So I bought a battery here last week and a couple days ago it stopped working. When I bought the battery the guy working here said the alternator was good. I went and spent $150 on a brand new battery so I came back here with the one he sold me. All i said was it was no good and that I had purchased a brand new one. I wasnt expecting a refund because I already know places like this do not give them anyways. He got defensive and said my alternator is trash. He then told someone else to give me a cash refund. I didnt say anything else. The other guy gives me the $50 and the guy I had been speaking to told me to never shop here again because they dont give cash refunds. I explained to him that I never asked him for one but he told me since I brought it back thats what I wanted. In all reality what I was going to ask for was a different battery to have as a back up since I had no intentions on asking for a refund in the first place. The guy was very rude and putting words in my mouth. Just buy a new battery that comes with h either a 3 year or lifetime warranty. Their trash batteries only come with a 6 month.
