Before buying a car used vehicle I stopped to check if it would pass smog . Kenny gave me the best customer service and I was out the door in 20 minutes. I also appreciate the honesty and feedback he shared with me about how to take care of the car and what gas is recommended.

Friendly staff. Facility is clean and affordable prices. You can expect a quick and good service from these guys. Returning costumer and willing to drive off my way to get my cars tested here. I do recommend to call ahead since they have some busy days, but you can usually call and have an appointment that same day.

Where do I begin? Took my 2000 Honda Accord for a simple STAR SMOG. Passed the actual test but was failed due to a missing emission sticker. Then started the longest 4 months of my life. Between trying to get a discontinued sticker to trying to get an emissions letter from HONDA of America.Turns out, this place was 100% wrong. You dont need an emissions sticker on a replacement catalytic converter, you simply check the states website in order to verify the validity of the catalytic converter.Took my car to the state referree and they laughed at me and told me to never go back to this place due to their lack of understanding and performance in the ONE THING THEY DO.So I say....take your car somewhere.

Convenient location, it was very quick service no lines or waiting considering it was a weekend no need to make an appointment although call first and ask if you need an appointment just in case. I would recommend this place absolutely.

Little family owned and operated smog shop. Came in here by accident meaning to go the the shop across the street. They matched the price from the shop across the street of $45 including the certificate. Found issues unrelated to the smog and pointed them out to me without any sales pitch. In and out in 20mins. Would definitely recommend.

Ive been taking my Toyota Tacoma and RAV4 there for a few years now for smog checks, theyre very quick and decently priced. I have also taken my bosses Chrysler 300 for smog(Some places cant check them for some reason, but they could)

From the moment I made the phone call I knew they were awesome, they were very professional and nice, they did a check up before anything was done and explain everything, I recommend them a 100%, they are really accesible when you talk to them and ask questions, thank you for the great service and attention.

I went to have a smog test at this location onApril 9 and my car was not passed the test .I am so worried and thinking that what I goingto do, to fixing it which cost a lot of money orget ride of it and buy a new car .This question is bothering me because I am a senior and can notbe able to walk . I went to the smog test stationagain in the next morning and met the owner I explain to him about my problem. Surprisinglyhe offer to help and we go along driving . Heput a meter on my car and driving for about 15 or 20 minite until it OK to do the test and comeback to the smog station. This time my car waspassing the test. I am so thankful to him and his kindness. Thank you so much his service is beyond five stars.

Very nice service and respectful staff. I needed a gas cap to pass smog and was given help on where to find one quickly. I came back and was helped quickly. While I waited I got to talk to the staff and they were friendly. This place beats the other places Ive gone to in the City Heights and Oak Park area where I felt like I was being scammed on prices and additional work to my car. Highly recommend. Couldnt smog my car cant remember why but they get a 1 star for it

I needed to get my smog check and I called to see if they will be able to help me out, since I went to Toyota and they refused to help me because it was 3:30 and their mechanics leave at 5. All the staff here was really nice and said that they would be able to do it for me, when I walk in Andy help me out. I ask him if they I could get my smog check he said yes but he also asked me if my truck was already register and I answer no that I needed to do that and thats why I was getting my smog check he then mentioned that I was able to do it there. I also told him that I didnt have my California plates since I just moved here he mentioned that I could get those there aswel. Luckily I had most of the paperwork but I was missing my title and he waited for me to go home and get my title this took me about 40mns by the time I came back it was almost 5. All this time he was waiting patiently, have in mind they close at 5. Not only was I able to get my plates, registration, smog check, I also was able to do the title transferred that Ive been needing to do for the longest time. All of this was done in less than 2 hours and most of it was me been a difficult customer😅. I move alot so I have been in at least 6 States DMVs were I have needed to do the same plate, registration combo and by far this has been the best experience. No stress, no lines and he didnt make me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, which is how you feel when youre at the DMV. In conclusion, this made my month, again he was a great help very knowledgeable and I would recommend this to any family member or anybody, specially if you like things done right and you are a difficult customer like me, faster, better experience. Did I mention by the time we were done it was already 30 Minutes after closing and Andy still had the patience to put my plates on my truck for me.

I called Kenny around 3:00 PM to see if they had availability to squeeze my 1998 suburban in for smog that day. I had previously called several other so-called best smog locations, and they all told me that their machine only worked for cars 2000 or newer. It seems pretty dumb to advertise yourself as solely a Smog Check Station and not be able to test cars older than 17 years. But, Kenny came through. I arrived around 3:35 PM and was out with my certificate by 4:15 PM. It was quick, reasonably priced, and convenient. Thanks Kenny! Ill see you the next time I need a smog check!

Good place for smog. I gave it 4 stars because they close at 5. I called them and told them I would be their at 4 :50 and he said ok. I got their at 4 : 55 and he changed me $10 extra because it was goin to be 5pm.

The guy charged me 60$ (which is more then required) to literally pop open my hood and tell me that my truck failed because I bought an aftermarket cold-air intake. He said I already started the test but couldnt tell me at that point whether my truck was passing or failing for any other reason. Since I already signed the form, by law I had to pay. Granted, the visual inspection is the first part of this certification you have to pass in the State of California, it seems pretty shady to me to charge someone 60$ to pop their hood and tell them they failed. And if you have an aftermarket cold-air from outside the state of california.... you better make sure its got a manufacturers EO# on it (which not all of them outside california do) or you are screwed, which would have been nice to know as a courtesy, pulling a lifted full size truck into the shop. Which he also mentioned was a problem he had encountered before. Hmm Thanks Jerk!
