First time at this location was convenient due to Peter Piper pizza because I had all my kids with me.and helped to kill time. Firts and foremost great customer service, great prices. Techs informed the front desk which informed me what repairs needed and the price was good. Good warranties overall superb will come back and highly recommend.

Manny was incredibly helpful in choosing the right tires for my vehicle. I had been shopping around but Evans definitely had the best deal. The no pressure shopping experience was a huge plus. I called earlier to make certain that I had to make an appointment. To my surprise, that was not the case. The gentlemen at the front desk acknowledged me when I walked in and were able to assist me in a timely manner. I was looking to get an alignment done since I had just put in a brand new rack and pinion system in the car. They told me that it may take some time considering there were quite a few people ahead of me. I asked if I could leave my car, to which they happily advised that would be the best thing to do and we will call our text you when it would be ready. Expect a 4 hour time frame. Within 2 hours, I was called and my vehicle was ready. My car drives like it came off the lot. The whole experience was very smooth and easy. I would go there again and recommend them for sure.

I went to get a nail removed from my tire, my tires rotated AND an oil change all for 94 bucks. They were quick and efficient. I just wish they let you schedule appointments so their wait times weren’t so long. Overall very satisfied though and way better than going to any of their competitors.

Excellent service. Very accommodating with time, peace of mind it will be done right and clean facility . I originally went to another place before going to Evans because I was told Id be out in 30 minutes & I was given an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early, my appointment was scheduled for 11 a.m. it was 11:25 & I wasnt seen or called upon even though I was right outside their door with my car. You couldnt miss me & I was told the guy never saw me. Then I was told to get out if my car as they would be needing to move it front time time time. The conditions surrounding me I felt dangerous with so many cars & no one putting importance to my vehicle. I thanked them for their time by this time it was11:55 a.m. I got in my car & drove to Evans where Ive gone many times before. Im a loyal returning customer & they are the BEST.....Mrsp padilla

I called to schedule an appointment the day prior and when I showed up they didn’t have appointment ready and they never gave me my reference number which apparently is the source of the appointment and I had to wait 2 hours for 4 tires to be put on and balanced. Other than that, service was great and affordable with a buy 2 tires get 2 tires free deal.

Was scheduled next day and quoted a lower price compared to their competitors. Took 1 hr to install all 4 tires and very pleased with their service. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Really great experience!I got the buy two get two tires deal and it only took about 1 hour and 45 min to get done.Staff were incredibly professional and very nice.They only had 3 of the 4 tires i wanted and they upgraded me for the inconvenience.If you need good tires with great warranty, and great service, the evans tires in National city is where it’s at!

It was a pretty straightforward experience. I handed the car keys & was told it would be an hour and half to 2 hours. The out the door price remained the same which is nice since other places were out of my budget. I took off a star because when we (mother & I) came back after an hour and a half, we saw my car was already done. They told us they would call when it’s finished but never got the call so it was good that we went back when we did.

Took my car for tire rotation and alignment .Dropped off my car at 10:30am . The employee said wait time from 2 hours to 2.5 .hours for a simple rotation.I had no choice but to leave the car because I bought tire from them. Free rotation. It is a joke. In the Future I am switching to discount tires much faster service .They return my car back until 2:30pm ...The employees are nice but the workmanship sucks .

I had a great experience at the store in National City California. The service manager was very attentive and helpful with anything that I was concerned about. He was polite and to the point. I really appreciate that I have never liked being sold and he never once tried to sale me something that I didn’t ask for. I just hate that when you have something that needs to be fixed or replaced and you know what you want. There’s nothing worse than a sales manager who try’s to get you to buy bigger and better and adds on a hundred things you never asked for. I greatly appreciate it thanks. Satisfied and I will go back as long as I have my shirt on when I get finished.

I had new tires put on. The right rear tire seems to bounce on the freeways even on smooth asphalt. Asked to have the tire checked.The guy behind the counter said it could be my brakes and they would check the front tires. Four hours later I called to see if the car was ready. No, we will call you when it is done. Ten minutes later got the call ready for pick up.Car had never been moved sense drop off.

Sometimes they take a bit longer to do a car repair than I would like, but thats because they can get pretty busy. But, to me, the fact that theyre popular is often a sign of an auto business that is doing it right!

My go-to tire shop in SD. The staff is honest and professional. I recently had front brake pads and rotors replaced. When I picked up my truck, I noticed all 4 tires had been detailed and had a nice new tire shine on them. That was going above and beyond in my book. I appreciate those little extra things, a sign of taking pride in their craft.

The initial call for tires was perfect. Was set up with the tires I needed and availableThe following day. Called next day to make sure tires were in stock and they were. Drove over to get them installed. Was told they only have one person installing tires due to letting people go as a result of Covid-19. Took 4 hours I. Total to get serviced. Asked to get oil change, the cost ended up being more than quoted which was a bummer since I could have gotten it quicker and cheaper at Valvoline.While waiting I saw them take my vehicle over to the alignment booth. I asked them what there were doing as I told them I didn’t want an alignment. Thankfully I caught it before they aligned my vehicle and charged me for a service I didn’t want.This was the first time I felt their had not be clear with me as to the “out the door” cost.Their bathroom is very dirty, not sure when they last cleaned it but it would be nice to clean toilets daily.

Came here 9/25/20, right before they open. The staff who checked me in was helpful and courteous. They got me in and out of there smoothly and swiftly. They provided me updates & recommendations while I was waiting. No sale pressure, which is a big deal for most customers. For tire services, this place is great and efficient.

I called an hour ahead spoke with Evans customer service and received awesome customer service and explanation of the product. I had a lot of questions and he allowed me to ask all of my questions and was still smiling through the phone.When I got to the service location, I was greeted right away and they had my order reservation and was communicative. I came in early in the morning. I needed the wheels and tires balanced and I needed an alignment. I have a 2011 Honda CRV. I had a couple questions about some maintenance on my suspension. I do not remember the name of my technician, but he was a huge help. I really appreciate their professionalism. Great work.I found the name of my technician. His name is A. Beltran. This guy did a great job on my car and he went over a couple things with me. I hope the upper management recognizes his work and his customer service. It would be a shame to have their technician succeed at his goal and have the management fail at theirs.

Not all Evans Tires are the same when it comes to customer service and the way the mechanic techs do certain jobs on your car. But what I can say about this particular branch in National City would be by far is the most outstanding of all the branches of Evans Tires. It should have been standard to all branches but since its franchised and owners & management operates different way and it all matters too about what race are you and theyll give you vip treatments. Thats all I can say, maybe if you become a regular and you have to learn how to handle the guys that work up front, then you can get vip too.
