! And he kept cutting me off telling me he doesn’t wanna talk to me anymore and that he promises that my car is not going to get fixed there at all. I ask to speak to the manager. I speak to loui he said he would still have my car worked on and see the status of my car. Well he never called me back and after I got a call from Jonathan, yelling and saying that he refuses to work on my car and that I have to pick it up the next day and he doesn’t care. I’m going to corporate with this. I’m letting all my family and friends know about how awful this company is. We will never do business with you guys again!

So I called about a week ago regarding my lightbulbs on my honda. I was just calling around for prices. I spoke with Ed who was very friendly and had great customer service right off the bat! He told me to come in and hed take a look for me. He ended up fixing my issue within 15 minutes of my arrival for a SWEET deal!!! Id rate more if I could! Go see Ed! Hes the OG of SERVICE KINGS!

My experience with this place is quite Awkward - and frankly Quite Disturbing. Please read this and beware.The other day I was tailgated by a large suv on the way to work- could not move over... I was trapped. This suv manages to cut me off - and brake checks me in the middle of an intersection on a green light.Actually- the driver stopped in the middle of the intersection and waited for the light to turn yellow- then red- and he accelerates... everybody moves on.... and he slams his brake for no reason what so ever. Nobody in front of him on a clean green light. I believe his apparent goal was to get me, to rear end him. He succeeded. California law- my fault.. We have all experienced a brake checker here and there. Nobody knows what he was attempting to accomplish with this sudden unnecessary braking but him.This brake check was malevolent and meant to hurt me and my child in my opinion. The driver refused to exchange info with me. This man would not come out of his vehicle to give me his information- he even called the police and claimed that I threatened him- completely untrue of course.As a matter of fact no police reported to the scene. I put a dispatcher on my speaker to tell him he needed to exchange info and held my phone in his window (opened about 1/2).He would not even press his insurance card on the window so I could see it. He flatly refused. He wouldnt give me a license- nothing. This is even after the police dispatcher advised him to do so because it is law. Unusual? I rear ended him and he refused to come out? Accidents happen- but this was quite strange.I had to contact police and and inform them I had to leave because he wanted to stay on a dangerous bridge where the rear end occurred. I refuse to put my child in that danger. He stayed...Later in the day, I go to a body shop State Farm referred me to- I see the guy who brake checked me at this body shop. For a moment, I was shocked- coincidence? No. He is wearing the uniform. He works there. I turn around and leave ASAP. I do not know if he saw me.What are the chances of my ins company sending me here? Astronomical? State Farm apologized deeply and I went elsewhere.**It is very disturbing that a man that works at a body shop, AND is involved in the car repair industry would act in such a manner.**I would expect somebody from the industry to see if passengers were ok- and even know the laws about collision and fault. He had no concern for anybody but himself- even after I asked him if he was ok.....**It is also highly disturbing that he refused to exchange information with me - especially after CA law deems it MY fault. My insurance company has accepted the claim- thats fine. I am fine with that. The mans behavior was puzzling. He seemed to avoid contact- and would not acknowledge my presence. He even had an infant in the car but the entire time he never checked on the child- he was busy on his phone and ignoring me. He was more busy calling whoever.Ive read some raving reviews about Jonathan Salcedo- but my experience was completely different. I never had the chance to deal with him professionally- and I am grateful to God for that. If he acted like that on the road- there is no way I would leave my car there or trust them with repairs.I believe anybodys actions outside of their work place reflects their professional behavior, ethics and their employer . I would not trust that place to to simply put air in my tire. The fact that he works there makes me question screening processes for employees in these shops.This entire situation makes me lose faith in this industry and these shops- especially this one and people like Jonathan Salcedo.The highly unethical and completely wreckless unprofessional experience with this employee warrants me to warn others of this. Be careful...My review is based on the experience I had with this unethical and unprofessional employee. Please be careful and be aware if you use this place.***They had my review on YELP deleted.... hiding something?BEWARE
