I walked in and asked if I could get someone to look at my battery and see if it still had life. The guy acted put off and said it was busy. I asked how long the wait was, his reply was it is a convenience for him to do that but he was too busy. I wish I would have gotten his name, his name tag stated he was vaccinated and he was a large man. He was either overwhelmed or just not a happy person! I do realize Sunday is a busy day, but he did not need to be rude and dismissive. Very disappointing because this place was recommended to me for having quality customer service. I did not receive any quality customer service and I was just asking questions.
Went in ask for help finding my parts, got them and was out in no time. Straight forward and everyone seems to know what they’re doing.

It’s all positive vibes environment, I am a mobile Auto technician and this is one of my favorite stores to come buy parts when I’m working in the area. Walter is my go to guy he’s great very knowledgeable and resourceful always helps me find what I need. His boss Marco is also great and very helpful, Both Always offer me a great customer service.

This Autozone actually closes a little before 9pm then the employees just sit inside waiting until 10 to leave. I know cause ive needed things at 9pm and thought this place would be open and no. Theyre just sitting inside with the door locked.

Been shopping at AutoZone before they were AutoZone. It was called CHIEF Autoparts. Id like them to hire people who know about vehicles to work behind the counter. Overall Im very happy with the customer service that I receive at AutoZone. I changed my oil and needed to recycle the filter and old oil.
Ok Marckel (sorry about the spelling) the store manager helped me with a battery change on my PT cruiser, talk about going above and beyond, he not only replaced the battery for me but did a battery cable maintenance for me and wouldn’t even take a tip, WOW! What service, I’ll be back along with everyone I can tell about this.Doug

Walked into store, I was the only customer there and there were 3 employees on computers and cellphones. I stood there for about 5 min and nobody acknowledged me. A simple “hey well be right with you”, would’ve been fine. I walked out and decided to go somewhere else.

Sometimes customer service has been lacking and even went and made a complaint with supervisory personal. The issue was looked into and management is working with me to solve the problems.Been a customer for a very long time. Was a customer when the outlet was called Chief Autoparts. Having an older vehicle you are always in need of replacement parts and hopefully the person behind the counter will be more oriented to serving the public then having a bad attitude that they had to show up at work today.Employees should never deceive a customer over the phone which did happen to me from a different AutoZone outlet. Ive stopped dealing with the offending AutoZone store.

Alex and the team at this location on highland have went above and beyond on multiple occasions! Ive noticed they get busy and people get frustrated but with the staff they have they do amazing, which imo is easily overlooked by customers who are tired and already upset about the car issue that brought them to auto zone in the first place. Phones ringing, a huge line take time but when these guys get to you they will not rush you and they make sure you get what you need!

AutoZone auto parts they will give you help as much as you need from an automobile scanner to a screwdriver to jumpstart your car to checking the battery alternator to see if its right that will install you or light bulbs if you need help with them and maybe give you advice on what to do on your car this place is great

I was told they did price match. I get 2 oils and go to pay but then they say they dont price match w/ walmart. So cashier (big guy with ripped shirt and stinky breath that u could smell over the counter) yells at manager to ask if they did so when the manager said no. So cashier took the oils and put them to the side and said thank you.... so i gues he wasnt selling them to me. Horrible service and presentation

I went in because my battery was bad. They checked it, Luis told me it was. Asked for my number, I gave it to him. Then he says the only thing that appears here is 1991 4runner, I said no, I bought it 2016. Apparently no one could find the battery, not even the store where I bought it. Thankfully I found my receipt. The number was correct all along but whoever stored the warranty info on their old ass computers filed it under the 1991 4runner. It was staring at his face the whole time!!!!! Wasted my time running all over San Diego!!!

Everytime I go to this store, it like customer service is last on the list for them always some excuse to not assist the customer. I have went to this store twice in the last two months and have walked out empty handed because of poor customer service.

9 out of 10 times I have brought in a battery to charge is not charge and they try to sell me a new one.Today I brought a new battery to charge ( one month old bought at this Auto Zone ) and. I told the employee to make shure it would be place on the charger because all my prior experience of them not charging them. Well it was not charge. They check their computer and said they could exchange it but it was an inferior less expensive that the one they 1st sold me claiming that was the corect one for the car..I asked for the corporate zone manager name and phone. He refuse and was asked to leave or he would call the police. I left but I will call corporate.They will lie to make a sale and sell you the expensive and then refuse to help!!!
